Be aware of the smooth talker, specialist Zain. Perceived as a great sales guy but fails to set proper expectations from quoting prices on accessories then when he gives the total after he has applied the tempered glasses to the phones, the price is not what he quotes. He also failed to mention the SETUP & GO FEE OF $19.99 per device until after he setup 2 devices. He said he ASSUMED I knew about that fee without mentioning it. I made it clear I was an ex employee therefore I could of set them up myself and had never heard of that before. I called back to ask why was I charged for that if he didnt give me a choice and he said the fee still applies even if I chose to setup on my own. Because I was in such a hurry to get to an appointment that day I can honestly say Zain got me good. Of course there are no refunds on the setup and Go fees but Id never recommend this place unless you want to be ripped off. Zain heres a bit of advice sir, Always set proper expectations, never assume customers just know things, never just throw prices out there and apply accessories before you confirm the official price and ringing someone up.Also told me the tempered glass has a lifetime warranty and on the back it says 1 year warranty but he said thats not true. Also told me the upgrade fees should be reversed in 2 bill cycles but I dont believe that either because he wasnt honest throughout the whole transaction.-Very unhappy customerRita
