I ordered my pool table with table top and a bench. I wasnt sure at first because this was done online, but they were on the phone calling me through the process for delivery and installation. The install was very efficient. I was very happy with my purchase. Then I decided to buy a second bench. The bench was delivered with damage. I was concerned at first, but I sent them photos of the damage and they made things right. Got a new bench within days of sending them photos of the damaged one. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone buying a pool table. They stand by there quality product. My experience with them is a good one because it included an issue and they made it right. A company cant be deemed a good company when all goes well, a good company is when there is an issue and they make it right. This company is one of those companies.

If you are looking for a pool table or pool table supplies and your in the west side of Houston. I highly recommend going to pooltables.com. They had what I needed and they were friendly and cost effective. Currently with covid-19 you need to call first before you just show up.

Great product, great service on delivery and outstanding installation done by Gavin.Extremely satisfied. Congratulation guys !Only black spot has been the ping-pong table cover, which is bulky, very heavy, unpractical to move and to store and resulted also very high and unconfortable to play for a 6 ft guy. Absolutely not recommended

If you are hesitating regarding buying a table online - you absolutely do not need to be.I experienced issues with the local installer and Andrew and Zachary; both worked to schedule another installer from outside of my area to finish setting the table up. They provided multiple replacement parts that the previous installer damaged and even went so far as to give utterly new felt and a leather cover for the table.The Spencer Marston table I purchased is beyond beautiful; their customer service is top-notch, and rest assured that you will not be disappointed!

Zachary and Andrew were wonderful to work with and talked me through the entire process, step by step. They provided fantastic guidance and suggestions about measurements, room size, cloth types, and personal usage and how that could impact my choice. They were always available to respond quickly to calls and emails, followed up with me, and made sure I was happy with my purchase and experience. They also sent out a terrific, experienced installer who also followed up with me after installation. I highly recommend them and would work with them again in the future.

Andrew Fehr was extremely helpful in addressing my questions and accommodating a very fast delivery, so I could surprise my husband for his birthday. The white glove installation was seamless and the finished product is beautiful. It looks like a high quality piece of furniture.
