This shop got $4800 of my money to repair the DEF system and not 700 miles down the road failed from the repair they did for parts not installed correctly. Lost a load because of the repair not done right per he MHC Kenworth people in IA when asked the Shop about bad repair they aid they thought we did something to the DEF system after it left Houston will never go back again not a good place

Ive been a Trucker for 14 years, this Is by far the best shop I have ever experienced.Great service!Very knowledgeable!I had an all around Great experience!Please dont hesitate to call them, they will get the job done in a timely manner. They wont sell you anything you dont need. They are patient, kind and honest. My road side tech was Alex he found the problem in a matter of minutes. My in shop tech was Brandon. Both guys were nice,friendly and know exactly what they are doing.

PERFECTThey were so helpful. They actually worked on my truck (yes a simple fix) and they never charged me a penny. Also they went through my truck to find anything that might need to be fixed, all these for free. Yes I would recommend all the truckers to try them.

This place is AWESOME!!! If you consider great service to be a thing of the past, you’re wrong. I’ve never walked into a shop and felt like I was not going to get screwed- until I met the guys over at Americorp Diesel Repair. They are great! In the past, I have done business with a local International dealer and their repair time is beyond long. Desperately searching for a reputable repair shop with a quick turn around time,, I tried Americorp. I spoke to Jose on Wednesday and was able to bring my semi in the next day. The staff was helpful and quickly pulled my truck into a bay. And it was ready the next day! I had the pleasure of working with Derek, Brandon and Jose. They are great guys and very professional. I am confident in their work. If you are done being stressed and dealing with long repair times, do yourself a favor and take your truck here. You won’t be disappointed.

Quick, efficient, polite, well-spoken, thorough, fair priced - these are the things that come to mind when trying to describe the service provided to me from this company last night. I called at about 11 PM and got an answer on the first try. Derek was extremely helpful, and got to my driver in approximately 30 minutes. He had him up and running within an hour from my first phone call. He called me immediately when he was done to give me his follow up report. You can’t beat that kind of service anywhere at any time of day in this industry. Period. If you think you can, you’re kidding yourself. The icing on the cake for me was what they charged me for this service, it was WAY lower than what I would have expected at that hour of the night. Truth be told... I felt like I robbed these people for what I paid them for the level of service they provided. Honestly, this experience was perfect from start to finish. They are now saved in my cell phone and will be my first call every time for my Houston area issues. THANK YOU DEREK! Highly recommended to anyone who wants reliable and trustworthy service.

Had my AC repair they toke 2 days and charge me $1400 ac was perfect for only 2 weeks then I call and they told me I didn’t have any warranty the I would have to pay again ... went to a different shop and they told me they had fix just minor stuff ... long short Story I end up paying again almost $4000.00 for a whole new ac system since this guys just made it work but didn’t caught the problem .. oh but don’t call them to try and work something out cause they always right about their job and they say was 100% perfect ... this shop was by canino street and if u know their stories from there’s guess what is the same just different place

We didnt call till late in the evening Saturday they made provisions for us to park our broken vehicle on the lot that night after hours.They had a mechanic start working on it on Sunday to remove a broken motor mount.On Monday they got the parts and installed them and were rolling by Monday afternoon.This is a very difficult job to do and they made the process fast and is easy as possible.Very fair pricing and they are on speed dial now if we have issues while in the Houston area.I had to edit my post..I just read a bunch of their reviews and I just want to add people that say they charge too much really dont understand the industry and what theyre up against running an after-hours business.The job they did on our truck I can tell you was very much within the market would charge and Im certainly believe some people would have charged more.The reviews really do look mean and hateful and I can tell you that if you pay less than $400 for someone to even show up you need to be thankful because thats typically what youre going to get on a road call of any type.Try paying a wrecker bill and having your stuff towed anywhere from $400 to $800 before the repairs even start..Anyway they were very courteous everyone I spoke to from start to finish and would highly recommend them and well use them if we have issues in the future.

They overcharge and break more things then they fix. They couldn’t assess where the oil leak was coming from but managed to charge me 3k for the job. Turns out, the leak came back next day. They fixed it again and charged another $300 for adhoc stuff. Then the truck broke down again(loose battery harness). That was from when they changed the starter a few weeks before. I took it to a new shop where they did a 160 point inspection and fixed 4 leaks, and charged me $1500. Crazy thing is I had 4 minor leaks and these guys kept saying I had one leak from the engine. Now get this, the engine was dirty and not cleaned, so I gave no idea how they identified the leak that was supposedly in the engine without washing it first. Long story short these guys are scams. They do pick up the phone quick though.

