By far the WORST car dealership I have ever encountered. If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. Customer service is absolutely trash. They sold me a lemon. Then act as though it’s not their fault or blames it on the year of the car. Lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. There’s no accountability with this company. If you mess someone over, you should try and fix it. All I’ve got were excuses on top of excuses. I WOULDN’T EVER recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality. They obviously don’t inspect or even look at their cars. The WORST experience I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

I havent had an experience this great at any other dealer! They have went out their way to look over everything that Ive asked of them in live or in video recording! Put the car on a lift so that I can check it out in a video, no problem, need them to test drive it in a live video, no problem, need to have it inspected for flood damage in live chat, again no problem. They did all of these things for me since I live out of state. Over all, a great experience!

Beware! This auto dealer is shady at best. Especially the manager Sean, who has very poor organizational skills and poor customer service skills and does not return messages to customers or follow up when he says he will. This dealership has backed out of a contracted transaction even after a signed contract had been completed. They asked me to “hold off” on sending the funds because they found and “few broken things” on the truck. They took 47 days to fix a sunroof and a stereo that were not listed as broken in the listing. Then after not returning my messages asking dozens of times for updates and to complete the purchase, they changed their mind and want to cancel the transaction and not sell the truck. After I have already paid a third car payment on the loan I took out for this truck. This dealer was an EBay seller that asked me to finish the transaction outside of EBay. If they had not done so, EBay would have forced them to honor the sale and arbitrated on my behalf. Buyer beware!

We had an issue with the vehicle we purchased from TAG and has received very terrible service. I was then reached out to by the GM, Sean, and he was very apologetic for the service I had received and we had come to an agreement on how to resolve our situation. He sent out one of his techs, Jerry, to see if we could figure out the problem. He ran codes for us and we found it was a simple fix. 4 stars because of the initial issues we had with customer service, but it would have been 1 solely based on those interactions, but raised to 4 because Sean and Jerry were very nice and willing to work with us and listen to our issues without hanging up on us or telling us it’s “our problem now”.

This place has quality vehicles and A+ customer service. I was impressed with how quickly they got back with me on questions I had. They even FaceTimed me to show me the vehicle inside and out. Be sure to ask for Jordan Diego!!

I bought a fiat from them in cash and felt insulted immediately after by Aladdin after a full gas tank and car wash was promised and was refusing to gas up the tank until I reminded him he promised. the vehicle was taken to gas it up but I still didnt see it filled. He also tried to convince me that a rear view mirror wasnt part of this car as it didnt come with it because thats how it was built when I told him it was missing...he then found it in the glove compartment. Then I barely drove it 4 times and engine light came on. Trying to communicate with them was very difficult. I ended up paying $200 to get it checked and they found 6 urgent things wrong with it estimated at $1,800 for repairs needed. I would not recommend nor buy from them ever again! They dont provide a warranty and I think that speaks volumes...especially iny experience.

This place deserves zero stars. I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger RT from this company a few months ago. When I left on the way back to MS, the engine light came on. Since I didnt get a warranty, I took it to my mechanic back home and he informed me that the car already needed a tune up. Also, the door blend actuators were bad and I had to get them replaced. That cost me $800, but it doesnt stop there. The engine light went off but then came back on eventually. The car stopped on me a few days ago and I found out that the engine lifters were bad and damaged the engine. This problem existed before I bought it and it was not relayed to me at any point. Now I have to get a whole new engine for this car and Im paying a NOTE on it. This will cost me over $5,000 in repairs, all in a little over 3 months time. If I could go back and go to a legit dealership, I would. RUN from this place!
