The car they sold me was suspiciously overfilled with clean oil. Obviously has a leak that they cleaned up pretty well. They will change your payment dates and send repo men who laugh about towing your only vehicle to get to work with, refuse to make payment arrangements with you and lie and tell people you cussed them out when you were never even on the phone with them. Stay far away.

This place is fraud and cheats customers. I purchased pre-owned car and it’s engine already had a lot of issue. I was not made aware of it while purchasing and he did some finishing polishing which at that moment makes you look that everything is good. My car broke down completely after 1 month and when I went to mechanic I came to know about all the existing issues and how they were fixed temporarily to show that the car is in excellent condition. Also, I didn’t receive the title and they didn’t help me to get it. When I called them they were very unprofessional and I was informed that it’s not our duty. Please be aware before buying car from here.

I purchased my 2013 Nissan (ALL BLACK ) Altima from this company. I can honestly say that I have not had a problem with my car or the company until today. My account was changed from a nice lady name Ruby to a nice lady named Rosemary (who I just found out is no longer with the company). Now I have a very rude person named Kammie or Tammie. Please inform your agents that its the customers who keep them with a job.

They do a lot of favoritism this car like I thought was legit. They got me paying $500 a month and wanting me to pay every two weeks we are going through COVID-19 right now where there are no jobs really giving hours. They will talk as if they have concerns about what is going on in reality they only are out to get you for your money I bought this vehicle and started having troubles immediately they was not concerned at all. Their customer service is very non-professional I would not waste my time with this car lot I am I lawyers are getting ready to file a lawsuit because they refuse to give me a fair payment and they also are increasing the percentage the interest of the vehicle. I try speaking with them I have gotten nowhere be careful giving these people your money ask all questions they are playing favoritism

I just bought a 2008 Toyota Sequoia and am happy I chose Autospec. Chad was excellent and provided great customer service. I was in and out in about an hour, purchased same day. Chad went out of his way to make sure vehicle was inspected by the State even though I showed up shortly before they were going to close. Their porter made sure my temp plate went on quickly and even helped me figure out how to unbuckle a third row belt so that I could fold down the third row. All in all Im very happy with my overall experience and recommend them to others.

This is my second car from Autospec. The entire time that I have had both vehicles the staff at Autospec have been so good to me. Both vehicles that I have owned from them have been very good cars. I recently purchased my car from them, I was surprised by the helpfulness of the staff, you can tell they work as a team. Needless to say I would recommend them to anyone I took my sister and she got a car and they gave me 75 dollars as a referral fee.

They had a wonderful selection of vehicles for reasonable prices.

Never even got the chance to sit in the office and negotiate a deal. Long story short they sold the car before I could buy. The professionalism and cordial car sale etiquette is sub par.

I am thankful that he helped me get a car . But the car has been slowly messing up when I first got it the ac went out like with in the week . One of the tires exploded while my mom had the car . Shortly after the drivers window also messed up . So if you can save up a little bit more i recommend going to some other dealership but if you are in a desperate need of a car than this place is okay for that .also he helps build up your credit

I am hear with my wife now and we ask for a down payment on two of there vehicles they say $3,000 on 2012 Toyota Camry and $2,000 down on another vehicle,if I am going to put that much down I might as well go with autonation.....we just in a bad spot since the hurricane happend everything’s been down hill from that day just trying to put a low down payment on a vehicle until we get something better just in need of a car but not that bad

Not a good place to purchase or lease or rent a vehicle not very good customer service and when I purchased the vehicle, a 2009 Nissan Altima everything was good when I first bought it; but as soon as I got on the freeway to drive it the acceleration on the vehicle wouldnt accelerate I went to the in house mechanic they had and he couldnt find anything and he said he would charge me 80$ an hour to drive the vehicle to figure out what is going on. Idk what else to do when I tried to get a replacement or trade-in vehicle he told me to come back in a year. It is total bs, so now I am stuck with a vehicle I cant even drive to see my family. Do not I repeat do not rent a vehicle from this place
