Kind of expensive for kitchenware. But employees were very helpful. I will be back when I have time to do a real shopping.

They keep it Nice and cool in there, which is much appreciated on a hot day. Very friendly and helpful employees. Very neat and organized store.

I’ve had the Williams Sonoma set of pots for 7 months and the coating on the inside of my pot is bubbling and pulling away. I use my skillets almost everyday and they are supposed to be these amazing non stick pans however, after 7 months of use, they are no longer very non stick. Very disappointed in these very EXPENSIVE pots.

Could not even get anyones vague interest in making a sale. Ill take my money to somewhere that will at least recognize me as a customer. In ten minutes looking at expensive Shun knives, not a single look from any of the 3 sales people! Dont waste your time here!

Went here and was told by their sales representative that a cone coffee filter is bad and the guy argued with me he was so bothered that I asked him a question, this place is very Frumpy and parking is tough I ended up going to Best Buy and getting my Breville coffee maker and grinder, don’t give these ungrateful associates any business, also they were late on my online order which I ended up canceling, I will never step foot in your store

This is one of the most pretentious stores I have ever stepped foot in! I’ve worked in retail management and I’ve lived and worked in NY, Chicago, and LA. The staff are terrible! I don’t understand why!? Definitely not a warm and welcoming experience whatsoever. I’ve been in a few times but I just order online now. Please coach your staff on adhering to customer service standards.Get it together.

Great Covid compliant visit at W-S. Place was busy but under the limit. They had an extra checkout station for those paying with CC. Use the free parking structure in the back to avoid driving around the parking lot all day.

Stopped by here early on an Sunday during December. Pat was extremely helpful and nice- I have been other Williams-Sonoma stores before, but this was the nicest experience I have had in one. The layout is great and you are actually able to take your time to see the selection. I ordered a gift online with a pickup at the store and the gift wrap looked amazing. Can’t wait to give it!

Fantastic selection of items and accessories. They also sometimes have a coffee station. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products in general. The products are of very high quality. Place is super expensive. So you have to really be into the use of them or be wealthy to shop here regularly.

Super helpful and lovely store in general. Even though theyre pricey for everyday things they do have tons of niche items and lines by famous people too. They also have really awesome sales on some pretty expensive stuff sometimes like Kitchen Aid mixers and silverware settings were 40% off the other day which is amazing!

Really helpful staff and very nice stuff but EXPENSIVE. Keep to the in house Open Kitchen items for good quality and best value for the price.

He is so friendly and efficient.I drive past another Williams Sonoma to get to this location. No matter how silly your question, he will not make you feel stupid. Not true of everyone here! This could just be a one time thing, but the staff were a bit to much. We cam in and we were greeted. They saw us looking at some items and asked us if we were interested in them. We then said that were just browsing, and they still hung around us for some time trying to tell us about specials.The music was interesting. A weird mix of some 80s.The items on sale are nice and I like the selection. Was fun to look around.

Reading all of the recent complaints at this location in Highland Village, this doesnt surprise me, as long as Alison, is the mgr. There is going to be bad attitudes and bad customer service. If you are a GAY man, you wont have any problems with good customer service. If you are black, Alison has the staff watch you while you are shopping. If you are GAY, not a problem.

I recently got a wedding gift from a friend from here. We didnt need that particular gift so we decided to exchanged it. Because it was a gift it didnt actually come with a receipt (also no gift receipt). But they were able to find the items in their catalog and give us a credit onto a gift card. The process was very smooth. As far as the store, its a big location in highland village. This area there is so many home stores with really nice stuff. We wouldnt normally buy anything here just because of the prices. But the quality is superb. We ended up getting a nice marble cutting board!

Went there for the book-signing, shipped and found a staff who was well-informed and knowledgeable. This is a go to place when you need things which are outside your wheelhouse and high quality is the objective.

The store is beautiful, plenty of samples over the holidays, great location for parking! Lots of inventory!I have to agree with all the other reviewers before me, the service is TERRIBLE!I asked to have 8 peppermint bark boxes to be gift wrapped. Twenty minutes later, Im asked how I want them wrapped. Then I waited for another 20 minutes.. and now Im still waiting. They keep saying they are doing it now but who knows what is happening...

This place is always a hit or miss for me. In my most recent visit, the coffee guy was rude, and could not give me a good explanation on any of the coffee machines and why one was better than the other. The its better because its more expensive is not acceptable. Their stock can also be limited on many items, you are better off buying online and reading reviews.

If I could give no stars I would. I can not believe this is an established company. We registered at WS and received two items off our registry. I returned one of the items and they were supposed to mail a gift card and never did. After about 3-4 phone calls to their customer service department, to find the order and explain the situation, these morons sent the gift card back to the original purchaser, which looked terrible from our perspective. I wish I would have never registered here and will never step foot in this store again.

Its my favorite store, it has a large selection of cookware, knives, bakeware, electrics, cooking and baking tools & utensils. It has a mild selection of glasses and plates. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are high, but you are getting high quality products for those prices. I highly recommend at least visiting the store if you consider yourself a culinarian.

Returned $1,200 worth of Christmas gifts to exchange for other items. Return amount was not credited to our credit card, they issued a gift card. So I ended up paying for the items I returned as well as the new items. Now I have a $1200 gift card on top of my $3000 credit card payment... worst return policy ever! What’s the point? Forcing me to buy from you makes me not want to shop with you anymore!

I came in this morning to buy a cookbook for my mother and was treated very poorly by a staff member. I came in with my small yorki and instead of greeting me he said dogs are not allowed to go near the food in the back, dont go near the food. I said I understand and if this store has a no animal policy I can leave and come back later without him. The employee said it was fine that I stay and as I walked away he continued to repeat himself about how I can not go near the food even though I was not headed in that direction and I heard him the first time. I asked him to show me where the cookbooks were and he pointed and said OVER THERE! and walked away from me. He then approached the only other customer in the store and was very nice to her and helped her. I will not be shopping here again. I

Visited today, October 8th: I stood near the counter for 7 minutes and NOT ONE individual addressed me. Then my friend brought her two items up to be purchased and ask the clerk for the item I was wanting to ask about: Taken aback at the RUDENESS in this store. Give me a break but we are attempting to spend money at your store which helps pay for your salary and store location. Excuse me if you had to stop and press your trendy micro phone to see if what I was asking for was in stock in the rear. I dont need to spend $200.00 to be served attitude when I can take my money over to Sur La Table Lack of Management in this store was clearly seen today as there was more attention being given to someone returning an item rather than someone who wanted to purchase an item. Novel idea, buying = sales= income returns = credits = no income I am certainly done with this location BUT not Williams Sonoma as I have been treated better at many other locations across this GREAT Country of ours.
