Nice lady named Adriana helped me alot to get registered for my first year of college.

The bookstore workers there were very helpful and sweet. Usually my experiences with college bookstores have been below average in regard to the wait times and distracted employees. I got my books here in a timely manner and the service went smoothly. Best bookstore experience I have had. I just wish college textbooks werent so expensive... but that is unrelated to the service I got. The financial struggle is real. College life.

Great costumer service and the people there welcome you with open arms. I really appreciate having the experience to talk to these people that WANT to help you and that want to see you succeed. The GUYS at the front desk are great. They are always helpful and always go above and beyond to be pleasant and respectful and are also very knowledgeable. However when you go to the computer lab I guess they disregard the fact that people are actually on there to study or do homework. The work study brats in there commence to have loud discussions about other students personal information, including names. That is not the time or place for the mess.

I enjoyed my visit to Lone Star College Fairbanks. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They made me feel I was right at home.

Went to speak with the financial aid office at the Fairbanks Center because in the past it was much faster and more convenient at this location as opposed to Cy-Fair or another main campus. This time however the person who helped me was extremely rude and very unhelpful. He wasnt very knowledgeable at all and could not answer the basic questions I had. He referred me to the main campus as if this location isnt equipped to handle all financial aid issues, even though the website claims to have full service Financial Aid, Advising, etc...

Lone Star College - Houston North - Fairbanks is a great place to take classes.

All the staffs are friendly, and willing to help. The education you get is solid. Quality ones.

This college is not helpful at all. I asked questions about where their sister college was and they said to just Google it. There was no assistance whatsoever. Horrible people. A rock would have been more helpful. I am done with this college.

Professor are good but for some reason financial aid is slow. I literally been waiting her since 12:00 it now 1:42 pm and there was only one person in front of me. Maybe a supervisor should have a meeting with the FRONT DESK STAFF. Not to mention when I got here thebguy gave me a the wrong forms to fill out, and then puts me on the wrong waiting list. These people need to be better trained.

They never know anything, they never have anyone to speak with...what a waste of time.

If you want a great school with individual attention and staff that cares., this is the place for you. This school will help you to succeed, and realize your dreams.

The current book store is closing but when I went there to buy my books, all of them were in stock so Im pleased about having what I need. Not a lot of extras were in the store including Lone Star teeshirts.

I bought an ebook for $130, which stopped allowing me to log in after the 2nd week. At first I tried tech support but no one could help. The problem affected multiple classmates and even the dean knew about it. Pearson, the company the made the ebook, says refunds are given at the point of purchase. The refund period at the bookstore was about a week, but I explained the book did not work at all and, if they can accept my money for the purchase, they should have to assume responsibility for the products they decide to sell not working. The manager said there was nothing he could do for me and that I was basically out of luck. Eventually I figured a solution on my own but with absolutely no help from Pearsons online tech support or the Lone Star bookstore

They follow you around the bookstore like you’re going to steal. The other woman in there is very kind.

Location is clean and people are nice and helpful just be prepared to wait.....

Its my favorite campus to visit! Whenever I go there its like visiting family!

This place is super good, they helped me in everything. When I was lost a student helped me get the place, I really appreciate the help. When I got to the right place, Tasha helped me a lot and explained very well how things worked. I decided to participate in this school and I will join them this summer. The classes are cheap and you have everything you are looking for because they help you in everything, they explain things well and you leave without any doubt. Thanks for everything.