Helpful people but overpriced made a service call this morning had a technician dispatched the technician arrived 10 16 am and was done by 10 57 am he replaced 3 batteries according to my driver he knew what he was doing, he replaced the 3 batteries in about 45 minutes everything fine there but when i get the final invoice it was fo 819.56 it was 10 am not like it was in the middle of the night plus driver was only 9 miles away from their shop still got charged 2.75 per mile which shouldve been included on the 125.00 service call plus charge disposable fee for what not like they change any liquids the batterys are just cores they give back when they buy more got told by a guy named Jose they charge book hours whatever that means, and what definitely made me writhe this review is that they had my company information and the tech still took the keys away from my driver like he was a thief and he was planning to run away, parking his service truck in front of the truck wouldve been enough, i thanked the guy over the phonefor the help but I dont think I will use their services again!!!

Leaving a follow up review due to dishonest feedback from vendor. Vendor did not advise of additional leaks(I would have approved the repairs). They keep blaming the truck for the fact that they did not address the leaks in totality, and they did not properly fix the leak for which they charged $1900 for. The engine has 500k miles not 1.5M. Anyways, take your business somewhere where the vendor takes ownership and does not resort to dishonest practices due to the fact that they don’t want to address their mechanics incompetence. Bottom line, did not address the root problems, caused additional damage(loose harnesses on AC), you will pay top dollar for below average work.

THESE GUYS CAME OUT AT 4:30AM IN THE MORNING AND SOMEBODY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE ON THE FIRST CALL. TECH GOT TO MY TRUCK AND GOT ME UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. TECH WAS REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE ON WHAT HE WAS DOING. THANKS GUYS KEEP IT UP

The service technician was very friendly and professional but the management/ownership should be ashamed at what they charged us to deliver 10 gallons of diesel almost 6 miles in Houston, $566.58, preposterous and just wrong on so many levels! My fault for not paying more attention to the receipt, their fault for the way they handled my call once I saw our American Express statement, shameful and dishonest on a level that cannot be righteously described.

Call them if you would like to be charged 358.00 for a service man to jump your truck and be there 45 minutes at the most. When asked for them to do what is right and be fair, got threatened to have a wrecker come a tow my truck off. Tech was great, company sucks.

We called A.D.R. to come out and fix my Lull fork lift,about 2 hours go by and they make it outhere to fix it .The mechanic pulled off one of the lines to the injector pump and asked if we had asmall tool so he could push down a check ball, so I gave him a tool so he could push it down, Thenhe adjusted the governor and he was finished .Total time fixing the unit 40 minutes. I thought sweetgot my for lift back fast .Then I got the bill what a joke service call 95.00 no problem, then a mileagecharge of 115,50, then a diagnostic charge of 232.50 then shop supplies of 31.36 for nothing.for a total of $481.94 with tax . So I called down there to see if they could explain why it was so High and they said you called us so what is the problem . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF

I usually work on my own truck but there are times repairs are above my pay grade.Jonathan is impressive with the attention to detail and knowledge of heavy duty equipment. He pointed out something that I missed completely. Fast and efficient mechanic. Ill come here just for that reason.While waiting I listened to Robert interact with customers and find it difficult to understand how anyone doesnt understand what theyre getting. Very thorough. I think it would help the customer if they asked lots of questions. Super accommodating.Ugly dog? Lol. Obviously not a dog person. Chows are not for everyone.Ive been to way too many shops and I can tell you that theft isnt what happens here. Quality work and honesty does. If youre used to cheap work then stay with the shade tree mechanic. If you want it done right by people who understand what it takes to get the job done right the first time..do yourself a favor and call. Ask questions and make an appointment. Glad I did. I think theyre very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. Ive never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them!

My husband had his truck in this shop a few weeks ago and never did write a review, so I thought I would do it for him. He had an issue with his brakes, and brought it in to the shop kind of late in the afternoon. He needed the truck for an important load in the morning. They started working on his truck right away, and stayed late after closing to finish the job so he could pick up his load on time. The price was fair, and the service was friendly. Exceptional service. We came in to Houston and couldnt get in to the Ford dealership. We called Americorp and they got us fixed and back on the road the same day. They didnt sell us anything we didnt need and did an awesome job. Very recommended we appreciate the good work.

Buyer beware! On my repairs they marked up the price on parts 25% to 75% above retail. I recommend buying the parts yourself or just simply going somewhere else. Avoid these guys at all costs!!

