After sale no help with customer service and never return calls. Mailbox is always full. 2 months and still have not received our plates. TTL was paid. Still no response. And email address is invalid on website.

This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They take care of the customers. My car had issues and the owner took care of my vehicle with no problem. They really go out of there way to help the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I came into 1 easy ride auto sale and bought a car. The transmission went out in 3 days and the owner had me to bring my car back to the lot and he gave me a loaner car to ride in. He then sent my car to the transmission shop and had it rebuilt and he paid for it. He gave me my car back and i didnt have to pay anything. Also even though it was sold as is with no warranty!! They also sale extended warranty and i didnt buy it at that time. This is a good place to go if you want a good car and a good dealer that looks out for his customer.

I DO NOT!!! Once again I do not recommend nobody to come to that trash place. The owner name is Ronnie. They have very poor service. I bought a car a couple of weeks ago, on the first day the car wasn’t running right so I had to take it back and they had to put a whole new transmission and some other things is wrong with it that they refuse to fix.

Shikerra Metcalf came in to my dealership and bought a Chevy impala, she did not put insurance on the vehicle after 3 weeks of driving it and she did not pay her deferred car payment. Then she had the nerve to send her boyfriend who didnt buy anything from us to the dealership to threaten us. Then she has the nerves to write a bad review when she didnt take care of her business. Good new travel slow and bad news travel fast, but you cant hurt 1 easy ride auto sale we have been selling cars for 12 years and we will keep selling them!!!!

This man Royce Jones has been riding in 1 easy ride vehicle for over 6 months he took the tracker off and we cant find the vehicle. He has not paid a car note in those 6 months but he is so hateful he called the state and lied and tried to get our dealers licensed taken. Know that he is a real hater. He is riding for for free but he has the nerves to put in a complaint in. I have been selling cars for 12 years God has this dealership satan dosent. Those that pay there car note they dont go on the internet and complain about 1 easy ride, those that dont pay there not and you repossess there cars they want to go on google and lie and to hurt the business. But those that pay there car note they have no reason to slander our business. But God Got me!!!!

I just purchased a car here and so far everythings seems to be ok. Mo the assistant is really nice. The owner seems to be ok. i guess hes not so friendly and welcoming as Mo is, but hes ok. My car is a good quality vehicle and runs like a champ.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE!! The vehicles offered by r n auto sales are in poor shape. They are only interested in taking your money. From the moment you walk in they are trying to take a deposit before u even sign a contract. This is what happened to me and when i decided i did not want to purchase the vehicle they said no refunds. Never even drove the car of the lot. Never signed anything. Worst place to do business with.

Truthfully, I got a great deal because I by passed all the bs the owner was trying to give me and I know about cars. He is very greedy & will say & do whatever it takes to get a sale then back out as soon as he gets your money. I recorded all of our conversations therefore, he had no choice but to make and pay for all of the radio & door panel electrical repairs he agreed to at the time of my down payment or face a law suit for deceptive practices.Things were fine for the first 4 months as I always paid early or on the due date. Then income tax season passed and a few of his other customers were consistently late and he felt the need to call my phone 2 months straight with repo threats, late charge fees and ignorant behavior, as if other people not paying him was my problem. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Save your money forget supporting this business.

Learn from my mistake!!! This place is horrible. They are not there to help you only to get your money. The only person there that is human is the assistant Mo. The owner is a rude and completely idiot and @$$#%£€. He gives you this sob story of how his life has been changed. He constantly breach his on contracts to make exta money for him. Ever since i bought this car, he talks to you like he own you just because you brought a car from him. His contract clearly states that if you are 15 days late you owe a 5% charge. He charges $ 35 dollars only after 2days late. When I brought this up to his attention, he threating to come & repo my car even with me already have made my car payment for the month. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU CAN GET A BETTER QUALITY CAR FROM THE JUNKYARD THEN FROM THE SELECTION THIS PLACE HAVE.

Horrible people not fair not good cars

You will catch hell! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. first of all the cars are very poor condition and very expensive. im talkin 13k for a used 99 impala. the owner is very very rude and uses crack cocaine. all of his employees are very unprofessional and hood rats. its just all around a bad experience and he will have repo men steal your car for bogus reasons and make you pay $500+ repo fee. you can do much better than this junk yard.

I bought a car from a few years ago, sold me a SUV with a bad engine, did nothing to help me. Ladies please take someone you that knows about cars.

This is a horrible place to purchase a car. Do not trust them. Im speaking from experience.
