Walked in 3 minutes before closing time. The lady was very helpful. I needed a few last minute items for a First Communion. She didnt rush us and showed great patience.

Librería San Pablo has been since it opened one of my favorite Catholic bookstores. They have both English and Spanish Bibles and a variety of religious books including classics such as Confesiones,Combate Espiritual, and imitación de Cristo among many more. Prices are reasonable, even better than most places found online. The Catholic English Bible they sell is the Christian Community Bible. The store has so many Spanish books that it would take more than a whole day to look through all of them. In addition to books you may find CDs and DVDs, Bible covers, rosaries, and religious images. Paty, the storekeeper, is friendly and is very helpful. Im very happy with my shopping experience.

Bad and rude treatment on the part of the employee who attends the store. Added to that, he closed the store an hour before the scheduled closing time on the pretext that she had not had lunch. I love this bookshop but unfortunately the lady who attends one is very rude and never smiles or anything. Someone like that should not be representing such a beautiful bookstore. I went on Saturday to buy some images of La Sagrada Familia, and I asked if I had 4? He told me youre going to take them to go see? But with a very ugly attitude. Also on Monday I spoke if I had some prayer cards of the Holy Spirit and he tells me there is not. When I clearly saw some on Saturday. Call again later and I answered another vos, a very pretty girl! She assisted me with pleasure. I arrived at the store and greeted me even though I was already attending to someone else! She helped me and made me feel very welcome !! So San Pablo bookstore she would be a better representative for her beautiful bookstore.

I liked it because I found some Christian books and movies I was looking for. There are other things that I didnt find but I will keep looking.

An excellent library, where we can find Catholic books in Spanish !!! A gem in the Houston area.

We have years buying bibles for retreats in this bookstore, this time I had to go personally to buy the bibles, the lady who attends is rude and of a bad character, for so many years they gave us a discount price, and this time she charged me more for the bibles, he says they went up in price. I really believe that I will stop shopping here. I better order them online. It comes out the same price.
