Went to get back glass fixed, once I got it back my phone wouldn’t get a signal so was therefore worthless. They denied the problem had anything to do with them though my phone worked fine before I brought it to them. They are nice but amateurs and will FOR SURE break your phone while fixing the glass

I was in the middle of doing some work and needed a quick phone repair. I went in and asked about the price for an iPhone 7. I was told it could be done for $65 and it would only be 1 hour. I told the guy at the register that I was in a rush and he said he could speed it up. Everything was done and looking great in less than 30 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed.

They came through when I needed them and was generous, professional and kind and also Knowledgeable. I will give a multitude of reasons to find another repair shop. I came in for a cracked screen on an old phone (still my everyday phone) First they made me wait 2 days to tell me it was an old phone they needed more time to find the screen. Then 4 days they told me the mother board was messed up and it didnt turn on with the new screen. Brought it back with the screen 10 times worse and it not even turning. Only after me having a total meltdown did things start to change. Reassured me it would be fixed they just needed more time. Well. Here I am today almost two weeks later with a phone that wont charge anymore (charging perfectly before I brought it to them) and all my memories gone. Please go anywhere else. If you can avoid the headache do so. They store manager had the audacity to tell me you know I wanted to help because of your friends funeral, but now get out and dont come back because I didnt want to pay $80 for a phone that has no use to me anymore. To think I gave this store the benefit of the doubt. I hope you dont make the same mistake.

I went to RB Cell Repair because the screen on my phone was cracked and the phone would not turn on or light up. I went to Google to find a place close by to repair my phone. RB Cell Repair was close by. They repaired the phone by sending it off somewhere, it took 2 days. It cost $171plus tax = $184. The phone is working. The cell repair stores in the mall is cheaper $70. I didnt know that at the time. Lesson learned.😏

I enjoyed my experience with having my cell phones repaired here. The price was very reasonable and the phones looked brand new upon completion. It took them less than a half-hour to repair two IPhones with cracked screens. I also purchased accessories such as Otterbox cases that were priced less than half the price at other stores such as Best Buy or Walmart. I will be a repeat customer..

Scammers!!! Bait and switch.... Worst company experience Ive ever had! Told them I was driving 2 hours to get there so wanna make sure they had a brand new S8+ in stock that was a Verizon provider. They said they had 2 sealed in box. Went there in exactly 2 hours and they didnt have any. Instead they sold me a at&t phone that wasnt sealed in box that had to be unlocked. They said it was sealed. I watched them pull it out of the case. No clear wrapping paper and had dings on side the phone. They Said it would take less than 24hrs to get code so we can use it with Verizon.. took 4 days and tons of ignored phone calls to finally get a code. Then took the phone to Verizon to get all setup and they said that that phone cant be used with Verizon even unlocked. Took it to a few more Verizon stores to verify the issue. They all said the same thing. So now they said Verizon is lying and they just dont want to do it. They said they couldnt do anything for me. Can get a refund if I wanted to drive back. So I ended driving over 8 hours for a phone that couldnt be used and was lyed to about being new and would work. Dont waist your time here unless you want to deal with bs!

Charged me an outrageous amount to attempt to fix an lcd screen. They fixed the screen, but neglected to tell me that the phone would stay attached because the frame was bent. Then knowing the frame was bent still charged me and didnt even attempt return some of the money back. Worst place ever. I will never recommend this business to anyone!

Here is my story. First I contact them by the phone and ask how much to replace the cell phone battery. The guy answered that it will cost $45 and just need 5 minutes to replace the battery. However, when I arrived there, his coworker told me that it costs $49.99 to replace the battery. Then I told him that your coworker said $45 during the phone call. He agree with $45 and told me that it will take 1 hr to get the job done. And I told him again that your coworker said it only takes 5 mins to replace it. And this guy agree with me again. After this two issues, i dont think they do honest business. When I ask him to replace the battery in front of me, he told me that he need to do it in his work place which I am not able to see it. The question is, if they are not honest with me with previous two issues, how could i trust them? And how can you believe that wont hack your phone? Dont recommend this store.

Ruthless Scammers! Buyer beware, Stay away from this place at all costs! I specifically asked the sales representative about the price of the Iphone XS max and was told that it was $1,000. I came in the next day to make purchase, he said he couldnt accept any debit card, just cash. As a person with common sense i asked why, he mentioned that he doesnt want to leave any traces of the transaction, which i found very odd. i still proceeded with the transaction on my end, because i desperately wanted the phone.To make a long story short, i ended up wanting to sell the phone, and was told i had to pay off the balance with AT&T . this took me by surprise because the salesman failed to mention this, i called them non-stop, only for them to state that they switched owners and they cant help. so i was stuck with the bill. Worst mistake of my life.

Bought a phone 70 days ago refurbished and LCD went out, went back in good faith to be helped out and said I would have to pay almost the same amount that I paid for the phone. $200. As a returning customer I thought I wouldve been helped. Also now theyre saying they dont sell refurbished phones. I am confused.

