I have remodeled 5 houses. Using their stuff in different ways in all those projects. And my own house. They have amazing prices. And will use them again. O. you cheap people who think you can be contractors. I saw the pictures. You only have yourself to blame. Here’s what a real contractor can do

I’m not sure who the manager is- apparently her name is Ada- was very disrespectful.I was not understanding what she was trying to explain to me, and when I told her I didn’t understand, she said that’s not her problem, it’s mine.I was simply asking for a different explanation regarding show room samples.If I made decisions, I would tell my company not to order from them anymore, but unfortunately I can’t.Just beware of an old lady going through menapause named “Ada” !!

Shoddy work& unprofessional. Im renting a home and my landlord hired these jokers to install granite and cabinets. They came in measured and cut right in the kitchen leaving a sawdust mess. I could get over that. What is despicable is the cabinet install. Rather than put above fridge cupboard flush with wall they chose to install it recessed. The bar is not level because after breaking existing floor tiles during the swap out of old with new the tiles they installed the new bar cabinets partially on top of existing tiles. See the right side drawer missing? They measured incorrectly and the face plate of the drawer wont clear the lip of the adjacent granite bar counter top. They destroyed the ceiling above the sink. We wont even talk about the gap from counter to backsplash or the live wires hanging from the wall after they tore out the under cupboard lights. The worst part is that after we made the boss Harry return the vent hood they threw out (he couldnt find the missing down vent pieces) he saw all these problems and had no solution on how to fix it except to hire someone to shim the bar cabinet. WOW, had they done it right to begin with there wouldnt be a need to hire anybody else. Now they wont even call my landlord back to make it right like an honest respectable company would do. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable. So i live in a ghetto kitchen until the landlord finds a respectable contractor to do it right.Wanna get ripped off and charged up the ass? Hire these guys. The pictures speak for themselves. Dont say you werent warned. I had to give 1 star just to post they dont even deserve that much credit.

Worst experience ever. Zero customer service. No one greeted or offered to assist. We saw at least 3 employee but no one approached or spoke to us. Made eye contact with one employee to ask if he worked there. He gave us dry answers and looked like he was more interested in social distance than helping us! Yes we had masks! Was it the pigmentation of our skin? We even said thanks and goodbye on the way out. Crickets! We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Salesman sit at there desks never greeting anyone, don’t seem to have much confidence in what they are selling, walking away to take calls, and lastly are so unprofessional that one of the women working in there was talking negatively about my wife in Spanish not knowing that my wife spoke Spanish. All in all a total disaster of a company would recommend literally anywhere else. Wish I could give zero stars.

They not closing at 5 pm16 minutes early

Buyer beware. PLEASE DONT spend your hard earned dollars at this rip-off joint! We paid extra for the delivery. They sent one of our wall cabinets without the soft close hinges. We paid good money for soft close. Then we had to call them 3 different times to finally get them to mail us the hinges. Before we got the hinges in the mail we discovered that one of the camlocks was completely broke off. We make some more phone calls and they send one of those parts via mail. Now keep in mind we paid to have them assemble these cabinets. Also not even one of the soft close drawer glides works as it should. Upon close inspection we figured out that they left out every screw that holds the drawer in place in the back of the cabinet. We put our own screws in but the fact is they use an inferior drawer glide not a brand name, Chinese junk! The finish on these cabinets is another problem w these cabinets. Its just barely sprayed w the least amount of cheap product. The cabinets you receive are not what they have in that showroom on w 43rd street!

Bought two quartz slabs and determined where the seams should go. NO, i have a seam right in the middle of my countertop next to the sink. not acceptable. please return with another slab and replace the one with the seam in the middle. so disappointed.

Horrible customer service. We walked in and no one greeted us. The guy sitting at the desk facing the front just sat there. We walked around (there was only one person helping the other couple that was there). My boyfriend stood in front of the first closed off office and they still acted like we werent standing there. We looked back at the guy that was sitting at the front and he was just looking at us. This is not good customer service people. You obviously need a refresher course.

This place is a joke, most of the cabinets were missing the fasteners and nothing came with instructions. When you call the office for support no one knows how to install their own product. Just pay the extra at cabinets Togo and save yourself a headache!
