Called to speak with the manager as I was having an issue and needed information in regards to my warranty. Spoke to Alejandra she acted very sketchy on the phone and claimed she didn’t know the name of the manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting her to corporate. If you can’t perform your job functions or at the very least be friendly to customers it’s clear you are not qualified for that job. She needs to be let go.
