I dont usually give reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I hope I can stop someone else if they are thinking of going here. PLEASE DONT! I bought a car there in january, the next day it started to stop on me. This was a 2013 sentra and the transmisson wasnt working. They didnt do a good job vetting the car before they sold it to me. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they let me exchange it for a honda. (Yes its still working) Thats the only saving grace. After I paid the car off in April, Covid happened and they said I would need to wait til the DMV opened to get my title. Months later in June I called them to see if they had the title. THEY SAID THE SAME THING. I called again month after month until late August. The woman in charge of payments, Dorinne, said they would look into it and call me back ( never did). I ended up going there and refusing to leave until I recieved my title. Apparently it was there the whole time- put with the accounts were cleared and paid off!!! If that was where it was, they should have been gave it to me. 5 Months!!Now, all this to say the new staff that helped me that day were very courteous and gave me a very minute impression that they can change. (They also are changing the name to Concept Motors or something like that FYI)If you want a cheap car, you can come here, just be ready to deal with poor customer service at best. My advice: go somewhere that has excellent reviews, top notch service, and no likely hood of them ever losing your title.

Great place. It was easy to get approved for my nissan rogue. Fell into a hard time lost my car insurance. They ended up coming to get the car. Because I had no insurance. Which is understandable liability to them. But they work with me to be able to get my car back. Elva was great in helping me make sure I got my car back. Very caring people not just in it for the job.

Luz is my sale s person she have help me and my family get financed. She has always been very helpful to me. She also helped my nephew get a car just the other day. This place is good and bad, a toss-up. I purchased my first car from ( back then it was called Rodeo Motors ) and it was fine, no issues. The car was totaled and they allowed me to return and purchase a new car on a second chance forgiveness deal. Perfect. However, now since replacing my engine, I have to fight tooth and nail to get things done. During the time the mechanics replaced my engine, someone at the shop shattered my windshield. This was not brought to my attention - they were going to try and give my car back to me in hopes that I did not notice. A brief argument followed the discovery because the manager did not want to replace the glass. Secondly, my windows were left rolled down and my carpet was soaked and smelled of mildew & they didnt even want to clean my carpets - all they did was vacuum, instead of shampoo. It has been nearly a month since replacing my engine and I have to return nearly weekly because problems following the replacement persist.So, again if you decide to buy here - you may as well toss a coin to determine how your experience will be. It seems everyone has a good first experience or proper opening relationship but once you get your car it falls apart and you have to struggle to get it fixed.

I purchased a vehicle here in August of this year and at first I was a little worried because I had to take my car back a few times but they fixed the my concerns and even ordered a dash cover at no cost to me, every experience is different you can have some of the same experiences with a new car dealer I know I have. They fixed my car and I havent had any issues since, they are great people they worked with me on my monthly payments and everything. The car I bought is a nice little carthank you guys so much

The reviews that say this place is great must be from someone that works there. Recently bought a car from there. Paid almost $2000 for a white Lexus. The Finance lady Doreen called insurance company because it was SAID we didnt have insurance. Allstate verified that we did have FULL COVERAGE and they still didnt give us the car back after picking it up from my place of business hours before even calling the insurance company with my husband on the phone. I would not send my worse enemy to these people. Con artists. The car lot had our car longer than we had it fixing the engine.

No apology but she simply walked out on me. Horrible experience i will not forget for a long while. If you love yourself and your time Please be informed... Dont go there terrible bunch.... This terrible service i got, i called before i headed that way still i got that kind of poor service and i had to question myself for driving more than 20miles to receive this. Very Sad

I was in desperate need of a car but had a few repos on my credit but I made enough money in January 2016 to be able to put a down payment and then Carlos worked with me to spread the rest of my down payment over several weeks. I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6 and I have not had any problems since I bought it back in January 2016. The owner and all of the staff have been nice and helpful to me. I am a black male in case anyone was wondering. I lost my job and now I am trying to work things out where I can keep my car and make a payment even though I am late on making that payment, but Asia has been nice and working with me on that as well. I am sorry that others have had bad experiences but mine has been very good and I know all car lots try to make the most money off of one customer, so the vehicles may be overpriced, but do your research, but AutoValue Finance is a place I would do business with again.

The worst experience ever would be an understatement. I purchased a vehicle and less than a month later the vehicle literally caught on fire while sitting in the parking lot. No one was in the car or near the car. The arson investigator stated it was an electrical fire. This car lot sells lemons and the finance company that they work with Woodlands Financial is probably if not worse than them. The vehicles are overpriced and obviously defected. Luz was a great salesman who could care less about you as a consumer, the vehicle was sold under false claims. They have been of no service or help. If you dont want to be ripped off take your money and run far far away from Auto Value.

They dont want you to pay off the car. they just want to resale it.The cars are made to LOOK nice but they are ALL LEMONS! They say they have free matinance for the car as long as you dont need a part or tire; but their machanics dont know how to fix cars. The machanics only know how to temporally fix an issue until it falls apart agin.They said they fixed my alignment, then 2 weeks later I needed a new one!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Horrible place to get a vehicle. I had bought s Jeep liberty gray from them. The engine light stayed on never went off. The lying sales guy Will said drive it 1000 miles it will go off. Went to Galveston twice in 1 day still on.most of there cars have engine light on. It had transmission problems.there s no refund .once u pay thats it. Elva finance lady very rude will threating u with repo. Plsss even if ur desperate like I was . Dont go here. Keep going too many others around. I got the SUV in June 2017 this yr .not a honest place at all.
