5/5 very helpful, I didn’t get anything but just an aux and a temper glass but the associate was very helpful towards my friend.

Carla explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything. She also made sure I got the phone I wanted showing me different ones. Would recommend this store.

If i could rate this store a negative i would!! Hasseb sold us a fake iphone and when asked to cancel the payment plan through the 3rd party lender he refused!just a little back story so you guys know why to stay away from this store, we purchased 3 iphones back in January 2021 my niece recently dropped and cracked her screen so we decided to take the phone to the apple store to have the screen replaced. When we went back to pick up the phone the agent at apple informed us the phone looked as if it had been tampered with and did not have full apple approved parts there was missing screws, the battery had a stamp on it with the letters PH in a circle, where the speaker is there was red letters H1 and other non approved apple parts the guys told us in the apple store we were sold and i quote a pretty good dup. we called the leasing company and TIC wireless to take the phone back and issues a full refund, Hasseb refused to provide a cancelation invoice to the leasing company and refused a refund- the only option he wanted to give us was a replacement phone.I denied the replacement phone because the other 2 phones we purchased also came back as counterfeit / tampered phones.This company does not care about the consumer all they care about is money and selling fake phones to people!! do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!

They sold us fake iPhones! My niece broke her phone n we took it to apple to fix it and they told us it looked as if the phone had been tampered with it had other parts n markings that apple does not use!!!!!! Not only are the parts fake but you can tell it’s fake as the screen is not flush to the edge! I would never buy from these ppl again!!!!!!!

Went to finance a phone with my husband all the other employees were so nice but there was one with the crooked teeth I was asking questions and she kept ignoring me to answer my husband and would never answered mine. So I go back inside ask her again and I told her that she didn’t answer none of my questions and she just laughed. She was really disrespectful

The building is shady but the only bright light is this great establishment! Haseeb wouldn’t give me anything for free, but he humored me the entire time and that made him a great sport. The owner gave me a call and chatted with me about the issues I had, which is impressive as they seem to really care about their customers. Seems I was a bit hasty with my earlier review without discussing my issues with them first. Actually no sir as soon as I finished my question my husband asked one too and she turned quick to answer his. You might want to check that. Also she heard me when I told my husband that she didn’t even answer my question and kept ignoring me and no she was not working on no lease she was already done explain it. Their is no justification and you shouldn’t cover for a type of person that don’t respect when someone’s kids and wife are around. I really hope nothing like this happens to future customers. My job involves customer care and I can assure you this is not ok or professional. Also when a customer lets her know about the problem she shouldn’t be laughing like if the customer is stupid

Picked up iPhone 6 a month ago and all the sudden the phone was blacklisted. Went to get a replacement and this one is locked also. It sucks because I got a phone prior to this one here and not one issue. The customer service is great, they gave me a free tempered glass cover for my troubles but what good is it if I cant use this phone!

Haseeb and Odalis were a big help on getting me the phone I wanted they went an extra mile by staying 45 minutes after closing to make sure I did not leave empty handed .I really appreciated that, this is my second year coming to him for a phone and I will continue doing business with him .

The phones are pricey but thats okay with me. It takes a while to get everything done because they get busy but just be patient. Haseeb is good guy and his staff is great. I bought a phone and for some reason it wasnt working right so I brought it back the very next day to swap it out but it was Saturday and Haseeb wasnt in so I had to leave my phone there til Monday. They offer a temporary phone for the situation. Called in Monday morning a was asked to give them 2 hours. They called me back within 2 hours and my new phone was ready to go. Haseeb made everything right. I will buy my next phone from TIC Wireless.
