This dealership out performed all dealers in the Houston and surrounding areas.This makes two vehicles Ive purchased at Northwest Chrysler Jeep...Thanks so to all the staff there!Im going to contact the dealership regarding a major front-end issue Im having with the jeep I purchase just three weeks ago.Im currently at discount tire having them make sure the tires are not going to fall off. It literally feels and sounds like the front end is going to fall when I make a turn. Wheels are bolted and balanced but still having a major front end rattle and shake.Now the jeep is at the auto repair shop checking out the front end.Hopefully this isnt a costly repair that was hidden when I purchased the jeep.I had the whole front-end and rear-end inspected. Mechanic just told me the rear drive axle to transfer case boot and bearings are out, causing all the noise.Northwest called and said they would take care of everything and even give me a loner car... things are looking up!Thanks Northwest team π
I can not recommend a better dealership in Northwest Houston. Our sales person James was top notch. He was very friendly, personable, and very helpful in finding the right truck. He never pressured the sale and made sure we had the best deal possible with our trade in. Jennifer in finance was also extremely helpful and friendly. She took the extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that we had the best financing possible. She even took the time to explain each comprehensive package to find the right one to meet our needs.I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. My Cherokee with about 5000 miles needed warranty service. Some of the dealers were wanting the vehicle to be dropped off for 3-5 days for checking but not giving loaner or rental car. Northwest Chrysler readily gave a rental car. Diagnosis and necessary service done and returned to me in two days. Service advisor Mel Hanvelt, true to her designation, was extraordinarily helpful during the entire process by explaining the details on the progress. I really appreciate their professionalism and help to service my vehicle. Post selling support is what that makes the difference in customer service. Thank You.
Things took a little longer than expected but, over all I had a good experience. The work got done and my car is running great. Im blessed management was able to work with me to make things a little more affordable for me. Called over the phone to see if the truck was still available they transferred me to a sales person Victor, he said yes is still available he said he would have the truck park in the front for me when I arrived truck was parked in the front like promise. We worked with Dora at Northwest Dodge. Shortly after getting our new Jeep home, we discovered it had a chip on the windshield. You could see the chip in the photos we took at the dealership. Dora and the team replaced the glass and even upgraded the windshield to Gorrilla Glass! I will be buying my next Jeep from Dora soon and highly recommended her for your auto needs!
Took my truck in to be serviced. Diagnostic came back to replace abs control module. Was told there are none out there to be found and it would have to be repaired.ok no biggie. My service rep called the extended warranty company and let me know the claim was approved just not the total amount and I would owe some. Ok cool. I called the claim company myself to inquire, and turns out they were told only it was being replaced, nothing about being sent out to be fixed. Next a couple of other repairs they are charging an additional man hour vs what a job should take, so more passed down cost to me. Finally my service advisor has been impossible to reach. Ive left messages and texts and no reply. A rental was approved and he said he would get back with me and 4 days later nothing. Will be going out and getting my own rental. By far worst experience i have had dealing with a repair. I would go negative stars if possible.

However, Carole from Northwest Dodge made my experience very easy and pleasant (I am comparing her to three other dodge dealerships in Houston who refused to listen to what I was saying and instead attempted to sell me something that I did not want). Saturday August 14th, I had a 8:30am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few checks. I did the online check in around 8:30am but thought I should go inside to make sure I get the correct services. I spoke to Dalton. He signed me up for the advantage plan. I also let him know I wanted a car wash. I planned on waiting at the dealership.At 10:05am Dalton called and I went up front to discuss what other services needed to be done. I chose to get an alignment, coolant flush, and brake fluid flush as additional service. Dalton told me it would be another 1-2 hours. I let him know I would walk to get something to eat.I returned around 12:00pm and was told they are finishing the alignment.Around 1:00pm I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes and it would get washed. At 1:30pm I go ask is it done yet and was told they are getting it to the wash.Around 1:50pm my car finally gets pulled around dry as can be and I can tell it did not get washed at all. My car was mostly clean but not all the way clean. I guess because it mostly looked clean Dalton thought I wouldnt notice. I didnt look at it until after I checked out and didnt want to go back inside.I really didnt appreciate the 5 and a half hours I had to wait for standard services. I really didnt appreciate being lied to about the wait and the car wash either. It makes me wonder if I got the $600+ in services I paid for. If I didnt pay for the advantage plan, I would not return. I definitely wont return after getting my next two services.I never received a video of anything either that Dalton said I should receive.

