Attendant was so dry and rude. If you don’t like your job, there’s plenty of people that would like to be able to watch movies and hangout with their friends while on the job and give better service. The place was disgustingly dirty too. Hasn’t seen a broom or a mop in years.

This was my primary shop for 3 years til today. The lone employee was outside hotboxing with his buddies and came in after I walked around an empty store for a bit. I ask him to show me something closer and he just told me to look through the glass and rushed me out. After I left dude went right back outside to his party, I don’t know how these people get hired.

The employees was rude and asked the employer for a iced or breeze juice and he recommended to me the juice I bought and it was not the juice I wanted its nasty and not a breeze favor

They have everything you can need in a smoke shop. I wish they had T shirts socks.

Update I am no longer impressed with this shop. So I swear this was a good thang! A shop in my area with quality everything. I was wrong. So now I travel outside of my community seeking honesty, quality, and value. They sell u stuff they never have the components for! They are not a vapor shop they are a smoke shop. So being I do not smoke I VApe why how could I show up here and expect anything more? So to the vapor community in this area go to a vapor shop!

Went here many times for many pieces this last one i bought lasted 2 days and as you can see in the pic it fell apart ...wasnt dropped or anything ...went to pick it up and water went everywhere... called and asked for it to be swapped or comp towards a new one and was told absolutely not look at this picture ... they sell junk at higher prices

I find it rather strange none of the concerns were addressed but time was taken to thank the good reviews .... this place isnt about service or quality they are about ripping people off and taking as much as they can...Ill never go there again

There was a guy working there he,was cool, knowledgable and helpful...even on the phone.He didnt talk too much just told what we needed to know,we were in and out,in 5 minutes*

I recently bought a glass piece from these guys. When I went home to try it out, it had a hole in it. The smoke would never go through the percolator as it had a hole in it. It looks to be a manufacturing fault in the glass piece.

The dude working here was so nice. Helped us pick out two little pieces and got two trays for a great deal! Super pleased.

Ive been going to 529 Smoke Shop on FM 529 77095, and after going to hwy 6 Smoke Shop Ill NEVER GO BACK TO 529 SMOKE SHOP!!!HWY 6 Smoke Shop has a very better selection and a store full of great authentic merchandise at great prices.. the selection is awesome and the guys working there are knowledgeable and very cool guys.. the vape hardware and E-juices are authentic and at a Great variety with lots to choose from.. Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP BUY, you will be a customer for life.. FYI.. ask to sign up on there preferred customer program and get free money off of every fifth purchase... ENOUGH SAID....

Best smoke shop in town

This is my favorite smoke shop! I have moved across town but still only go to this smoke shop when Im in the area. Abdul is always very friendly and extremely helpful!

So i have been going to this smoke shop numerous times bought many pieces from them and I had the worst customer service ever. I purchase a synthetic urine went home reliazed I bought the wrong one went back and tried to get a refund the kid working the counter was extremely rude saying I couldn’t return it because I took the plastic film off saying no we can’t help you in a rude tone wouldn’t recommend this smoke shop . What will be the best time to come in for a refund ?

I was on vacation in Tx and really needed to buy some replacement parts. I was amazed by Hwy 6 Smoke Shop set-up and attention to detail. Customer service is very helpful and I was on my way with a smile on. I wish there is a Hwy 6 smoke shop where I am from.

Terrible service and terrible quality. I wish I could give them zero stars. Their workers are stupid and lazy beyond belief. I always have a bad experience in that store. Every time I have gone her they have been great as far as prices & customer service. I haven’t been a long time cause I live inRichmond/Katy area..... I wish they would set up a website though, with prices, products/items, and that way before I make the trip up there I can know what I can spend cause I don’t get paid until the week after this week so I’m on a budget. I have a pink ooze vape pen that I lost and I just need the pen and the cartridge. I do not need a charger, CBD oil, or anything else. Which is why I want to know how much I’m gonna pay before I go out there. Best priced selection in town! tobacco pipes both glass pipes and wood pipes and even water pipes. Cigarettes are fresh and chew and dip is even fresher.

This place is trash and the employees are thieves the guy said that he was bagging my hookah for me and when I got home they switched out my product from the one that I actually paid for!

ALLOT CHEAPER THAN ZIGZAG and WAAAYYYY CHEAPER THAN HIGHTIMES. I have been going to Zigzag and HighTimesfor a while and i realise that I have been overpaying when i stared to go here. The prices are crazy CHEAPER than zigzag and HighTimes from across the street. One thing you get at zigzag or HighTimes could be 50 bucks the same thing at the SMOKE SHOP will be 35 or even 30 bucks still allot cheaper than Zigzag and again HighTimes is way over priced. If you know how to ask the right question they know the answer. I dont know why this place doesnt have a 5 star rating probably cause of hatters. Im just telling the truth that after coming here I feel Zigzag and for sure HighTimes been ripping me off.
