Just bought my 2017 camry and I needed tiny in this Houston heat they took care of me and my new white nightmare lol

Initially, they installed remote entry on my car. It is a work around solution at a good price. I would give a 4-5 star if thing dont keep breaking.The stuff they installed broke three times in two years. And I paid again and again to fix it. The quality of their job is low. They dont install my door back properly.The owner dont take responsibility. He blamed the aftermarket parts he sold me is doesnt work well. He then advised me to buy factory part and install somewhere else.Update: Had other shop checked. Its the string comes loose, the door is missing three fasteners. And they used glue on the handle bar. Its not the door motor/actuator not working well. Simply because the original person working on this did not do the job correctly. Instead of giving excuses, refusing to take responsibility, I hope the owner should think how to do the job correctly.

This place is awesome! I have a Prius Prime which has a curved back window, which is difficult to do. Took them almost 4 hours but they wanted to make sure everything is good. I felt bad for them to take extra people to work on my car and caused some delay to some other customs. I wouldve have paid a little more than we agreed on earlier because of their hard work and time but the owner was very friendly and curtious and didnt ask for extra money. Ill definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their car window tinted, and if I want to tint my windshield in the future Illll definitely go back to them!

Took my car here, it is an older vehicle, (96 cadillac fleetwood) the windows look fine until i rolled down the two back windows there is a 1/4 to an inch gap of window not tinted, i took it back he said there was nothing he could do about the situation, that there was no way to tint that part of the window due to how the window rolls up and down UNLESS i had someone take the window out of the door panel, so now i have to take it to another place that is able to tint the whole window properly with out having to take the door panel off, over all the job was good, its just an inconvenience and more money i have to now spend to get the job done correctly for the two back windows

So I went for a car alarm & tint special and everything looked good. My tint looks professional done.But after a few weeks, my cars alarm wouldn’t work sometimes. So my husband took the car to them and they replaced my car alarm for free. (Included in warranty) so I’m pleased.

I really love this place! Owner is really nice ..even though I am late in leaving this review LOL I have taken my brand new 2020 Chevrolet Equinox here to have an alarm installed and I also took my last car a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic here for an alarm also. They are great with newer model cars and its reasonably priced and fast service too. I havent had any issues with either alarm. I would highly recommend & would definitely be back if I need to.

I recently got my windows tinted at this place and they did an amazing job! After going to different places to find the best deal, I came acrossed ultimate protection & sound. Right from the get go, Mr Lee provided me with excellent customer service. If you expect a quality job, I do not recommend this place. They do not accept their inability to correct the issue, but ask you to go somewhere else. The issue: dust in bubbles on window tint.

They worked with my short timeline and were able to complete my vehicle surprisingly fast. Their prices were the best that I found (out of 3 other quotes). Ultimate is the only place I let touch my cars when it comes to audio and tint! Service is top notch and prices cant be beat! Ive had a number of cars tinted and pioneer double dins installed over the years, and today (1-15-18) was no exception. These guys have been around for a long time. I remember the bass package adds in the paper back in the day.

I rarely rate and review any place unless service was either horrendous or fantastic. Lee and the guys at the shop got me setup with a viper alarm system with remote start today. Five star customer service with a clean and quick install. Also, saved 2-300 bucks on system w install vs other popular retailers/installers. Recommending friends and will certainly be back for darker tint and prob bedcover after the holidays. No personal incentive to write this review but like to give credit where credit is due. I called Mr Lee Friday for Saturday to install Viper alarm. Everything went well.and as promised.I reccomend Ulitmate Protections.

The owner was very friendly and nice. He helped me remove the ten year old tint (which was very difficult to remove) and replaced with new tinting on the back and rear sides. He is a trustworthy person who did not sell his products to me based on his earnings but really what fit my needs. My car now has the new tinting for couple months and no bubbling/quality issues were found. I am very happy with his service and so today I went back again to replace the front windshield tinting. The service today was excellent as usual. Pricing was very reasonable. Be prepared to spend at least couple hours here because there are usually couple customers cars jobs to be done before yours. However, the wait is worth it if you want your cars tinting done nicely without problems later on.

