No one to greet the customers, dude just came out of the back room. I was sold a water pipe that is not functional due to the bowl being attached to the down stem, thus giving dry hits that burn, was very overpriced considering the size almost double. Will not be going back.

Like someone else said, the guy does seem kinda rude. But I totally understand why he would feel impatient, especially if he’s had so many bad experiences with buyers.I had an overall amazing experience and I recommend buying here. Prices are retail, so you have cheaper options. But I had a pretty good time.Thanks guys.

The first time I went, I told them I wanted to grab the Grab medium water pipe they had but would be back the following Tuesday when I got paid. The original time, the guy behind the counter was acting as though he was the owner, being really polite even to give me his card. However, when I returned to purchase the piece a few days later, the guy didnt say a word to me. I asked for a banger in order to hit dabs and he sold me a piece that didnt work with the piece purchased. he treated me as though he was so much more knowledgeable and I was am idiot. I wish the girl with dreads was still there

Stopped in to ask about a couple things and Colby was more than happy to help with my inquiries. Another couple came in while I was there and he was very helpful to them as well including giving them a little gift to show appreciation for their patronage. I also was given a token of appreciation. Super cool dude, my husband and I will definitely stop by again soon!

Literally the worst smoke shop I have ever been to. I decided to check it out because of the positive reviews. I went in asking questions (before I made a purchase of course). The owner was giving me an attitude the entire time like my questions were bothering him. Then he sold me a grinder which he said was worth a $100 for $80. I bought it and later checked online that the grinder was really worth $20 (talk about an up-charge). The funny thing is I wouldnt have cared if he wasnt so mean. Horrible place I will never go again. Not only do they increase the prices by a lot, but they arent very nice or friendly. Heads up if your running a business part of that is dealing with clients.

This shop is hands down the best shop in Houston! Its smaller but they have a sick inventory and really good deals. The folks there are super chill and all about customer service and education. All the stuff Ive bought there have so far been great products! Highly recommend

My new favorite place for everything smoking related. Colby and Amelia are the best very nice and really knowledgeable about all of there products. Heights Head has some awesome water pipes. You will be doing yourself a dis-justice if you dont check this place out.

The shop has excellent products, and its in a good location, however the employee, Colby, was extremely rude. It was my first time going in the shop, so I had a few questions before I made a purchase. His vibe/attitude made me take my business elsewhere. I dont know if the owners of the shop read this, or if hes the owner, but he completely ruined my experience with the shop.

Never again, to be honest, I do not like this smoke shop whenever the Asian or White dude are there. So rude and always in a hurry to get you out the door, no patience whatsoever. This isnt a single occurrence, whatever is in the bacl, must be so important because Im always rushed to buy what I need, basically no time to look around. The one female employee is very nice but shes rarely there when I go so I just stop coming here entirely. This place has a great selection of items, cant say the same about its employees however.

Great little shop. Theres a good selection of the things you need. They carry CBD water which is hard to find. Not everybody that carries the CBD oils carries the water. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Interesting shop in a great location. Cant give 5 because parking isnt great.Possibly the biggest selection of high end goodies ive came accross.So much from Grav Labs which is always tough to find.The dude working there seemed cool to me, He was super helpful on helping my dad pick out a cbd tincture for his joint pain. Been here a few times and love everything about the place, I went to another smoke shop where they were trying to charge me a 100$ for a product, went to heights heads and got it for 40 bucks . Definitely my go to shop .

Went in here for the first time to buy some ecig pods. I was with my girlfriend; when we walked in the guy working didn’t even say hello first, just snapped at us for our IDs. Let him see my ID whatever, buy two packs of mi-pod cartridges. I get home to find that the package is missing the airflow adjustment pieces and the packaging is far different than I’ve seen at any other shop or from their website. They came foil sealed which is not how i’ve ever seen them. Whatever nbd I thought, until i tried to put the pod in my device and it almost ruined my device due to leaking. The pod was missing an o ring that is 100% necessary for the device to function. I called the shop when that happened to see if I came back to the shop, I would receive a refund or not, as the pieces they sold me were faulty/missing parts. The man who answered immediately took an attitude with me about it; even told me to calm down, even though all I did was in a normal speaking tone explain how the pods were malfunctioning/what was missing. When I went back to the shop for the return I brought an empty pack of pods to show the clerk what the missing airflow adjustment pieces looked like and he didn’t really pay attention to me and followed it up with a snarky comment about how “no one else has these problems with the pods from their shop”. 11/10 would not recommend. NEVER going back and will be steering my friends away from this place. I prefer to shop places where the customers are treated with respect.

It had the pod for my device i needed but it sold me some liquid that was so awful, its hard not to believe that it was even vape fluid because I cant say ive ever met anyone that would vape that flavor, i put it in the vape, and it was not tobacco taste but straight chemical which is ironic because the bottle was supposed to taste like american spirit cigs and they are known for being less poisonous and having less chemicals than other cigarettes.

Great place to hang out and purchase things at. The employees seem to know the ins and outs of all the products very knowledgeable and reputable people. I went in for an e cig battery was schooled about my device I currently walked in with learned things that I was not told at the place I purchased it at. Was then recommend a device that was more suited towards my needs. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family, and will go back there my self. go check it out its a very bodhi experience. 😊

Conveniently located between a bar and (when its not open) a corner store with an amazing beer and wine selection, the chill atmosphere is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, catering to a higher end of customers. Whether youre new to vaping or wanting to become a connoisseur to your smoking experience, these guys got it, can get it, and certainly know about it. Glass with class and theres something in everyones price range, and they will certainly help you find what youre looking for (or didnt know you were looking for it!). Definetely a place to make a regular haunt if youre an avid smoker. Cant like this place enough!
