Honest hard working guys here! They even alerted us to what needs to be corrected and didnt over charge for their services. I would recommend to anyone that they come here

Overall great service. Went at lunchtime on a Saturday and was out within an hour. The bathrooms could use a makeover but staff were friendly, listed prices properly, knowledgeable and were great. Thanks for the service.

I had a bad battery and I went to NTB for the first time. I got the battery checked and replaced in less than 20 minutes! Im never doing that job myself again.

I took my highlander in for a rotation and balance. They damaged 1 of the wheel in the process. They bought me an aftermarket replacement instead of a Toyota one. You can tell in the picture the shiny one is aftermarket. It doesnt match at all. Manager was no help.

Greatest experience I’ve ever had with tires. Their staff is Knowledgeable and are great with customers. A young man was very kind when I ask him to check the air in my tires, which is why I returned a few days later to purchase my tires. Major rip off...needed a battery for my C300 Mercedes. Battery price $240.00 which is reasonable but Pep Boys has a 25% discount.Charged me $125.00 for install when i questioned he said cause it was a special battery and that was for 1 hr...well it only took them about 30 min...while i was waiting checked Pep Boys...most battery install free...Mercedes AGM battery they charge $25.00....i ended up paying $396.00 ....checking Pep Boys battery and install would have been $180.00My fault i should have shopped.They ripped me off for over 200.00.TAKE UR CHANCES!!!!!!OR MAKE SURE U SHOP AROUND!!!I will never return and will make sure i tell everyone i knowOoh and they charge u a $12.50 SHOP FEEWHAT A FRIGGIN JOKE !!!!

I was told the job will take 3 hours so I brought food and things to do low & behold I was done & out in 1 1/2 hour. Excellent service. hurray to the team.This was my first time @ Firestone and it was a great experience.

My experience at NTB was a pleasant one. There was a wait but, it was expected considering it was the weekend. The salesman was friendly and helpful. He came along ever so often to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Price of the tires and the alignment was responsible. Better than discount tires and pep boys. Happy with my visit.

STAY AWAY! This is the worst place ever . If I can give -10000000, I would have. I brought my car for an oil change. They called me 1 hour later to tell me my cars canister was broken while they tried to open it for oil change and that I needed to pay $115 to replace it. David, the store manager, told me it was not their fault. He said whoever put it in the last time did it too tight. I brought my car in with a perfectly fine condition. Now I have a broken car. And its not their fault? They shouldve known better that the part is expensive; and if they couldnt open it, they shouldve called me before they broke it, not after. I came for an $53 oil change. Now I have to pay almost $100 extra (he gave me $25 discount) for their horrible job. You bring your car in, they break it, and say it not their fault, and that you need to pay for whatever they break. So, STAY AWAY!!!!They said they did tire rotation and check up on them. Now, 1 day after the service, my tire went flat. Im upset. No more NTB, any location.Update: I got a refund after file complaint on their website! They

We always use NTB but she really made this experience the best! She was very knowledgeable as well as professional! We came in almost near close time and she treated us like if they barely opened!! Took truck for alignment, worse than when I took it there. Went back 3 different times, still cant get it right. Incompetent techs, blame misalignment on suspension. I took my truck to Best tire and wheel on Bellaire Blvd, paid a fraction of what ntb charge for alignment, problem correct.

Staff is not helpful. I have had my tire repaired 2 times at another NTB for free. These guys wanted to charge me $35. Meanwhile discount tire is free.

20 minutes till close time is enough time to take off a tire, check it for a nail, and put air in another tire. But yet and still when I walked in to this establishment. There were 4 guys at the cabinet haveing a general conversation. One of them said may I help you? I showed him my 2 tires that were very low.. He said he didnt have time to check for a nail, all he could do is put air in them. I ask him, with all the workers I just saw standing at the cabinet, no 1 can take it off and check it? His excuse was he has 1 car in the bay and he still had the close for the day. So what I did was I went over, got my air, from the one and only worker who looks like he was actually working in this place. Got my air, gave him a $20 tip and drove away. The things we miss.

This business did a great job replacing the tires on my moms car. They got me the best deal on high-quality tires, quickly performed an alignment, changed the oil, and replaced a broken part at no cost. They didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need, and they had a comfortable waiting room. My mom now says that her 2006 car drives like when it was brand new. Most importantly, she is safer now. For these reasons I gave this business a perfect score.

Came in unannounced with a flat. They didnt offer to repair it, but they did fix it very quickly and also let me know about another issue, which they offered to fix but I couldnt afford at the time. They did want a very fair price, though, which I also got for the tire.

Had a screw in my tire. Went to NTB on 6755 Hwy 6 during my lunch and was patched up before my lunch was over. Brittany the MOD took great care of me and gave me 3 quotes on deals for new tires, wheel alignment and insurance. Thank you Brittany and the staff at NTB!

