If you want authentic Salvadoran food, than this is the place to go. The owner Silvia Portillo is very friendly and attentive to her customers, she treats them like family. I had caldo de res Salvadorian style and it was delicious. My husband had the beef tacos and the pupusas ๐๐
I had a bad experience with this meat market, I ordered 14 pounds of Cooked meat (beef fajitas)o I get to my house I put it on a scale and it becomes to be only 6.8 pounds. So I called them and they tell me it is 14 pounds before cooking it so after cooking it becomes half of what I paid for !!! Be AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Regret coming here...there are better corner stores. Avoid this one. Everything is expensive and sometimes the stuff is expired... This is what I get when I decide not to take the drive to Walmart lol. Oh and by the way.. the owner is pretty disrespectful and talks to women in a perverted way. Dont like his personality at all...
The meat market is now under new ownership and the service was horrible. I had to wait for over an hour for a chicken and it was still not fully cooked.
Set up is like a gas station, not the cleanest but it has what you need. Carries mostly Hispanic specialty items, some produce and meats along with drinks chips and the usual. Its a Spanish speaking establishment but the cashier (and I suspect owner) does speak English. Theres a little restaurant inside, I havent had everything on the menu but the pupusas are great! And the grilled chicken is wonderful! My dad used to get it for us when we were kids and I recently started coming back again for the chicken. They grill it on an open fire/ food truck right outside. Its well seasoned and comes with rice, beans, pico de gallo and jalapeรฑo sauce all do about $10. The food so far is great and I would give it 4 stars for the food. But as far as the market itself... 2 stars. Not worth coming to if it wasnt for the food.

Good food and good service
Will you open tomorrow?
Be careful with this place I have been a customer for years but it changed ownership a few months ago and I bought5 pounds of roasted fajita when they gave it to me I felt that the weight was not correct and I went to have it weighed and they were giving me 2.6 lbs and they told me that because the meat loses water when they cook it and if I understand that it can happen, but I dont think I lose 50% of the weight, something is not right.
Very good attention