The staff at Northwest was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for a late night sale. Went above and beyond in that respect. Pricing for this particular vehicle was also really great (no absurd market adjustment fees) and trade-in was spot on with an easy process. Signing process was a breeze and no pressure tactics - really outstanding. My only gripe is the add-on of the EVTS; the product itself is good (there is a standard disclaimer in the fine print to be fair regarding dealership add-ons) but price is inflated too much in my opinion, even in consideration of installation. Other than that this was a 5 star effort and good buying experience.
I had a really great experience! Dwyane Daniels was very nice and patient with me. Explained things to me when I needed it and he wasnβt pushy. His manager Ryan was also super nice, friendly, informative and not pushy at all either! They worked to get me the best rate without ruining my credit!! George spoke out of place when he advised me if FCA got involved to find out what the problem was they would void my warranty since I had after market suspension and wheels already installed. After challenging him he backed down from that which is why I reported him to FCA and moved to Tomball Dodge. Be aware they will try to claim they cannot find an issue with your vehicle and try to send you off. DO NOT leave...Challenge them and get FCA involved you have warranty and they have a responsibility to honor that warranty.At the end of the day my total experience with Northwest Dodge has been less than enjoyable. While we had great hopes of being part of the large Jeep community everything with the dealers and manufacture thus far is greatly discouraging us from further pursuing this idea.After this visit I sent a complaint to FCA who assisted me with transferring the service to Tomball Dodge. Even after all their revamping/remodeling they still cant get it right. When every question I ask is answered by a cant do it or guess they forgot to do it makes me regret getting their advantage care package for a deal on oil changes. I was impressed the last time I came with the walk through inspection video, but didnt get it this time and when I asked about it I was told it should have been sent to my phone and well...it couldnt be resent to me because I wasnt opted in...but I received it the last time?? Why do I keep giving them a chance is beyond me...once again I prove my husband right! Not worth the savings if they cant do it right! The 2 star is for the service guys effort!

This dealership has nothing but bad service, I took my Dodge Ram for service that includes; 3 oil changes, 3 truck washes and 3 refill fluids and all they did was the oil change, than I traded in the dodge for something better so I went there(Dealership) for cancellation of the other two pending services and now they just playing ball with me transferring me from person to person because they donβt want to make the adjustment on the remaining balance, it looks to me they donβt want to give the refund back, they donβt care about customers satisfaction just numbers because thatβs the way they get paid and the way they roll, itβs sad to see big dealerships running people over especially when theyβre the big dogs selling brand new vehicles, like a buyer paying big bucks for this nightmare we deserve better, itβs a shame because you pay for service too but isnβt different for this guys, I understand if I buy a junk on the street, thatβs what you get itβs what it is.

Just moved to the area and took my vehicle here for the first time. I was informed while walking in that this location was going show up the other Jeep dealership that I used to go to. I took my car in for a nail in my tire and for wiper blades. I was called later that day around 6 pm and was informed that my tire could be saved and patched and they offered me other options that they recommended for my Jeep. For example the tire rotation and the fuel injection cleaner. I accepted the alignment even though my vehicle only have less than 15k miles. Funny thing is I still have the same issue with my car even though they did an alignment. I also declined the fuel injection clean service but when I came to pick up my vehicle it had a new tire on it instead of patching my old tire and they did the fuel injection services on my car even though I didnt ask for it.I complained about work being done to my vehicle without my permission and the service adviser informed me that he was going to take care of it. He said there were communication issues and he didnt understand why the shop did the services and didnt want to take it off my bill. I complained a bit more and the service adviser walked out and quit apparently. The service guys manager saw it all and just ignored me and followed his employee while I sat in the office. Finally 10 mins later the service manager came back into the office and walked right pasted me and didnt even sorry or I will be right with you. Finally about 5 mins later another service guy asked if I needed something and I kind of looked at him dumb because he saw it all take place and didnt seem to care either. Finally the service manager comes up and didnt apologize to me and just said what he could do for me instead of asking what was really going on and he didnt take the services that were done to my car off my bill. For my first time being there and then being informed that they would show me what a great dealership is.I would NOT recommend this dealership because they dont seem to care about their clients and have horrible customer service. I would recommend you go somewhere else especially if your willing to spend the high dollar dealership fees. Take it to a dealership that treats you correctly.
Initially, I decided to take my business to another dealer because I didnt have such a positive experience. I didnt feel as if I was being viewed as a valued customer, and I didnt feel as if my needs were considered and/or expectations were being met. However, after sharing with the manager that I wasnt having a great experience and that I was considering taking my business somewhere else, the manager really gave an heartfelt apology and made me reconsider. The salesmen LT was really nice and went above and beyond to help me. Lastly, after closing my deal, my experience with different manager (Finance Manager) wasnt good at all. I came to the car lot approved, with outside financing. The finance manager kept trying to convince me of why this was not a good option. I understand thats her job, however she was offended and became rude once I declined reconsidering finance with Northwest and declined extended warranty. At one point she told me she was busy and wouldnt be able to submit my buyers order at this time to the loan officer as requested. She went on to say that she had various orders/paper work to complete. It was as if because I declined the things she offered she was highly upset. Another manger (heartfelt apology manager from earlier) sent over all my paper work for me and I was able to leave. Overall I just felt like I went through a lot of different emotions during this transaction. I have never experienced such feelings when/while purchasing a car. I dont know I just think the process of purchasing a car is already A LOT and time consuming and I just didnt need the additional stress....But again my salesman was GREAT! I dont know if I would recommend this location to anyone because I want to be able to confidently refer a person to a business that I know he/she would have a positive experience from beginning to end.
Originally we went in to speak with Dora and we got Karen and Dora as a tag team. They were both very wonderful and understanding and helped us out immensely. They were patient and kind and showed us vehicles that were not only in our price range but affordable too. We were then passed on to Jenny, our financial manager. If we didnβt already feel at home before we defiantly did then. She offered much more than advice she offered us an experience. Everyone worked with us and we were able to drive off with a $0 down and a great brand new car. Definitely 10/10.