Fast, inexpensive and exactly what I wanted! I walked into the store expecting to get a car alarm that was within my budget and ended up getting a better model for the price I wanted! $217 for a car alarm with a pager after all was said and done and they started working on my car immediately after I chose which alarm I wanted. The gentleman who helped me was also very informative in helping me choose my alarm and didnt pressure me at all on my purchase. I had an alarm system install and they were great!! The installer was very meticulous and insured that all the wiring was neatly done and the interior molding was replaced as if it was never removed. I can certainly say the best quality and service in town since I looked at so many places and they are all scam. They have the sign for under $100 but in reality the prices are $200 and above. Ive been coming here for my auto window tint since 2005. I absolutely love the service more than any other place Ive tried. My car always looks nice and Im always taken care of in the best professional manner. I recommend my coworkers and family members to attend for their service because Im always satisfied with the results.

Asian guy said he knew how to replace interior halogen lights with leds, turns out it was too difficult for him to do. He didnt complete the job and left the light socket without it being able to turn on. Said he would call me the following Monday, he never gave a courtesy call. I have spent good money here. Advice to management: Dont take on a job if you dont know what youre doing because you want to make money at the customers expense.

I had my Running boards installed with these guys.I explained to the owner that I can to you guys based on reviews and I want you guys to install it right.Both of them were installed wrong with off balance. You can clearly see and say they did worst job.I went back and asked this guy to fix it and reminded my previous conversation with him about detail. He was very defensive and rude. Now he told me he never installed these and have no experience. He sounded like, it’s not his job and he did a favor. I was shocked with his reply.After some talking they tried to put it right but it’s bad.It’s simple work. I should have done it myself.Now these guys bent my running board. I lost total $400 worth by going to these guys.I will never go back.

Did a good job on my tint. However, I had to wait longer than I wanted to due to there being one car being serviced in front of me. After that car was finished my tint was applied. I was out in 2 hrs or a bot longer. Other than that, I would definitely refer Ultimate Protection & Sound to others!

The only reason people are saying positive things about this place is because of the $5 off incentive offered to every customer if they give a good review. I refused the $5 credit and am providing a REAL opinion. This place has the absolute WORST customer service, more specifically the Vietnamese liar that works the front. Hes a liar who is after your $. I would provide details on my experience but Im afraid the work I had done will be at risk and no longer warrantied. The prices are low, but I recommend you steer clear of this place. They make false promises and pretend to be knowledgeable when in reality they have no clue. They are just experimenting with your car. DONT DO IT! Plus the place smells like something died in there.

Last night I started having car alarm trouble which carried over to this morning. I had to have my truck towed back to the original shop which installed it. Once there the owner gave me the run around which I was not surprised since that was the type of service I received when installing. Thank goodness for the tow truck man he was able to get my car running again.I did a quick google search and ended up choosing Ultimate Protection & Sound ( and I am glad I did )were Lee quoted a very reasonable price for another alarm, even though I wanted to just completely disconnect it he was willing to work with me either way. In the end Lee did what everyone else said they couldnt or they were OVER charging for. I will continue to USE Lee at Ultimate Protection & Sound.. Thank you Lee you now have a loyal customer.

Call this dealer about issue with my alarm. They said they could only completely remove and reinstall to find and fix problem. They would not attempt to trouble shoot issue. Online forums and manufacture point to two items it would be. These guys will not check those items. They just want to take your money

STAY AWAY! Especially if you have a foreign car. These idiots have no experience with German cars. The minute I picked up my car from having a navigation screen installed, my check engine light came on. When I made them aware, he told me the light was on before they did the work. Which it wasnt. It ended up in a costly visit to the BMW dealership. The dealership advised me that the person who installed the navigation should have known that a memory saver should be used on these cars when removing the battery. Otherwise it will confuse the computer and could cause your engine to shake. In addition, I was told the work would take an hour, 3 hours tops. They actually ended up keeping it overnight and I was without my vehicle. No apology from them, it was just answered with more charges than promised.

Good company with employees that are fully qualified in what they do. Even after passing my 1 year warranty, they still took care of a minor damage for free.

At Ultimate Protection & Sound they served me right away. The guy behind the desk was very kind and helpful. Well staffed. Good location. Very easy to find. Rather have them do my tint then a shadetree person. Im interested in a dvd radio NEXT. Competitive prices.

They have done previous cars’ windows perfectly. But for the last one, I was offered to get the windshield done as well even thought it was not on my mind. However, the installer did not do a good job, bu leaving bubbles and dust inside those bubbles so they never went away. I got my refund back for the windshield portion after two attempts of unsuccessful attempts. When I visited the shop again for another car, I was refused to get their service due to above issue. So, if you get bubbles on your tint and they do not go away, you have to accept it, to get their service again for other times.
