I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always received not the best customer service. TODAY I had an AMAZING customer service I’ve ever experienced. Like wow. Ricardo at service is absolutely wonderful. He went far and beyond to get my car fixed after being told multiple times I would have to schedule an appointment and come back. He said “sit right here and let me see what I can do” my car is fixed washed within a day thanks to this brilliant man. I will definitely be recommending everyone that I know to him. 10/10!!! I’m a happy happy gal.

I got a call from a solicitor. They setup an appointment for me to look at a new Jeep and gave me a code to give the receptionist so they knew why I was there. When I got there, the receptionist didnt seem to understand why I was giving her a code, and she told me to wait. If it had been a short wait, I wouldnt have minded. But after 15 minutes, I decided to get up and go look around the lot. On the way out to the lot, a sales guy asked if I needed help. I told him I was there to look for a Jeep to replace the one I already had, and he told me to go ahead and look around. The selection of Jeeps was not great. Though if you want the Jeep truck, they have lots. While I was looking around, they appraised my Jeep for a trade in. When we were done looking in the lot with disappointment, the caught back up with the sales guy we were talking to. He asked if we could give him 5 minutes while he finished up a deal with someone else and he would take us to see a Jeep of a better color. That 5 minutes turned into 10 and then 15. It was at this point I just wanted to leave. Except, the sales guy still had my key. I had to go inside and have them page him over the loud speakers, and it took another 5 to 10 minutes to get my own key back.I would have drove away from that place with a new Jeep if wed gotten the attention youd expect to get, and if they had a better selection of Jeep Wranglers. But they didnt, so I didnt. Their loss.Instead, I went home and the next day I redid the wheel wells and black trim on my Jeep, and now it looks good as new. No need for a new Jeep and a new car payment.

Julius was the first salesman I spoke to over the phone, I asked him to send more pics. Of the truck I liked and he replied with pics. Within minutes, that alone let me know he was interested in selling the truck. He had his coworker Aaron Herrera help me with the purchase. Aaron went above and beyond trying to help me out and made this truck purchase one of the smoothest Ive ever done. We had all the negotiating done over the phone and he helped me get the deal I was looking for. Overall great dealership and great people work there. ERIC WILLIAMS IS THE WORST CARS SALESMAN EVER. I had the worst experience here, would never go back to this location and maybe not even buy a Ford. The dealer made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. He kept telling me “you didn’t do your research”… isn’t that your job… to tell me about the different specs of cars…sounds like you need a new job!! I was wanting information on different F-150 models and he said he didn’t know and needed to look at sticker, but he kept saying “if you don’t know the difference you didn’t do your research”. He Kept saying he’s not a pushy salesman but kept getting aggressive with me and my girlfriend.Very in experienced salesman and should be fired. He gave us a very rude time at Ford. Overall Eric does not know how to do his job and provides the worst sales service. No information on any car was provided and he was uninterested in selling me a car. I hope Ford takes some action.

Very straight up dealership. Chino and Arron were very quick to respond to questions and gave straight answers. I been trying to by from four other dealerships for more than a month. Chino got me what I wanted in two days. My wife hates to go to the dealerships with me but she said we would by our next vehicle from Mac because the paperwork was done in minutes not hours. It’s been a month since I have put a deposit down on a car. I was going through an outside finance company and I didn’t agree with the numbers she gave me. I was working on getting another company to finance the RAM 3500, but the salesman(Chris) said he has to sell the truck to someone else. I told him to do that and send me my deposit back. It’s has been over a month and I still don’t have my deposit. I asked to be transferred to the manager and it keeps going to voicemail. Chris has called me back and they will mail me a check and it would be over night. I called Chris this morning and said he would get back to me. It’s now 05:50PM and nothing from. I don’t think people should be treated differently if they are buying a car or if they are not paying a car.

He was able to answer my questions and if he did not know an answer he would find that information. Horrible experience when buying my 2021 Ram 1500. I appreciate the discounts offered but adding in 1995.00 for wheel locks, tint, and lojack was totally useless. Most new Dodge/Ram vehicles already offer vehicle tracking through Dodge using the app. Adding a lojack unit in addition is worthless. Would not buy or recommend them to anyone. Yes I had the option to go to another dealer but none had the model I wanted.

I was in the market looking for a 2500 mega cab. Found 2 I was interested in and went to check them out. When I got there, Peter ended up being my salesperson. Told him which trucks I was wanting to see and he took me straight to them with no runaround and didn’t try to push other vehicles to me(had that happen at other ram dealerships). Ended up buying one of the two trucks I went in for. If you’ve found a vehicle you like at this dealership, ask for Peter. He’ll make the buying experience nice and easy.

