Putting it out there all their iPhones they claim are new and they sell them to you labeled as new are not!!! their iPhones are replacement phones check the model number on setting go to general and if the first letter starts with a F its refurbished and if it starts with a N its a replacement phone if it starts with a M then its new dont believe me ask apple thats who informed me so to know I bought 2 iPhone 11 pros max cash Passed as new is such a scam!! If there was a way to give negative stars I would. These business misrepresented their phones and the phones i bought for my kids were actually locked on to a whole different carrier and in bad financial standing. They absolutely refused to refund my money and instead offered store credit. What makes you think Ill ever want to do buy anything from you when you lied, in bad faith, about the very thing I asked about several times??!! Beware!

One of tbe best places Ive seen in Houston. Very clean & fresh environment. Professional employees. I loved the options available when it comes to phones.

I brought many electronic devices in after my husband passed away in an attempt to preserve memories. They told me two weeks max. Over a month later things still werent done. Every time I called I had to give them a list of what I had dropped off and what I wanted done. When I was finally told I could go get my things there were three things they didnt touch at all. So yet again I told them what I wanted done and left those there. I was charged a whopping $1500 to change the screens on 2 S9s and an S20 and to extract data off of a few other items. So far I have been unable to find that data that was supposed to be extracted and done so in a manner that could be seen and understood by non-techy people. I was told that most of the $1500 was for the screen replacement on the S20 because it cost almost as much as it did to purchase a new one. I just brought the S20 to the gadget store for a replacement of the screen and was informed that it would be $380 to replace both the front and back and that this price has not changed since the release of the phone. I had been trying to reach Raul to let him know I could come get the things now. He had been the one that helped me at the store, but it was difficult with my phones broken again. When he finally responded to messages on FB messenger the replies felt hostile. Although I had cleared leaving them there until I couod go get them due to being blinded for over a month which was followed by severe withdrawal from a medication that my dog ate, yes my dog, and then a stomach virus that almost killed me because at this point my immune system was gone. Now he is telling me I left my things past their 30 day policy. I reminded him that not only had I cleared this with him but they had kept my things for months on end and not done anything that they were paid to do. If my things had been done when they were supposed to be I wouldve picked them up with all of the other things when I was FINALLY able to go get those. He continued to text back in a rude context and told em to come get my things the following day. When I got there my ONN had been not only deleted but they were also trying to sell it for $74.99 when I had only paid $50 for it brand new from Walmart. And either they broke it at Rauls instructions or they were doing things that didnt need to be done and broke it because it was only brought in to be unlcocked and now it wont come on and stay on. The iphone I was told wouldnt work but I had turned it on and checked it before i brought it. The issue was the screen had been cracked and I couldnt get the stuff myself using my finger. But so far the Nintendo Switch has performed appropropriatly. On top of all of that I gave them 2 samsung tablets and the iphone and other electronics that I no longer used and I knew the parts could be recycled. So I was pretty much robbed while I was also kind enough to give them things that most repair places pay you for. Then most of the thing I paid for were not done. And one of my items was broken and deleted. I was never contacted and had to call them all the time and then reexplain everything. And I live way out in the country and was driving over an hour to get this stuff done. My husband and i have a 3 year old daughter and 4 year old son. He also had 3 older kids. I was trying to preserve stuff for them, his parents and sisters, and myself. This is absolutely shameful and terrible service. I also contacted Raul after going home and the ONN not working. He was even more rude than before and called me and told me I was not to contact him on his personal line, which was the one I had been given. I didnt just sneak it out of his pocket. So if you go here Goodluck but I would not recommend it.

They were very helpful when I came into the store looking at different plan and phone options. They were very knowledgeable about the phones and services that were being offered at the time. They answered my questions concisely and left nothing unanswered. They explained all the fees and pricing well before a decision was made. They did not try to force anything on me but tried to find what was best for me and my situation. They had a pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service experience. I would definitely come back with any future questions I may have. They walked me through resisting and backing up my iPhone prior to setting up the new one and even tried to get me the best possible deals/discounts available. They were wonderful help!

Best service was definitely given here. I came in with a phone shattered to pieces because of a terrible drop. Everywhere I went quoted me an outrageous price as well as some places that said it wasn’t fixable. Sold me a pair of air pod pros told me they where open box but still new never used. After 2 days they stopped working. I went to Apple and they ran the serial number come to find out they used...... iPhone showed they where frist connected to a phone in July 5 months ago and to top it off they where flagged in the system as stolen form a T-Mobile store the man refuses to get back to me

Horrible customer service on mothers day. I bought a Samsung 7 case from them because that is the phone my mom told me she had. Turns out she actually had a Samsung 7 Edge, so I went back to exchange the case so I could get the correct one. They wouldnt even check for a case that I could exchange. Finally they decided to actually do there job and get me a case that would fit my mothers phone.Never coming back again.

Worst Ive experienced in 57 yrs or life.When a person is told that they can fix a simple 3.5mm jack and then it takes them 6 weeks and then they cannot even explain why they cannot fix a new set of headphones. Plus the lack of calling the customer back is beyond me.

Do not use this place. They lied to me about how long it would take to repair my iPad and then I had to call the police to get it back. Another person in the store was having a similar experience. HORRIBLE PLACE!

I popped in on Saturday June 8, 2019... and I really took my timelooking at the stock ... and chose three.. that I liked.. The gal..was so patient with me.. as I am a Senior Aged Woman.. and did not rush me asI played with my three choices. .. and when I did say this one.. she was great, at setting it up for me.. and by this time the store was busy.. but those of us who were there.. were served and had the tech issues worked on.. This gal can go from one task to the next seamlessly!.. BTW I love the phone I finally chose.. No Issues at all... BTW... this was not my first time visiting this Phone Store... I popped in months before to view what she had to sell.. Great Selection here.. if your looking for New or Gently Used.. and a case for you phone or a SIM card. or Bling. .this place has it all !

I brought my sons phone in to get it fixed she said it was the battery. That didnt fix it then she said it was the charging port that didnt fix it. We went out of town for a couple of weeks and hadnt have been more than three weeks that he had the phone it quit working immediately after the juice ran out in it. Went back to talk to the gentleman at the store who wasnt there when I took it in to get it fixed. He basically told me he was going to charge me and it has been over a month. I told him that was unreasonable. He told me that Im a cracker and flipped me off. Of course then I had a couple Choice words for him. But he threw the first punch has. I cant believe somebody acts this unprofessional and runs a business. If he works for these people he should be fired. I run my own company and I would not allow any employee to talk to a customer in any fashion like that no matter what. The gentleman was very angry right when I walked in the door. There are so many other cell phone repair places around here never take your cell phone here or never buy anything from here. They dont fix anything and then they insult you and just steal your money. Worst place ever
