If I could rate this place 100 stars I would!!!! JOHN PARKER AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE TRULY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!!!! Please take my word and give them a chance!!! I surprised my wife with this BEAUTIFUL SUV!!!

Stay away from this place. They repo your vehicle as soon as you miss a payment, and the owner John (being an ex judge) knows how to threat people with disrespect. He can be an angel when you meet him, but turn into a devil after you make business with him. When I went to ask why he repo my car a few months after I made a 4K down payment, he kicked me out of the office when I told him I had his money. He yelled at me in front of my family saying he didnt want my payment, and left. I had to call the cops because I needed my stuff from the car and he didnt want me to take. To my surprise, the cops told me to stay away from the building. Then a nice worker told me he does it to many people and because he know the cops, they wont do anything. He even told me he fires people all the time but then he hires them back because they do labor for cheap since they dont have papers. My next step is to report them to the DMV.

“WARNING”This company is completely robbing people of there money they disappeared for 4months due to the corona virus and the owner dying leaving customers nowhere to pay there bills. Now suddenly they sell the company and repo all vehicles with zero notice. CROOKS!!!!!!!

The place has really good deals tat one cant miss. Its a nice small care sale. The only problem i have is the lady in the front desk that always has an attitude every time i call or show up to make a payment she doesnt smile or tries to give eye contact not sure of her name but if you go you will notice whom i speak of. Other than that everyone else is friendly and respectful to their customers.

The owner John treated us poorly, staff is completely disorganized. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Within a week of buying a truck the check engine came on ( they do not give you warranty whatsoever so I’ll be very careful with these guys).

William Miller was salesman helping me and buying experience was short and sweet. Mr. Parker was present and a pleasure to work with. 30+ Yrs in business......doing something right. My only experience with these people is that they bought out the used car dealership where I bought my car because the owner retired and sold the land, I found them pleasant and efficient, while I was in the office to make my last payment and collect the title, a few other people doing the same thing had obviously purchased multiple vehicles in the past judging by the conversations, I have NO desire for another car note but the relaxed banter about what type of car theyre looking for opened up the idea of going back in the future.

HORRIBLE owner John Parker. Spoke to the man personally, and he is a disrespectful and a coward. He told me he would purchase a truck from me, I told him I would contact them later with my response. I called to set up arrangements to come back to sell my vehicle, and after he has me drive all the way up there, at the front desk he had suddenly changed his mind. And had NO remorse for my wasted time. Just shrugged his shoulders and told me he didnt know what else to say. Hes a real bad person. Dont trust a word out this guys mouth. Stay away from people like him. Go down the street to the other guys who have respect for others. John Parker is a horrible man.

If I could give them a lower rating i would. The customer service is the worse and that John Parker old man is so old you need to record any conversation you have with him because he will say one thing and turn around and do another. The car broke down a month into having it and had to pay to fix it. When I let John Parker know that we were going to be late with the payment due to repairing the car he told me it was fine and the picked up my truck that following night for one payment 6 days late. Buyer beware...i wish did my research.

EXTREMELY RUDE!! I went by this place to ask about a car because I was coming down the street and they looked like they had some pretty nice cars. When I went in side I asked about financing and they said everything goes by your credit. And when trying to discuss autos further I was literally walked off on in the middle of me talking.

We bought a good cash car that we are happy with at the moment. Tom is really nice and easy to talk to.

I swear if I could give a lower rating I would. I got my car from this company a few days before Hurricane Harvey and before the storm hit the check engine light was on. I lost everything in the flood and missed a payment. No attempt to reach me was made and my car was repod. I called and was told I HAD to come in and speak to John to see what could be done for me to get my car back. John lives in Houston and knows what the city is going through and even when I offered to take my account into overdraft to pay, he swore nothing could be done. Again, no attempt to contact me (by phone or email) or the 10 references they made me give them was made. This company is the absolute worst.

Not a place for anyone with repos on your records. Not a place where they will try to help you back on your feet either. They advertise Buy Here Pay Here... Dont bother. I gave a 4 star to Chris, a new salesman there, that took the time and showed me the vehicle. 1 star for the owner... Mr. Parker himself. He asked one question and that is all it took for his attempt to do business.

Wow my experience was horrible with this dealer if I could I wouldn’t even put a star! . The Owner was very rude but the salesman was very nice . I bought my car 2weeks before Hurricane Harvey and I started having problems with the car. And when I called them so they can take a look at the car after the hurricane which was two weeks later so the can take a look at the car they told me I only had 30 days and they were up. The owner said that my car was probably flooded anyways and to take it somewhere else to get it fix. I was wowed how heartless this man was after my family and I had no power for almost four days and couldn’t leave to a shelter due too flooding in surrounding areas my husband wasn’t able to work for almost a month due to the flooding so we were behind two payments and he repo our car . I advise you to stay away from John parker auto sales . I know it’s been a long time from the hurricane but I decided it’s time to let y’all know how heartless this man is.

The salesmen were okay. Mr.Guzman was far the nicest person there but then I tried talking to what I believe to the boss to make a deal, he was really rude. I tried asking questions and he told me I ask the questions, not you. After forcing me into making a payment and not hearing to reason. I got up and told him that I wasnt interested anymore. He grabbed my card and threw it on the table. Horrible experience.

LIES LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!A while back I purchased a vehicle there. Let me tell you it was the worst experience ever, not to mention my family currently paying vehicles from this place at the time. They recommend this place, due to the necessities at the time. Biggest regret ever. Vehicle within 3 weeks of the purchase would just shut down and make all kinds of noises, for anyone that works very hard to get ripped off this way is highly unfair. I try to negotiate with the owner and he was a total immature, arrogant and very difficult unprofessional human being. I was humiliated and given two options. Take it or leave it! It was simple. I was stuck with a vehicle that didnt work and we werent going anywhere with this. I voluntarily returned the keys loosing close to $3000 including down payment and first few weeks payments with the paperwork fees. Just after 3 weeks!!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone that works hard for their money and wants to get its worth. Im now a happily owner of a very relaiable vehicle from else where and I was treated fairly & almost like royalty. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Stay away! I purchased a limited jeep here 3 days later the engine light comes on, start making horrible noises, and two more lights pop on. Mr John Parker is racist and disrespectful. He gave me my money back and told me i cant keep the car because i brought it back. Who wouldnt if only 3 days and a car starts to have all these problem. Wouldnt recommend anyone here. Staff is nice but him hisself will leave a nasty taste in your mouth.

Im.blown away.never in my life have I delt with the kind of cold hearted owner this place has . Mr Parker is a bad business owner and I dont recamend him to no one .at my fault my car was repoed beacouse I did not have full coverage auto Inc . First off as we sat down in his office the next day I began to tell him I just lost my mother and my husband had a toe cut off I failed to give my new phone number to them but. But but Im there every month to pay my note never late never behind they see me all the time why never say n e thing to me so he agrees to give me my car back 10 days to pay the fee and put full coverage I guess my mother in law says something to a couple who is all ready complaining about them saleing a bad car says I would not recommend this place again I had no idea that was being said . Mr Parker then calls me to say he would not give me my car back beacouse she bad mouth him I cried and begged him he had to heartI called an atterny and going from there be ware be ware hes not backed by BBB wonder why .

Mr Parker is a pesticide of a person and racist up the ass. He acts like he is your friend and he cares but as soon as your late on the insurance he repossess your car with out giving you a chance.
