Very rude and don’t want to take responsibility for messing up. Told us to “read the manual” and said it’s not their fault on the install. Went back and turned us away three times. Said they would be back in a minute and never came back. Don’t go here. They sell used and refurbished parts as new and taped boxes. You spend lots of money on products and they have a nasty attitude. Not customer focused. Stay away.

I had an awe full experience, he lied to me insulted me and refused to fix his problem! He claimed I needed hearing aids and that I was the problem. He is wushu washy and overall a lier! I am 100% unimpressed with the service or lack of.

Business hours are from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. So I was there at 9:30 am to buy a tv. Happen that they open until 10:00 am i had to wait 30 minutes then I told them I was going to buy a tv they said they cant sell a tv until one of the owners give the approval so they where calling one of them so I wait 25 minutes and they never answer that was very disappoint it.The business hours are from 9:30 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon. Tuesday morning I arrived at 9:30 to buy a television and they opened until 10:00 I had to wait 30 minutes later they told me that to buy a television one of the owners had to give the approval and usually not even aviator in the business and they had to call but none answered wait another 25 minutes at the end were 55 minutes of waiting for nothing that disappointing.

Bad place does not work. they set up the alarms badly and then they dont answer anything to me they screwed my car
