My phone screen stopped working and i needed it to get repaired quickly. They did it really well too. I got a screen protector and case too. The total was less than it would have cost to go to other phone repair stores just for the repair. I definitely recommend.

This is the worst place ever. I came to get my screen fixed cause my screen was cracked and when I got it back my Face ID didn’t work and then I noticed my back camera and my flash light DIDNT WORK and then I tried recording and that didn’t work and when we went to go get it fixed again I got it back my Face ID still doesn’t work and my flashlight doesn’t either and now my phone just keeps restarting like every 5 minutes like it will randomly cut off by itself and then power back on and it’s a brand new iPhone 11I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE THEY TAKE STUFF OUT OF YOUR PHONES THEY SAID IT HAD WATER DAMAGE BUT I GOT THE PHONE LIKE A WEEK AGO ANDTHEN MY I DROPPED IT GETTING OUT OF THE CAR DO NOT GO HERE⚠️⚠️

. This place has the worst service Ive ever experienced. I left a phone up there to be unlocked and another phone to be fixed. They had both phones over 6 months and could never find them. Come to find out the phones had been fixed 2 months earlier and just got lucky that a new girl happen to find them. One of the phones was not even the phone we left up there. Also got service from them on a different phone and when it was time to pay the bill we called T-Mobile prepaid and they said we actually had two lines on that one account and thats why the bill was so high. So we had to pay for two bills before they would even talk to us basically. Do not and I repeat do not deal with them.

I liked their selection of phones, had some good deals, and I appreciated their honesty.I was disappointed that no one that worked there wore a mask, every customer wore a mask but none of the four people working there had a mask.

Went in the get a battery for my cell phone. Service was good until I paid to get the battery ordered. After a wasted trip to get a replacement battery that didnt work I was told something was wrong with my phone which wasnt true. They treat customers less than human there. No respect and they can have my 20 dollar payment for a battery I never received. Im not returning there and you should not give them your business!

I went in one day to get my cracked phone fixed it took them roughly two days to fix it they told me the original price was $89.99 and then call themselves charging me with a state tax... Turned out to be $95 upon paying them the money they mess up my charger outlet so now I cant even charge my phone and I ripped up my receipt thinking that I wouldnt need again( before realizing my charger wasnt working) ... Moral of the story if you need your phone repaired dont go to these people. 💯

I called them on the phone, got a quote on a cellphone battery replacement. When next I went in (I think it was a different guy) he did not honor the price quoted so I walked. Apparently there are several bad reviews, Ill have to pay attention in the future because people apparently are good about sharing experiences.

Ask for Sonia or Andy, those are genuinely nice people, you would be able to see who is the not nice guy but i promise that his name is not gonna be Andy, thanks for the good deal guys, please stay at the front desk, god bless.

Been going there to pay my bill over the years and also they have repaired the cracked screen on two of my phones. Did a good job on repairs! Manager is helpful and one employee named Miguel is always helpful, I like his customer service attitude.

Called at 4:47pm to get a quote on a computer assembly. I didnt feel like hauling the whole set up and asked if i could send pictures of what i needed assmbled. Guy said they have no way to receive text pictures or an email. Guess i wont spend my money here.

I have interacted with Bammel Wireless twice. The main reason I went to this store was due to convenience. Its the only computer repair store that I know of that is close to me. Originally, I brought my laptop in for service and was told I would get a call back the next day. Suffice it to say, I didnt get a call back until I actually called them and complained several days later. They had already completed the repair before I had approved it. The manager I spoke with was understanding and I explained to him that setting expectations, providing accurate information, and following up with customers was paramount. He apologized and that was that. Despite the fact that I still was upset about it, I felt better because the manager tried to right the wrong. Because of this, I felt it would be okay to give them another chance. A friend of mine had an issue with his laptop and I recommended Bammel Wireless to him. He gave it a go. We got there and were greeted and explained the issue. We were told that we would get a call on Monday (we went in on a Sunday) to let us know the issue and if we wanted to move forward. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, and Wednesday I decided to call to inquire what was going on. I was told that the computer technician didnt come in at all. I was so upset because they could have easily called and informed me of this. What was even more upsetting was that they were supposed to call me back 30 minutes later after that call after speaking with the tech and I never got a call back. I called on Thursday and they said the technician had to leave again. We then called back before they closed and were told the computer would be ready on Friday. We went on Friday and were told that the part they ordered didnt come in. Really? We were guaranteed to get a call back on Saturday. The part came in on Saturday but they didnt call us. We had to call back and they told us the part that came in was bent (it was a flex cable). We have called today and the voicemail is full on the office phone and it continually just goes to voicemail. I cant comment on the actually sales but the service is very subpar and its very discouraging. I dont believe I will be going back to Bammel Wireless. My friend has lost out on productivity and money by waiting this long. My advice is if you go here for service, please set the expectations with them and you have to follow up with them every day. Its not how it should be but unfortunately that is how they operate.

Been coming here for years watch out that new guy is stealing parts from your phone screws plates and all that so you can come back and fix them then lie and say nothing but lies it’s a shame how people can be like that I took my phone somewhere else because he didn’t do a good job my phone was missing parts made me get a software issue

Been coning here for years the new guy is messing it up for Andy I guess I’m not sure if he knows but he is getting parts from peoples phones mine was missing screws and the plate and he messed up the heating sensor and software had to pay for all that to be fixed
