Terrible. Been here twice looks like the guys who work here never want to help. Both times they turned me away not even looking into or trying to help me. I was a Verizon customer but Im done. Sad Metro has better people. These guys are fat and lazy.

Both guys were extremely helpful and friendly. Was just going to get some information but they both worked it out so I upgraded.

Hiten and Harman did a great job with helping get my account updated and getting a new phone! I had to get a new phone as soon as possible and they did everything they could to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner! I will go out of my way to go to their store because I appreciate the outstanding customer service!

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and assistance I received from the Staff Members Harman and Hiten!!! They went above and beyond in assisting me on my account, helping with upgrades/trade-ins on our phones and saving money on our monthly bill. They both followed up and made themselves available for questions even after hours! I highly suggest, if you are a Verizon customer or looking to be and live or work in Downtown Houston area that you go to this location, You will not regret it!

Worst experience ever.. rude staff. tried to overcharge me for a sim card. and when I agreed to pay it, the employee brought me to a separate pay station in the office. luckily I have capitol one and they refused the charge due to fraudulent activity. Do not go to this location, they will try to scam you. And then verbally abuse you when you try to leave...

Quickest turnaround I’ve had getting a new phone. They put the glass on perfect and straight with no bubbles, it was actually cool to watch his technique. They also had the perfect case at a great price.

Switched over to Verizon from AT&T and did the entire process online before stepping foot into the store. I picked up my new device soon after I got the email that it was ready. Got there and the rep was welcoming and helpful and got me in and out under 20 mins. Would def recommend utilizing this location especially if you live in Midtown or any other surrounding area.

This Verizon was very helpful. I was looking for something specific and low cost and they did not try to upsell me. Quick in and out.

The Guy that helped me today was very knowledgeable, any questions I had he had the answers he went above and beyond the call of duty and got me all setup in a reasonable amount of I appreciated the service and would definitely recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking to get a phone. Great experience and terrific customer service. Normally I’m wary of Verizon “retailers” (as opposed to a company-owned store) but I had a better experience here than I’ve ever had at a company store. I needed a new iPhone 11 Pro Max while on a business trip in Houston and this was very close to my hotel. I’m glad that I stopped in here because Hargun took excellent care of me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He clearly explained my options and when we settled on the right phone, he took care of everything - transferring over all my data and making sure the tempered glass screen was installed correctly. Great service is hard to find, but Hargun was the best. Give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed.

Brand new location kind of early to tell but the staff there was very knowledgeable and was able to double up on customers even though it was just one guy there he seemed very concerned about our satisfaction and impatience if we had any. Theres no bathroom here its right across from the train tracks so you can get there really easy parking is $17 for this place if you stay there more than 2 hours geez! Most of the stuff you can do here you can do over the phone if its just your account stuff. Im just saying that because I wasted a trip down there for something I could have handled over the phone.

Great customer service and had exactly what I was looking for!

I was in need of services quick and traveled farther then the store near me, because this location had operating hours that would accommodate my schedule. I paid for parking AND wasted gas. Hours of operation say 9:00 am-8pm. I waited 20-30mins past nine and they were NOT open at 9am. When I called back after making my way to a location that opened at 10 am. I asked if the stores opening hours were in fact at 9:00 a.m? The gentleman I spoke with said, yes. And I let him know I had been waiting at this location and they had not opened. I asked why the location was not open? His answer Well, because of traffic and construction. Excuse me? Well Im sorry but we live in Houston. We have to accommodate our travels based solely on traffic and unexpected accidents. So on that note could you guys PLEASE have someone that can open the store at posted open times? Or update your hours like every other Verizon store of 10:00 am if you can not open the store consistently at 9:00 am? Thanks!

These guys were great. I am here visiting from New Zealand for the month. I needed a phone and they set me up easily and helped me with sites to check out and how to get about the town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Man. Just got my new S20 plus from Hargun. I was here a few months ago and he had hooked me up with a great accessory bundle. So I had to come back from my new Samsung from him only. Transferred my data to my new phone and even gave me in store credit for my s10e which applied as part of down payment off phone. Harman was Excellent! I came into the store not knowing what I wanted. I asked several questions and Harman was extremely patient. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered and clearly explained my available options. I returned to the store the next day as promised and made my purchase. He has gained a customer for life!

2nd time around to this place. Was here a few months ago setting up a prepaid account with Hargun. But recently had my phone stolen at my work area so I had to come in again. Hargun as always set up me right away, got it linked to my existing phone number, set up my gmail and gave me a great deal on accessories as a returning customer. 5 star experience every time.

