They have nice cars on their lot but definitely bring a certified mechanic for an inspection. I learned this lesson the hard way. They sold me an Infiniti with low tire tread and bad wheel bearings. The tires are totally my fault, shouldve negotiated the price down based on that but the wheel bearings only started making a noise above 55 MPH. Salesman also got angry with me when I told him I may not buy the car after test driving it and I had to think about it. Said he turned down a potential buyer from Chicago for me. Thats not my problem!

First time doing a cross-country vehicle purchase. I worked with Amir and he was helpful, returned all calls/texts, and did what it took to make it work for both of us. I asked him to take it for an oil change so that in could get a third opinion and he was more than willing to do that, which helped give comfort to the purchase. Terrible service, sells busted and broken vehicles. Promised to replace a gas cap and three weeks later still has not shipped the part. Bought a Jeep, gotIt home and the same week loud popping and cracking in the front end. 4wheel drive did not work either. Fraud sales group. Do not buy from them.

Not what I saw online. Online the pics of the car I was interested in looked OK at best. Car looked nice an polished, paint looked clean and decent which made the price alluring. In the online photos you could clearly see a FEW scratches on the paint and rims. Not to big of a deal for the price..... until I went down to look at in person and take a test drive (which did not happen). First this place has several lots all over the block. All the vehicles are crammed in to several different lots and parking it self is sparse.Fella says the car you want is in the lot to the left (on the other side of the road). So I go hunt it down as he retrieves the key for a test drive. Found the car which was tucked back behind another car. So decided to look it over......What a waste of time and gas.The car was in much worse shape than I had expected....not just scratches but the paint was peeling all around the windshield, passenger door handle is broken, spoiler was removed, the entire car is sun baked as in you left the cookies in the oven too long burnt and the rims looked like the car had been driven on the curb more often than on the road......I guess it would be a great find if your looking for an over priced project car....good luck....10K.....not in that condition with those miles.

Hector is a great salesman and helped the process of buying a vehicle easy. The problem I had is with the vehicle itself. Ive had nothing but problems with my SUV since I bought it. When I first was called about the SUV, I was told that I would get a 5 yr warranty with it but when I got to signing paperwork, I was told that the SUV was sold as is, no warranty. I convinced Hector to give me at least a 30 day warranty and he agreed. This is the only reason they tried to fix what they could in the beginning. They gave me the run around until I contacted BBB and would not make my 1st payment. Then, they tried to fix my problem. They fixed what they could to make me satisfied to make my 1st payment but Im still having issues. I have a slight shake in the truck when I drive it. Ive had the vehicle 3 months and have not been able to really enjoy it because theres something always wrong with it. I just had to tow it to the mechanic shop and Im getting told I might have electrical problems. If you purchase a vehichle from here, make sure there is some kind of warranty or make sure you get it checked out by a certified shop.

The only reason we didnt end up buying here is because of the car that we ended up choosing. While we were out on lunch deciding the owner walked in to eat, he remembered seeing us and waved from across the table, he didnt interrupt our lunch and when it came time for us to pay they told us he comes in often and had covered our tab. -- I will 100% look to this dealership for vehicles in the future. The Car is nice, but we bought it with a check engine light and the manager said they would fix whatever was causing the light to come on. He even signed the document stating so. There was no time limit or mileage agreement on there, just that they would fix it. I paid to have the diagnostic done and when I called the dealer, the guy I spoke with was rude and said it had been too long and they dont even sell cars with check engine lights on. SMH. $900 of repairs. Just get an independent look by a certified mechanic before purchasing.

Was good at first until the sales man said I had to pay a $200 processing fee, which I was cool with at first. He said if it didnt work out Id receive it back, short story is things didnt go the way he said it was supposed to or be and I never saw my $200 again.

Worst car shopping experience working directly with the owner of the Houston Auto credit dealership. Got a so-called locked-in TrueCar price yesterday. Spoke with the owner directly. He has sent me a credit app and had me finance the vehicle this morning. Loan was approved with $7,000 cash downHe text me and said he had another offer for $2,000 more. He convinced me pay him $2,000 more then my TrueCar guaranteed price!!! I agreed and am halfway to Houston to pick up the vehicle. I was just informed by TrueCar that he sold the vehicle in question that I have a loan on to someone else!!!

Worst dealership I have ever been to. My sales person was hector. He sold me a Mini Cooper and said was in great condition. We did all the paper work on line with the finance company. There was one piece missing from the headlight that he told me he was going to replace. (That i even have i writing stating he would replace) and he has yet to send me. And its been 3 months and I still havent gotten it. I took my car to the Mini Cooper dealership to get a tune up which I do with all car I just buy and they told me it needed over 3k in repairs. I called hector and told him I didnt want the car and he told me to take it in and they would fix it for 1k but I had to pay half, so I did and they fixed it I took it back to the dealership and it still needed the repairs. I ended up paying over 4K in repairs for a car that cost 10k 500 to hector and over 3k to the mini dealership