I went to this place to simply replace a cracked screen on my iPhoneX. This next morning my phone would not turn on! When I returned the next day to inform of the sudden mistake, the representative would not take ownership for his faulty repair! He attempted to charge me an additional $120 though he forgot that he’d initially told me the cost would be $80 for HIS MISTAKE. I paid the money per dire need of my phone, but I am warning everyone of their unethical practices and poor business practice. Avoid at all cost to avoid spending unnecessary money and getting the complete run around for their ghetto operation!

Johny was very helpful. We went to the store to get my screen fix & to purchase a phone case & earphone... it took the amount of time they quote (30 min) was met & the screen was repaired nicely! Johny also gave me good advice on the earphones & charger to purchase .. very helpful & friendly!

I walked in today with a severely cracked screen and I came back less than an hour later to what looked like a brand new phone. They did an excellent job on the repair PLUS they all have really outstanding customer service and very good prices. I have absolutely no complaints about them. As far as repairing my broken screen and the time it was repaired, I was satisfied. When it came to customer service, I was less than pleased.My phone screen was broken for months (literally) before I decided to take it to these guys to have it repaired. My phone functioned the same with the broken screen, my screen was the only issue. After having the screen repaired, I can no longer use my Bluetooth through my car. It will connect, but is making a clicking/static noise.I had never left the parking lot so I went back in the store to report the issue. They told me that the screen had nothing to do with that and maybe it was my car. Well my secondary phone connected and functioned fine, and the repaired phone was working before the repair, so Im thinking maybe something was was bumped or nicked during repair.One of the techs seemed to be offended by my report and his actions were less than appreciated. No one offered to re-seat the screen or anything to see if the problem would resolve itself. For almost $100 to repair a screen, you could at least offer to re-check your work to ensure your customer is fully satisfied. I can repair my own screen, which I should have done, but customer service will keep me coming back to an establishment, which now, they have blew it.Ill keep referring my friends to the shop on Richmond.

I have been a customer for a year now and will continue to be a very loyal customer, because all the five times now that I have broken my phone because I dropped it, shattered the glass and ruined the interior, it blacked out and would not power on.....Jhonny saved it every time!!!He fixed it and got it to work perfectly!!! Very unprofessional. My Sister dropped off her phone on Saturday, Monday here phone was not ready and he was still giving excuses. She had to go back home to another state with out her phone. There was 3 other people in the establishment who was sitting at the computer and on the couch smoking from a bomb - Dont know what they was smoking - but it was unprofessional. They do not know how to fix a phone. The guy Johnny kept saying This is a 200$ job - I told him - he need to take it off Groupond for $40.00. The price i got for my tablet was great until the day i bought it on that night it started getting malfunctions like the tablet kept turning off, unresponsive touch screen and when the tablet is half charged it will go to 0 percent and just randomly go back to a higher percentage i call five times already but no one answered i sent an email i went to their website yet nothing so my experience of customer service is bad and as for the device quality is poor the only good thing was the price. Changing review once my problem is solved.

These people are very fraudulent,i went to change my phone LCD screen,my phone was in perfect condition except for the screen,the moment i got back my phone, the phone kept going off every two minutes,i went back there to complain,instead of em to check what might have been wrong woth it in the process of fixing the screen,they told me i had ba3 problem(a phone that was completely fine before i gave em,I went to another phone repair shop and the guy opened the phone right in my presence,and showed me the screws that was missing from the battery a missing battery plates,i guess they wanted me to come back and pay 50 bucks and all he was gonna do was put back the screws and charge meIt felt really bad..please dont go

Roe took care of my shattered IPhone6 screen yesterday. Within 40 minutes he had it looking brand spanking new!!! I couldnt be happier with my choice to go here!!!! He explained everything throughly and his professionalism was outstanding. I Will continue to go here for all my cell phone needs. Cracked my iPhone 7 Plus screen bad. Like glass pieces missing etc. So I looked up the nearest phone repair places and RB Cell Repair came up. Called and they told me I could come in or drop the phone off. They fixed my screen in less than 40 minutes for a fraction of what other repair shops were charging. My phone looks brand new and I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you guys.

I only gave them three stars for the fast service. other than that when they gave me my phone the plastic was burnt off at the top and bottom.. the back door to the battery was all yellow and brown and it was not like that when I gave it to him. he said he didnt touch the back that they only touch the screen.. but seriously? I know how my phone looked when I gave it to him and he even inspected it before and took off the vack door to inspect it! i told him that and he said it was probably the machine. ..I wouldnt go back. they did an okay job on the screen.. I can see the tape they used on the inner screen and so far its staying.

Very bad store. I took my phone to this place for battery problems. At first they said to come back and pick up the phone in 40 minutes. We came back about an hour later and the guy said the phone still wasnt finished and to come back the next day. So we came back the next day and the guy said that it still wasnt done and that it was gonna take a few days and he took my number to call me when it was done. So we wait like a week and they have yet to call, so we go in and he tells us its been done for a few days and that he just forgot to tell us. So i come home and immediately charge my phone because they said it was dead and to just let it charge. My phone has been charging for 4 days now and has yet to turn on. It has been about 2 weeks since i have been able to use my phone now and i dont recommend anyone coming here.
