Eddie helped me out with 2 amp installs/ rewire. I left more than satisfied with the end result. One amp was remounted in a stock location for the sub, and a 4 channel amp was tucked away discreetly and NEAT.Eddie ensures you that its going to be done right and more importantly, gives you the floor to voice any dissatisfaction before handing back to you. That is a man who stands by his work.

All I had was one blown door speaker. Nothing too involved. But all I wanted was a replacement speaker of the same quality. I did not need a new sound system. Eddie was helpful, not pushy. He made it a point to let me know exactly what he was doing. He asked me what I wanted instead of trying to up sell me. Then he performed only what I required. It was done quickly and at what I would consider a fair price. There’s a little couch and tv for you while you wait. But I mostly just chatted with Eddie as he was very helpful explaining what they were doing. Sound quality an performance of my new speaker is great. I’d certainly come back.

Install was really quick and the prices were very fair. The workers there were extremely friendly and helpful. I called in the morning to make an appointment and they made it very easy for me. The waiting room couch was also pretty comfortable.

I came to visit these guys to get a price on a wiring harness for my Sony radio. I had an existing one, but I wanted a new one. The owner said that I didnt need one and to use the one that I had... I asked him what is the install cost for my stereo. He said $70 (even though I took out the old radio myself).. I said that I will do it myself... He then claimed that he would work with me.... So I allowed him to install the radio.. bad choice.An hour later... He didnt work with me at all.. he charged me full price and then added $5 because I used a debit card. There was no information in their store stating that they charge extra for using a debit card.He did the install right, but he was very misleading. I would NOT recommend them because of their business practices.

Ran a diagnosis since I just couldnt figure out what the problem was. It was something simple. Didnt over charge & took care of me. For some of the other reviewers, (yes. You pay for a service. A diagnosis or an install is a service) its not uncommon for a place to charge for their services. Ill be returning to this establishment.

Good clean install. Price was best in town. Work was done fast a done right. I had a new receiver that required custom dash panels, 2 amps, 4 speakers and a sub installed. I also had an ebrake bypass switch installed for video and a forward amp control knob. Everything works great, looks great and sounds great.

I tried to install my new stereo unit by myself but I couldnt figure out how to do the wiring properly so I called Eddie and he said he would take care of me; and he totally did. I went there and within 20 minutes my car was ready. He even gave me a really nice discount after I bargained a bit, so if youre going try to bargain too! Eddie turned out to be a really nice guy. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent service!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I paid for some speakers and got installed something different (and cheaper of course). Also they charged me for installation almost the double of what I was initially told (because of additional parts they needed, but the salesman did not mention anything upfront). I give two stars because the guy that actually does the installation is a nice guy but be aware of the salesman.

Purchased my car stereo here about 6 months ago. Specified that I wanted blue tooth and XM capabilities, but was open to options as far as the brand and model. We found one I like and I was quoted a price. They installed and I came back and was asked to pay a totally different price. What was worse- XM didn’t work. When I returned to ask about this I was told I needed to buy a special XM tuner. At this point I knew I had been taken advantage of. I googled the JVC they sold me and found that they charged me double retail value (plus installation). I swore I would never come back. Unfortunately today I came back because my Bluetooth isn’t connecting. Instead of looking at the problem right away I’m sitting here waiting to see if maybe they can help me. Ladies especially- please avoid this place. I get the impression that Eddie, the salesman/owner doesn’t take me seriously and saw me as an easy target.

Eddie and Sammy are great salesmen so be careful! I went in for window tint and left with a GREAT deal on a new stereo with bluetooth. They work very quickly and did a fantastic job! I love driving around and being hands free on the phone. Its worth every penny. I have been to many different shops over the years and Car Alarm Plus is a winner.

KEEP YOUR VEHICLE AND BUSINESS AWAYAfter doing some research online and unplugging the 3 terminal plug ins under the seat for the AMP, I decided it would be best to take it in and get a professional opinion. Id like to mention that the problem i was having was hearing a popping noise which i knew was traced back to the AMP but I wanted to locate the short. I decided to go here because it was closer to my place than other locations but it was a mistake. The guy at the front said he would take an in depth look at the stereo in order to understand the problem. I came back an hour later to find that he had not even taken the seat out to examine the amp closer. He told me what I already knew which was that there was no sound coming through my speakers. He said, and I quote Theres no sound so amp is broken. This was his professional diagnostic after an hour of review. He told me that if it was a simple fix he would not charge me but he ended up charging me $25.00 for doing nothing. Turning on the car and turning it off.DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL WORK. IF THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE A SIMPLE DIAGNOSTIC IMAGINE WHAT TYPE OF DAMAGE THEY CAN DO TO YOUR CAR.

Terrible terrible terrible. Went in to get a couple lights wired up on my jeep. Agreed upon a price, the front desk guy tried to charge me $200 more, said I didnt have a fuse box and he didnt know I didnt have wires pre-wired to the back. Ive had to rewire 5 out of the 7 lights they did, if I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience.Update: stripped out a lot of the wiring last night, three of the lights were tied into one larger gauge wire that was burning up. Almost nothing had couplers on it, all the wires were just twisted together and wrapped thickly in electrical tape. Everything about this place is terrible

Just bought a 2016 smart car.I was worried about the security of my car. I shopped all over town but found that most places were extremely high$$ for a good security system. Then I remembered that years ago Eddie had installed a alarm system in my Cadillac at Car Stereo Plus.So I went there and was happy to see Eddie there again, And like before he was gave me the best high tech. security system for the best price $$$ in town even thru in s few extras at no cost. Now I can sleep thnx EDDIE👍😁❤

Dont go here. They installed my raxiom navigation to my 2015 mustang. They did trash my car a little but they messed up a little on the installation. Broke my glove box and made my engine button stuck. The front desk person, Eddie, is a little rude and doesnt have good manners when you have a complaint. But he did negotiate but not a man of his word. We agreed on a price but he ended up charging 15 more than we agreed on. My advice, dont go here. Not worth it.

My bluetooth stopped working in my BMW and I had to upgrade to CarPlay. Bought the device from Dubai as a hack since nothing else would work. They helped me install it and talked to the service rep to get the installation right. Thank you for all you help!!!

Very friendly and fast. Only surprise was the wiring harness and adapter was not included when I asked for the install rate but was understandable.

AVOID AT ALL COST They sold me one thing and installed another. They use used parts and sell very old models. Made the mistake of taking two cars there. Both Viper Alarms never worked properly. Constantly went off so eventually I had both disconnected. Ripped my back seat in car. The Eddie guy is a fast talking used car salesman that is a con man.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a car stereo and was met with inexperienced salesmen, long waits (literally stood in line for 40 minutes waiting on a simple installation scheduling check) - a very cold, stale process.I wound up leaving in frustration, ordering a deck off of Amazon (wish I would have waited to buy mine from here instead) and calling around to find someone nearby that could install it. They answered the phone fast, were accommodating and the quote was great so I went in.Unlike the kids employed at Best Buy, I was treated to real insight, useful information and hands-on service. I had all my questions answered and ultimately decided to purchase some speakers to go with the new deck (great decision). I also had my antenna fixed, a subject I didnt even bother bringing up at Best Buy (too much hassle and running around).The installation was fast and clean, plus its all backed by warranty. If I ever have a problem I can just call-in instead of having to deal with red tape. If you have lots of questions and want a good price I highly recommend Car Stereo Plus.Note: this was all done on a classic car, if you want your baby in good hands go here.