My husband and I just moved across the street from the Verizon Store on Main and McKinney. Wanted to change our plan to add more data capacity. Deepa, the manager, was extremely accommodating...shared her knowledge from many years of experience and patiently answered all of our questions. She and Chastity took such good care of us. So glad to have them as neighbors. 😊

It was outstanding. I had tried doing most of the items on line and I could not get anywhere with Verizon on line or over the phone. I am witching from ATT to Verizon and they made me work hard to accomplish that task. I went into the location close to my office and Sam Anand made it happen like magic. Great employee does not due Sam justice. Fantastic and above and beyond are more of the words that describe Sam Anand.

Man. Hargun always come thru. He can always find some solution to a wireless problem. My phone went missing, my brother whos account it is lived in st.louis and Im currently in a wheelchair so get itbwas easy to get around without a phon. Came in to this location and it was the most pleasant experience. Got me all set up after letting me use store phone to call my brother, and putting on the glass protector. Certainly one of the best Verizon stores, no best local businesses around.

They were extremely helpful. I lost my phone. I am a veteran on a budget. At first, I went to the Fannin store but they didnt care enough to help and were just plain rude. BUT, Hargun in this store took great care of me, explain me what changes will happen on my account and what phone would fit in my budget. They also know their stuff and have plenty of variety in accessories.

Chasity J. was the most helpful sales person I have worked with in a while. My phone stopped working and she helped me for almost 2 hours. She was patient the whole time and even helped me while I was on the phone with Verizon customer service. The whole time she was kind and took the time to listen to me. She assisted with calming me down and took care with my experience as a customer. Chasity also played music and was very kind as we talked about more than just the phone I came to pick up. The store was very friendly and clean as well. Haram A. was also very helpful and made sure to help me with all the questions I had. Even helped me with questions I had with my Mac. What a great experience. Stop by if you need something.

Chasity was a unique intelligent individual who answered all of my questions. I was beyond satisfy with my visit. I thought about switching to Sprint, but Miss Chasity ended up giving me a GREAT deal with my plan and saved me a lot of money and even upgrade my line.

A big shout out to Harman and Chastity at the Downtown Verizon store. They really go the extra mile to provide the best support for their customers. I had to decide what new plan and phone to replace my old broken iPhone 5se . After a lot of comparisons we upgraded to the 7 and on top of that these dynamite team even backed up my old and uploaded to the new! I have found my new Verizon store. Had a terrific experience with Khorey at Verizon Wireless in downtown Houston. He made it as painless as possible to replace my phone. He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. I even ended up switching out a new tablet for an older one. Whenever I need to go into a Verizon store I will do it while I am downtown.

The people in here are helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a prepaid phone and Hargun helped me set it up with ease. I had to come back a few days later bc I was having issues calling out out of nowhere and Hargun called tech support, stayed on the phone with them and was able to get it fixed. I have been to alot of stores but no one was as helpful and generous with their time as the people in this location. The best part, Hargun was able to deal with like 3 people at once while resolving my issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a great experience with Harman this past week. I was on a business trip and in town for one day when my phone crapped out. I was on a tight schedule and he jumped through hoops to make sure I had the model I wanted and that it was loaded, ready and waiting for me after I was done with my meetings.

Ive been a Verizon customer for almost 10 years and had never had such an easy experience buying a phone. Deepa took great care of me during my time at the store. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

Good service which is nice during a pandemic

Ultimate in rip offs. Do not use this store; it is not a Verizon store. I needed a replacement sim card; walked in and asked. Was told they were not a corporate store so would have to charge; heard 3.99. Thought, OK worth the convenience of location. Was getting ready to check out and found out price is now 29.99. NOT worth the convenience! Talked to Verizon customer service and the sim cards are provided to them for free. If you want Verizon, use a Verizon corporate store only! How do you know if it is a corporate store.... good question other than asking when you walk in.

Khorey provided me with excellent customer service. He was attentive and knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything I needed to set up my new phone.

The guy works there did not feel much interested to work with me finding a good plan or looking for my companys discounts until I kept on asking specific questions instead of him offering me. Also their sim card price is REALLY expensive, 29.99 for just a sim card without a plan? REALLY???Oh and I asked for eSim and he said its available only for iPhones which I really dont get, if my phone supports it why wouldnt it work.Anyhow this is the second time for me to try switching to Verizon and they disappoint me Everytime.

If you need phone service for any reason, the best place to go is the Verizon Wireless (downtown HOU). I met with Deepa and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped me get more bang for my Verizon buck by changing my phone plan to one that better suited my needs and she even helped me decided which option was best for me to have the upgrade to the new iPhone 7.