My experience started off a little rocky after getting to the dealership to look at a vehicle with an online price only to be told that it didnt include all of the upgrades that were pictured. I regrouped, sat down with Alex (Chino) and had him run numbers on several other options. I did not have a good experience. My wife saw a vehicle listen online Saturday July 17. I filled out an online interest form and receive an email from an internet sales manager on Monday July 19. I scheduled to come look at it. They sent me to the wrong dealership. I looked online and it was still listed, so I called the right dealership to see if it was available. It was sold on Saturday. They said it takes up to 20 days for their website to update. Today, July 22 I received an email, with a quote for the same vehicle they said was sold on Saturday. Really? Who does business like this?

I had a wonderful experience at Mac Haik auto! At first I was hesitant going to get another dealership, but within 30 mins I knew I would be making a purchase at this dealership. Chris Jones was awesome at helping me with all of my questions and meeting my requirements for a new vehicle. In addition, this dealership has the most options and variations with their models. Terrible experience. My wife emailed a gentleman there, ‘AL’ twice in the past couple of days and did not get a single response. When we arrived at the dealer it was busy inside however a young man who called himself ‘Z’ that has a sales champion belt on his desk greeted us and was kind and professional. However he said he couldn’t work with us as we were apparently “AL’s” customer even though we had never talked to or met him before. When AL came up to us and we mentioned the inability to communicate back he immediately countered with the fact that he doesn’t sit at a desk all day answering emails and that it was busy. As much as I’d like to give him the benefit of a doubt I find his response and excuses simply unprofessional and rude. We have technology such as a cell phone that can connect with your email that would have allowed him the quick 30 seconds to a minute to respond as a professional would do in any other profession. When we said we were leaving he said have a merry Christmas... Really? What a terribly ran dealership and I’m not surprised by the 2 out of 5 rating they have. My wife and I Are very easy to work with and as long as your professional and communicate well you might have had our business as they have no idea what our buying power is and they never will. I’ve honestly received better customer service from McDonald’s than here. Have a merry Christmas.

Made an enquiry on line and it took them 3 days to revert. Called them and was put through to a sales chap who I then emailed details of what I was looking for. Very slow response to which I responded asking another question about the vehicle. He did not have the decency to answer. Shall I name and shame? They are obviously not interested but it would have been nice to be told so. Absolutely terrible! I have taken my money elsewhere to Auto Nation. If i could i would leave no stars at all, this place is the worst i ever been to. I try calling a bunch of times trying to get information about a used truck, and they would answer and then hang up. So i decided to visit the dealership when i walk inside the lobby 3 sales man standing right in the front door they didnt even pay attention to me so i waited to see if they would talk to me they never did they acted so disrespectful. I would never go back and waste my time going to this dealership. Just bought my car at beck and masten.

It has been 6 months and roughly 26 days since I purchased my new Ram at this location and Im yet to receive my license plate. Spoke to many representatives and management in the office to get the issue resolved yet no real effort from their end to resolve this matter. I will be posting a review everyday to insure their ratings drop to low for such poor case handling.

This car dealership you guys was a great experience from beginning to end. Chino was my sales guy #askforchino and he and his manager worked some magic. Even though I initially came for a truck with a Jeep as a 2nd option I still got a great deal and what I wanted 🤩 Chino even went and got us Whataburger for dinner cus yall this was an all afternoon process 2pm-8:30pm in Houston 😬 Im so happy 😊 To me this is huge!! I bought a very lightly used F250 Tremor for this dealership today. I went online and communicated with Zein a sales consultant. He got back to me super fast and confirmed a good deal price for the vehicle. I was driving over an hour to get to this dealership. When I arrived everything was super efficient and the vehicle cleaned and looked better than new. Zein was easy to deal with and very organized. I had communicated with multiple other dealerships previously who could not get their stuff together for this transaction. I would not hesitate to use this sale consultant or dealership for another purchase. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing Sales service. We live 2 hours away so we did a majority of our business by phone.It was Worth the drive especially when other dealerships were adding several thousand for “protection plans”. 100% Ask for Chino. We told Chino our price point and he made it happen. Not a penny more. Chino made sure when we arrived our truck was ready for a quick test drive then straight to detailing so we wouldn’t get stuck in Houston traffic on the way back! By far the easiest buying process I’ve ever experienced. I’d add 5 more stars for the big Red Bow and red carpet roll out! Highly recommend Chino and Mac Haik! Thank you for such a great experience.

Sales Representatives do not care to help customers. My experience was over the phone but I doubt in store is any better. Called to ask questions about purchasing a truck just to get told that I would get a call back within minutes about availability and never received anything. I called back just to get hung up on. I called back one more time to be told that the truck I had intentions on buying was sold. That is poor work ethic and lack of help to others. I even submitted a credit application online to them so that we can get the process started and never received a call or email back. I wouldn’t even recommend this dealership to the devil.