After having my wonderful car serviced in early 2017 at Northwest Dodge, they failed to replace the antifreeze, and within minutes of me driving off the property, they destroyed my engine. They turned my vehicle into a heap of junk. I wouldnβt let Northwest Dodge service my tricycle.So, I no longer have the vehicle and do not require any more communication from Northwest Dodge because my Magnum is in the JUNK pile.

Called about interest in a particular vehicle and expressed that other dealerships have the same exact vehicle for a lower price but the one they have is the color I want, they said they would check to see if they could match price and never called me back. I called back the next day and they said there was no room on price even though there vehicle was listed over 3,000 over competitors l. I bet they would have called back if they could have made the sell but since they couldnβt compete why bother. Horrible customer service

Went Saturday for oil change, tire rotation and car wash and noticed when I got home that there was water inside my driver side headlights I called right away which they were already gone. A lady at the dealership said she called the service director who said she would call me Monday morning never received a call I had to call and leave another message and the service department said they would escalate the matter. This is the last time I go there just the time before I asked for a quote on blinker bulbs they did it anyways and decided they would charge me for it. So sad they just want to sell you the car then when you need there help no ones to be found. And to add they called today asking if I had warranty on the car the car is a 2020 and had no damage prior to dropping the car off after it got serviced it had damage and they said it wasnβt because of that but yet they take a video prior for what reason then?
The experience here was so easy. I am very satisfied with the service especially with our sales person as the finance department. With a lower credit score I was able to get exactly what I wanted and then some. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Now that this dealership is under new management with a great new GM Im sure that they will exceed their expectations and their goals. The service department is almost like family.

I purchased a used 2015 f150 the dealership likes to lie and hide things from service to sells managers. I noticed the oil hasnβt been done so I called spoke with the sale manager and he said he looked it up and it shows oil change has been done. So I drove up there and asked to see where in the system shows it was done and he didnβt have a answer for me. Then they ended up doing the oil change because it wasnβt done and they also took my $4 I left in the truck just to see if they would be honest and leave it alone. Sure enough it was gone.

I would definitely recommend Northwest to anyone. After lots of research and visits to other dealerships, I found them to be the most helpful and the BEST deals. Ask for Claudia l, she was fantastic. She answered all my questions and stayed on top of my deal, getting me the best deal. I was treated like I was spending a million dollars. We had a little hiccup after receiving my Dodge but everyone at Dodge handles the situation with professionalism. Thank you Claudia and Thank You Kara for helping me with my truck!!