They wouldn’t change my car oil unless I use synthetic. I have been driving the same car for 6 years, never used synthetic oil. The dealer doesn’t.

If i was able to give this place a -100 for the rating, I would have. Stay clear of this place guys! They will just try to rip you off in all ways!I went in to replace a tire that should still have had the warranty on it. Originally, they had printed out a sheet that we had to sign saying that it wouldnt cost anything to replace the bad tire that deflated. Then they started the process. They wheeled it into the service center and had elevated the car up. A while later, I noticed that there was no one working on the car and there were also no other customers in the store. I searched around and saw two technician guys chatting and laughing. Moments later, the guy that had printed the agreement earlier came back in and claimed that the bad tire was not the one that was purchased last year so we had to pay for a new one instead. The one that went bad was the same one that my dad had replaced the previous year because it tore as well so there was still warranty on it, but they kept arguing that that tire wasnt the same one replaced last year. They even tried taking the proof of purchase from us to discard it. This only shows that they were afraid of us coming back again. The store has very dishonest employees who are just trying to squeeze money out of you. Steer clear! I will never be bringing my business back to any NTB stores at all. Be careful!

Wowwww David was absolutely great, I have been getting my service at MYB for the past 18 years, but I never have had the kind of customer service David provided to me.I had to do a trip to Florida has my car check and Davis when above and beyond on the service...

I scheduled an appointment to change oil, get a new battery & change the transmission fluid. I chose the 6year battery online only to find out that this store only carries 1 of the 3 batteries they display. I am stuck with getting a battery that I dont want. Then they tell me that they dont service transmissions at this store . My days coming to this location are over. Hopefully I can find another location that will appreciate my business. I have been coming to this location for 8years & been an NTB customer for 30years. I think it was better when Sears owned NTB.

I will give this guys a positive review for accommodating me well when I inquired for an alignment. I must say I like how transparent they are when I conducted business with them. They didnt have the tire I wanted but that was not an issue since I did not get to check in my end for availability because it was a last minute decision.Their professionalism in customer service is what I expect whenever I visit a shop. I was a previous Discount Tire customer and after all the hassle they put me in the past I would never go back to them.I know the price they offer for an alignment is higher compared to a mom and pop shop but they make you purchase an unnecessary part unlike the previous shops Ive been to. Yes they will opt for a more expensive warranty but of course thats their job and I dont ding them for that. I do customer service from my previous work and I know how shops like these operate so giving them a positive review is really me being honest for what I experienced.Pros for this guys is the all out service, from cleaning my wheel hub, tires and being careful not to scratch the rims.Cons for not having lower prices of course and the lack of availability but thats just a minor gripe.

Manager on duty talked a lot and said nothing I simply wanted to make an appointment as to when I can get my car done. He kept telling me what they may have to do (If and When) the fleet cars come in maybe? I asked if a another day might be better...he didnt know!!!! I left

Scheduled a appointment online for 10am. Arrived at 9:50. As I walked in the door the gentleman just looked at me and did not say a word. I told him I was there for the appointment. He slowly walked over to the computer to look it up. He looked and said you don’t have a appointment. I stated how could this happen when I received a confirmation. He rudely stated “ do you know that there are more than 1 location on Highway six” duhI asked what can we do and he said you can wait a couple of hours and we could look at it because it’s Sunday There was only 1 other customer in the building and I did not feel confident that they would even make a attempt to try to diagnose the brake problem. I would definitely suggest that you stay away from this location and go somewhere that knows what they are doing.

Oil change, tire rotation and alignment in a little over an hour with an appointment. Nice staff. A little disappointed that they didnt check tire pressure when they rotated, but no big deal.

Took my vehicle in for a battery check on 3/14 and it was determined a new one was needed. Purchased new battery and installation was complete. It was close to closing time and I asked if they had enough time to do the work. Of course they said yes. But 4 days later, my vehicle is still acting like it needs a battery. Took it to another NTB and they said the postive cable end is bad and needed to be replaced and because it wasnt detected on the 3/14, another new battery needs to be installed. I will NEVER be going back to this location again and will make it my business to tell everyone about this horrible experience!

Go anywhere else. Please. The upper management has their employees use unethical business practices. O youll need a new battery. O your alignment is off. Shut the f up and cut that out. Talked with a customer there and he said, NTB tried the same lame sales pitch. You just cant trust this company. Go to a mom and pop shop and be treated better. After all, you deserve it. ;D(Side note: my company has a fleet card. Only reason I went there.)

This location is awful. We have gone to NTB for years in Katy, we got a nail on our tire and they were trying to charge us $35 to get it fixed. Brought it to the Katy location and they fixed it for no charge.

