The product selection seems (not sure) good and the manager is knowledgeable about the products. However, the young salesmen’s favorite words are “I don’t know” if you know exactly what you are buying it is OK. However if you have any questions at all, don’t expect to get answers.

I bought a lighter here and was surprised that it was empty after already driving off, my initial thought was oh man I guess I have to buy some butane which is no big deal so I came back with that intent. The person working there informed me that they don’t come empty and asked hot manager I’d I could swap. That would’ve been perfect and great customer service however the manager laughed and implied that I basically use the lighter and tried to come back and return it and it instructed employee to show me the butane that they have for sale which is overpriced. I wasn’t going to argue with anyone and I took my lighter and walked out will not be doing business here again. Bad customer service terrible business model.

This place is so convenient, I love it. Its open before I go into work which is GREAT! and Cecile is awesome there I get nothing but good vibes when i go in there. Recommend this smoke shop to EVERYONE!

Prices have skyrocketed for everything, and they dont enforce masks. Pathetic staff, I dont know what happened but someone dropped the ball on this place.

I have been several times since they opened. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable & friendly. All with great prices & open late every day!

The owner was so amazing and accommodating! I purchase multiple flavors (favorites: watermelon mint, mojito/lemon and double apple) and he gave me a great deal! I live close-by and will continue to only go to him since he was so reasonable!! He saves me a trip from purchasing flavors from stores further away that sell it for cheaper!!

So far theyre the cheapest for me and Im from the East Side/North Shore area. It looks like customer satisfaction is what theyre seeking. Nothing but good vibes is what I got.

The lady at register overcharged me by 600% for cigarette tubes and tobacco.. should cost $4.00 for 200, charged me 18.95?? Then 4oz of tobacco was 18.00??? First and last time I go to this rip off store. The point of rolling your own is to save money. Only enough tobacco to roll 3 packs. RIP OFF!!!!

Came here for some juice, tfv8 coils and and Herb pen. Abdullah was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They also have excellent prices on premium juice, and I shop all over Houston. Will definitely shop here again!

Bought a cheap pen battery, but before i agreed to buy it, I asked 1 question. Does the battery come precharged? Dude said yeah, without hesitation. I believe him, so I buy it. Walk to my car, attempt to use it. Doesnt come on, wow. Go back inside, ask the dude if he can turn it on, in case I wasnt operating it correctly. He tries a few attempts, fails. He hooks it up to the charger. It starts charging! Wow, it wasnt precharged. Dude lied to my face.

I bought a vape here not even a two weeks ago for $100, which was high and over priced compared to the $60-$85 ones I saw in smoke shops after I bought from here! the guy who sold it to me barely knew anything about the vapes and sold me the wrong batteries at first. When I put them in my vape got really hot and started smoking in my car I had to pull over and stop to remove them. I went back to the shop and got the right batteries! Vape was working fine for about a week and a half and then my battery would not hold a charge. I took it back to the shop and told the guy who sold me the vape that the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, he switched the batteries for me in the shop and it started to work. I asked if I could exchange the faulty batteries since he was the one who sold them to me and I was told no and to come back later to ask the owner if I can exchange. Called back later to ask owner and was told the same thing. Almost blew up my car with the first pair and then sold me a faulty pair that are supposed to last months. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Rip off don’t come here they have no idea what they are talking about

Walked in looking for cigar pipes, they had 2 smh two! and not good quality either...not a problem i needed e juice too and jees not a lot of good selection and the girl that was working had a such an attitude that i just left.