First off I rarely do reviews but needed to on my 1st time dealing with this company. The salesman was great, it all started when dealing with the finance dept. We spent 4 hours trying to buy a car, kicker was at the end when I was signing papers, financial dept had me intitial on a black electronic pad, while mentioning items in a way that makes you feel it is a complimentary item, NEVER saying the cost! Everything else I signed up to this point was on paper, It was deceptive and misleading, she sure explained in detail their other options... aboutgap insurance and extended coverage and nothing about their aftermarket price which ended up being for nitrogen for ties, a one spot cleaning and anti theft for an extra $1995.00. They wouldnt remove it, said it was NOT an option to do so. The whole time we sat there, finance person was not very professional, it was very late, very distracting, unpleasant experience. Also said this cost is on every new and used vehicle. I ended up leaving and the next day have found another dealership, same exact car....better price and NO $1995. EXTRA cost. Definitely check other dealerships before you buy, ask them about this charge because not all of them charge it and it isnt hidden in the cost as they say....would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and received the worst experience with financing Jen. I did not realize until after I went home that the numbers where showing differently on my papers. Amount Financed and monthly payments were lower by $3,000 as to compared what was sent to finance department.Β Then was told extended warranty would be put on and everything would stay the same only to come to find out was charged a big $7,200 on it. When I went to look at the papers they dont even add up to $7,200 it added to $6,025. Where and why are the numbers not even adding up and never once told it would be additional $7,200.Jen said that she was having software issues and was suppose to manually fix numbers. Why is she evenΒ conducting business if her software isnt working ?? And adding thousands to a contact. We never seen the numbers for the warranty because she had us sign on the electronic pad. And she didnt give us any of the papers until after we were sitting in the car. She brought the envelope out because she was going to print everything out and bring it back out. I also recall she said the monthly would be lower and that she had put something in there twice and had resigned another paper. I also came to f out that numbers sent out to the bank were ballooned to get Financed.Β At this point this experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the GM Gibbs and was told he was unavailable and any other higher up wasnt able to speak to me either. I will be reporting it to the better business bureau and to the Bank. I hope nobody else will have this unpleasant experience ever.I am coming back on here a month after my purchase to edit this post and let yall know until today I have yet to receive a call or anything from the dealership. They never reached out to me yo make anything right.
I had a bad experience with Northwest Dodge sales team,I liked one of the vehicles and I contacted them to ask more details and see if the price was negotiable.Never received a phone call but I emailed with couple of the sales consultants and one time with the sales manager receiving the same response that the internet price was not negotiable and that was the best price they can offer if I want to buy the vehicle so what should I talk to them if I have to pay the listed price online. Dealers usually treat you fair and try to get your business but this was not the case.

We had a issue with our 2019 Dodge Durango on a Thursday. I called NWCJD and they booked me for Friday morning. Bart called me Thurs and said everything will be taken care of. He was right I picked up my Durango Saturday morning. Bart and the service dept was awesome. Thank yall
I wouldnβt suggest this dealership. Problematic, service department less then Par for the course..My experience :Bought a new Dodge Charger RT mid June. Prior to purchase I wasnβt made aware that new vehicles arenβt provided with a spare anymore. How do you not provide a spare tire in Houston??? After resolving that issue two weeks laters my back passenger tire gets a leak and schedule a service call since I donβt have a spare. Arriving at 8 am as scheduled I find out that when finalizing my deal my tire protection was not included in my deal which was expected requirement for my sale. Instead the finance department includes a extended warranty. After resolving another issue I found out they donβt have my tire in stock and have to order from another store which I waited over five hours. Unfortunately going forward I still will have to use the dealership but hopefully this detours others from making the same mistake I did buying a new car from Northwest Chrysler, Dodge and jeep located on Hwy 290 and 1960.

Absolutely the best car buying experience Iβve ever had. From the initial contact throughout the entire process everyone was so kind, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I scheduled to see a truck with my salesman Andreas. As we arrived Andreas met us in the parking lot and immediately went to get the vehicle that we came to see. The sales manager Ryan came right out, introduced himself, shook my hand he said if we needed anything at all to contact him directly and he would be glad help us in anyway. We test drove the truck decided that he wanted to buy it. We went back into the dealership Andreas laid out the numbers and the price was A great deal. Don in finance came out introduced himself and personally made the financing process so fast, smooth, and easy it was amazing how quick we were ready to sign the papers. And we were then greeted by Natali came came out and escorted us into her office where she had everything laid out and ready to sign. She went through every page and explained the details and make sure we understood what we were signing . Before we knew it we had the keys in our hand and weβre driving away in the truck that we came for. I would highly recommend Northwest Dodge ram jeep to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The experience was amazing, and the people are a pleasure to deal with, they have earned a customer for life!!

My company recently used this location for some service to a work van, a Promaster. Service was done promptly and for a fair price. Something I dont usually expect from a dealership. We needed our fuel tank inspected as well as a new power steering module and a piece of glass replaced. Special thanks to Phil from the service department who was my direct contact and great to work with, though I wish he returned calls a bit better. Regardless, great service. I will be returning there to shop in the future.

Never trust an appointment from this location, they use a call center & when you get there, none of their information matches...no rentals available, they wanted to keep my vehicle for 2 days, absolutely not. I took my vehicle to another dealership, they had absolutely NO need to keep it like they wanted to at this dealership, do better and have rentals for your customers! UPDATE: on May 12, 2021 I emailed the so called owner and havent heard back, you are a JOKE!