These guys were awesome, everyone was extremely nice. I came in to get my tires replaced and they were up front about the cost. I got all four tires replaced and the alignment done for the same price as discount tire.

My wife was there and they tried to sell her some maintenance services that were already performed elsewhere. And the guy got very upset with her better be glad she was there and not me.

No problems for me, Ive been at this location for years....yes, different management at times, but never a lack of ethical behavior in my eyes. The staff has always been great and treated me and other customers when i am there with respect and no cheating. Mr. Walter was very nice, and omar fixed my car with no extras ! Cant believe anyone would come here why isnt discount on Sunday! 3 people outside, one working actually working. One person inside. Wait 10mins to get attended. When its my turn lady working front throws a waiting customer in front of me to check out really? Then they cant come quote me a price. Service guy tells me cant go to parking lot to look which is 10ft from the front door. I have to wait 45mins to check and see if they can do it. Do people really have time to waste time and cant get a quote? Sad business Im sure they are barely keeping the doors open. Poor management. Lazy. Ill wait for Discount tire tomorrow which installed the same tires that needed to be be check on

Very poor customer service. The manager would rather lecture and talk down to you than swallow his pride and apologize for a mistake. Its simple customer service, at least act like you care about how youre treating your customers. Will not be returning to this or any other NTB for service.

From the moment I walked in they were more focused on selling, the three star is for the price of tires, which was pretty good. So why not 5 stars? Also had check engine light on, at Autozone they check those for free. However NTB tried to charge $159.00. They said the charge is high because they have a $3000.00 machine that can pinpoint the problem and is more accurate than Autozone (lol seriously). They will apply all the tricks in the book to take ur money.

This place is a Rip Off,and they are very unprofessional. I dont recommend this location. They want to charge you for tires you purchased from them,after 4 months that were after market, so they wouldnt give you a warranty. I didnt ask them to order me a tire,in the first place they put on the wrong size tires. Ill never do business with NTB again!!

Fast old change but didnt have my battery in stock

They tried to sale me additional products and he appeared visually upset that I wasnt interest and that I just wanted an oil change... so they changed my oil but left an old filter in my car. Really? (very unprofessional) Never going back.

This NTB scared me from all NTBs and going to the car place in general, but mostly NTBs. I went to NTB on hwy 6 when my car was powering on and off with the lights flickering. The worker said my battery plugs just needed to be cleaned and it would cost $10. I paid in cash. My car ended up shutting down the next day on my way home, during rush hour. Imagine angry people yelling and me unable to lower the window; luckily, I could open the door. Later, a cop arrived and helped me. I was terrified because people were beyond angry and yelling out their window. I was in tears from anger, fear, and frustration.Eventually, my car was towed to autozone where I had to get the battery replaced. I was young and clearly ignorant about cars and swindled out of $10. Im sure they make that in a hour, so what was the purpose? That worker left someone in a situation to be stranded and put themselves in a position to lose a job for $10? It doesnt make sense and I wish I knew why he did that.The next day, I told the manager about it and they said it would be handled. I dont know what happened after. I can only hope he was fired. I used to go to NTB regularly to get oil changes but after that incident I stopped. I doubt that worker cared that NTB lost a customer, and potentially more from word of mouth, but I doubt NTB cares either.Much to my surprise, I have since went to a NTB in another location...only because my friend who worked there begged me to give his shop a chance. He no longer works at that NTB, so I no longer go to it. I only went when he was there and I always felt uncomfortable because the previous situation traumatized me. Plus, the wait times always seemed unnaturally long even with a couple people, the furniture and bathrooms are gross, and the mechanics are not very skilled.Once, I brought my car to my friend to check the AC and he couldnt figure out what was wrong. He hooked up a device and it didnt give him a reading. My guess is, if the computer doesnt register whats wrong, they wont know, because they dont seem to know how to take the car apart to find out. I took it to a friend of my mother who works at Toyota. I took it to his house, he listened to the AC, turned the knobs and knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it, all while I watched in the passenger seat. In my experience, car dealership mechanics are really good. Unfortunately, I hate driving 35 or more minutes to go to him or the dealership. I learned to never take my car to my friend for any real car issues and only oil changes up until his departure.At this time, I go to Christian Brothers Automotive and Discount tires. Lets hope they stay consistent. Hopefully my review was helpful.

Went on a slow day, the hispanic guy who helped us was really nice.

I had a blowout 2 months ago and got the tire replaced at an NTB. That new tire ended up separating, which is a manufacturer defect. I took it to this location to get it replaced, and the lady working there didnt even look at it, and just told me that I would have to pay for a whole new tire. I am never going to an NTB ever again. Just go to a Discount Tires.