I had a tractor trailer with problems in Houston tx.....we are out of Missouri. I called Jonathan and he was very helpful. They got our truck right in and diagnosed the issue. DO NOT GO HERE!! These guys are crooks!! Had my vehicle for two weeks and then called and said they could not fix the wiring issue and for me to take it to someone who could because they werent capable. Very unprofessional. Then charged me $600.00 for a $300.00 tow and charged me $400.00 to look at it for three hours (so called diagnostic). Yet had the vehicle for 2 weeks. Cost our company a lot of money being without the truck working and then to charge $1000.00 for absolutely nothing. And have to still have it towed off again to someone that can make the repair. Totally unacceptable!! BEWARE!!!

Had my ac serviced two weeks ago to make sure evwrything was ready for summer. Everything good a little low on freon.(two weeks later) Had an ac line get against my turbo and melt a hole in it. Got the line made and installed it myself. Went here to get freon put in, they tried to tell me i had all kinds of leaks in my system which i know i didnt. Just be careful 140.00 and hr for labor adds up fast

If you wanna get cheated out of your money come Here this place has no real mechanics they called in a master engineer and this guy couldnt even figure nothing out. Do not go here for repairs they charged my company $115 nine times separately for labor, went in with 1 service light on and left out with 3 lights on. The only thing they know to tell there customers is you have an electrical problem. I REPEAT DONT GO HERE!!!

I took my Volvo truck to Americorp with an electrical problem, it wouldnt start. The Volvo dealership had a wait time of a few days. Americorp got me in and out the same day. They ended up finding some fuses that were bad and a relay. I appreciate the good work and the fast repairs. They saved me a lot of time and money.

They were was friendly at first but the service was horrible the repairs were not accurate. The rate for the repair was extremely high $2100 to be exact. Wont be returning back to there anytime soon they need to get certified mechanics not people that guess whats going on with your vehicle off the top of there head. We dropped a truck box off with no check engine light showing and when we picked it back up the second diagnostic. Because the first one wasnt dont correct the check engine light was on and they said there was nothing they could do about it.I was pissed.Finally they did was return my diagnostic fee after a lot of going back and forth. About the issue that took place. 👎🏽

We brought our 30ft enclosed to americorp after my husband spent 11 confusing hours trying fix the led lights after the wiring and lights were stolen. the manufacturer was no help. on the way to the shop i put the blinker on and the blinker was surging with the brakes! After initially getting there, John called me saying the repairs were done. the turn around time was 2 hours. impressive. they re wired it and we made our delivery barely on time. We will definitely be back if any issues occur with our trailer. Thanks guys.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!I just bought a mid size truck and took it in for a SIMPLE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE.After waiting 3 hours in the lobby they told me they had ran out of oil. Then I waited another 2 hours for them to find more oil.When paying they wanted to charge me an extra $100 because they had to send someone to find me more oil.I hate to argue but this time I was not willing to let these guys rip me off.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR COME PREPARED TO WAIT FOREVER AND PAY RIDICULES RATES!

Hi dear drivers, The mechanic of this shop is not professional, in stead of fixing your truck he is damaging your truck,he told me tbat he can fix my truck in tow hours, when i came to drive out my truck he told me that worked 11 hours in my truck,also he is charging extra if he buy the parts for you.i strongly dont recommend this place for future truck depair.

My diff. went out in my Pete, and I called Rush Peterbilt and they said it was going to be 4 days before they could look at it!! So I called Americorp and spoke with Mr. Johnathan, he arranged a tow and they came and towed The Pete with my loaded stepdeck, when I got to the shop Steven got my truck in the bay immediately!!I went to a motel room and the next day I could not believe I got a call saying my truck was done! I got in my truck hit the road and delivered my load. Thanks guys !!!

They are very slow, overpriced and most of all they are not professionals. Brought my truck to look at motor, I was told the whole motor needed to be replaced...I towed it out and opened it in my own garage...only the head gasket was blown...I wouldnt even recommend them to my enemies...they need to close their doors of their so called garage...Stay away everyone!!

My truck was there three days till they said they cant fix it for me. They favorite word when they dont know how to fix something is its a electrical engineering problem they eat good for lunch but dont get the job done.

They rob you blind! Had to wait for 2 hours just for them to actually do something, then when they finally did it took a whole 5 min to adjust the trailer break and put a break chamber air line on. They charged 408 dollars for 5 min of work. Ridiculous
