Sale MOLDed Beef jerky...it happen to me twice !!!Officially this moment my families, friends, co-workers will no longers buying beef jerky from this location.I think the guy (is the husband of the owner) smell with filthy cigarette smoke when he bag my beef jerky. We usually purchased 4-6 half pound bags.For those customer out there, you can pay attention of what you buy on the beef jerky...MOLDI am enclosed the picture of my seal bag (suppose to be seal after you purchased). But ALL their beef jerky are in the open containers, and bag it when you purchase.I hated to deal with unhealthy and scam businesses. Texas Health department should look into places like these.

Awesome place for Khoa bo

I’ve been going here for 9 years now and they have always been nice and professional with me. I don’t know a lot about Vietnamese foods but am open minded. They have always been helpful and patient. Never had any food problems ether, but no ones perfect.

Rude customer services. I have been giving this place so many chances. But, every time is rude, unprofessional. Never be back again.

The young pregnant lady was really nice and helpful she was honest about each flavor and what weight I wanted . She answer all my question about each ones I was buying . Will be back when im in town

Great jerky beef and very clean store

This store location showed extremely poor customer service. We entered the store at 8:20pm on Sunday and browsed for about 5 minutes, knew our selection, when a male store clerk came from the back and informed us the store was closed. This was odd because we are not familiar with the store and were coming from afar, so we verified the hours online before heading there.When we mentioned this to the clerk, and stated that the website and door sign stated a closing of 9pm, he became condescending and stated we should have known they are closed and refused service.It is understandable that circumstances happen to were closing early is needed, but this was infuriating because rather than a simple apology for the early closer, he continued his condescension and then argued with us about how the store is closed.This store completely failed in customer service. They failed to honor their advertised business hours and utterly failed on dealing with customer relations.Our lesson learnt was to never waste our time with this store. We do not recommend this store and experience to any one.We hope this helps others.
