I recently traded in my little car and upgraded to a Grand Cherokee! I am OBSESSED with it and it hasnt even been a full 24 hours!!!! I am super thankful for both Zach and Julian for making the sale go by quickly and hassle free! Zach is very persuasive with his customers without coming off pushy! He seems to really care about getting his clients the best deal possible without going in a financial hole. I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep North Houston. I was actually just going in to look around but was so pleased with my service that I ended up buying it that day. Alonzo was a new sales rep but was very helpful and for any questions he couldn’t answer he was honest about it and then partnered with a Certified Jeep representative, John Arrant. John was helpful, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend these folks and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep.

Went to service dept. Services from the parking lot was excellent. They were able to detect that my power steering fluid was needed. The resovor is in a hidden spot. The job was complete in 45 minutes. The price was good. And, my Chrysler is in tip-top shape. Ill always appreciate their services at this dealership.

Came for an oil change. In and out in less than an hour. I am use to someone meeting me outside as I pull up. You do have to walk inside to ge serviced here. Great service

The Express Lane Team they have on Saturdays are true Customer Service oriented to help council you and help maintain your vehicle with the proper service and advisement to what your vehicle really needs, and what you will need in your next upcoming visits. I bet this dealership sells more vehicles because of their service department.

I was a walk-in about 12:45pm. I was waited on quickly and efficiently. I was given the price of the service I requested and after okaying the request my vehicle was being worked on within about 10 - 15 minutes. After the work was finished on my vehicle the service agent even applied a coupon to my bill that saved me $20. The service I received from start to finish was friendly & excellent. Mac Haik North dealership was AMAZING!!!. My Sales Rep. Henry was awesome and worked a heck of a deal for me. He made the car buying process super smooth by commiting to the figures we agreed on over the phone. Therefore, when I got to the dealership I just had to sign docs and I didnt have to be there all day. After closing the deal, Henry, even drove my vehicle to me a few days later once it arrived at the dealership since I was out of town. Henry also detailed and tinted the car so it was spotless when he dropped it off. I couldnt ask for a better car buying experience. After a terrible experience at a different dealership, we had a great experience at this one. From the time we arrived and were greeted by Josue (Josh) Badillo, we were treated with respect. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks we were looking at and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. We spent a lot of time researching beforehand and ended up getting a good deal. Dropped my jeep off Tuesday for the ABS & Traction light, received an text starting my Thermostat code is pending, never had my check engine light to come on, but I said go ahead and do the work for an extra $ 500.00, putted my jeep up Tuesday evening, Wednesday the check engine light comes on, so now I’m having to drop my jeep off again today so inconvenient. Was looking to update my 2013 to a newer model vehicle without being over my budget. My Sales persons went above and beyond to find just the right vehicle to fit my budget plus gave me the most for my trade almost paying it off.

Brought my 2020 ecodeisel Wrangler in to use one of my free Jeep wave oil changes/tire rotations and they straight up refused to do a tire rotation because I no longer had the stock tires on the Jeep. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because I also had the broken sun visor issue that they were able to fix the same day. Still on the hunt for a mod friendly dealership that is familiar with the legalities of the mangnuson moss warranty act.

It was super busy when I came for my oil change but Thomas (Tom) was friendly, helpful and didnt make me feel rushed! Appreciate the honest service and not oversold on things I dont really need.

These people took an outrageous amount of time to sell me a car. My salesman was unhelpful and communicated poorly throughout the process. He used deceitful sales tactics like asking for redundant signatures to make you feel like you were already bound by a contract far earlier into the sale than you were. They left off a bunch of mandatory additions to the car’s price from what they advertised on the sticker. Tried to give me half of my trade in’s fair value before I called them out, and then finally delivered a car that was on low fuel before my hours long trip home. Will never do business here again.

Service departments really professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Technician I was also kind and courteous I’ve known him From previous directions repairs to my vehicle.

Bought a truck and purchased there oil change plan from them. Since it’s a Ford they ask that I call a couple days in advance to allow them to get the oil and filters that my truck needs. Every time I call getting thru to the oil change department is a disaster. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. Hard to tell them I need a oil change and give them the courtesy they asked of me to call a few days in advance when they never answer the phone. The service is horrible. I wouldn’t ever purchase there oil change plan ever again especially if your not buying a dodge product from them. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

Complete waste of time with Mac Haik. My wife spoke directly with “Shelbie Hartley” and was told there were several Ram 3500 tradesman models on the lot. We also received an email from her saying the truck is ready for us.We made an appointment at 7p with Jorge Flores but he was busy so we spoke with Armando. Long story short, there was only 1 3500 on the lot and it was a Limited edition short bed.We drove almost 45 minutes only to be told, “sorry.” This dealership is completely unorganized and flying by the seat of their pants. Even after replying to Shelbie’s follow up emails, she nor anyone on the internet side has acknowledged me.Take away: if you head to Mac Haik, have a salesperson send you a photo of the actual vehicle on the lot before heading there.ETA: read the Yelp reviews and you’ll see my review is spot on with others’ experience at Mac Haik.

So they didn’t honor my warranty AND they charged me for something they failed to verbally disclose when they said “sign here”. To add insult to injury my car now has airbag light on and it didn’t have any lights on when I dropped it off! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE OUR $!

I WAS SO EXCITED TO PICK UP MY NEW CAR AND RECEIVE A TRADE-IN OFFER ON MY CURRENT VEHICLE. I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO DISCUSS TRADE-IN VALUE AND THE INCORRECT PURCHASE ORDER INVOICE. THE INVOICE HAD THE SELLING PRICE OF THE NEW VEHICLE AT $45,805 A DIFFERENCE OF $1,500 WITHOUT THE SAFEGUARD PACKAGE ADDED. THEY GAVE ME THE COMPLETE RUNAROUND ABOUT THE INCORRECT INVOICE ALONG WITH APPRAISING MY CURRENT VEHICLE. AFTER SOME TIME OF ME SITTING AND WAITING AROUND THE DEALERSHIP MY SALESMAN WALKS UP TO ME AND SAYS MY MANAGER DOES NOT WANT TO SELL YOU THE CAR.
