The hospitality at this place is 10 Stars the cigar selection is pretty good unless you like infused cigars they dont carry those not that what I could see the area is very comfortable big screen TV and the staff members treat you like royalty.

Im originally from Memphis, and Ive been in Houston four months. Ive been looking for a well-stocked, cigar lounge. Although they didnt have one of my favorites, Liga Privada No. 9, they did have many other great smokes on hand! Ill definitely patronize this place again!

Cigar Towne was my home away from home for about four years when I was working in Houston. As a consultant and a long-time cigar smoker, I travel across the country and have visited several cigar establishments and Cigar Towne stands out as the best. What makes Cigar Towne really stand out is more than just a very nice smoking lounge, walk-in humidor and a great cigar selection, but the welcoming atmosphere and the customers. Friendly people, engaging conversations, and events focused to always improving the customer experience. Cheryl and Daniel are the owners and are friends. I live in Florida and do miss Cigar Towne.

CIGAR Towne is a very nice place to purchase and enjoy a cigar. The owners (Cheryl and Daniel) are very knowledgeable and friendly. They both will assist you in order to get you exactly what you want. The sitting area allows for comfort and relaxation. The other customers are friendly and welcoming to this establishment. I’ve been to a number of other cigar stores and none of them make you feel welcomed like Cigar Towne. BTW - When you see a one star review, look at the other reviews and then make your decision.

Cigar town is a great place to relax and have a cigar. The regulars are friendly as well as the staff. If you are Cigar Aficionado or a newcomer the staff will help you choose the right cigar for you. There is plenty of parking and you can pop next door and get a bite to eat if you choose.

This place is great! Selection is fabulous and Daniel is very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a quality humidor and a few other things and have always been 100% pleased with ever some I have spent here. It’s a top of he line cigar boutique... you may find things a little cheaper online, but sometimes the “you get what you pay for” statement proves true. In this case it makes a HUGE difference. I am a proud regular here and am happy to spend my money supporting this dude and his local business.

Cigar Towne is by far the best establishment to enjoy a cigar and the company of others who do as well. I’ve been coming here since they opened their doors 8 years ago! They’ve rebuilt from Harvey, and are back to being the best lounge in the area! It disappoints me to read the review from the last lady who was here. I happened to be here at the same time that she says she was treated so rudely by Cheryl. You don’t start out trying to “make a purchase” by offering to sell or promote something to the owner. It’s not right or fair to post a negative review about a business that you weren’t trying patronize or put money in the register.

If you are a Cigar enthusiast this is the place for you. The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have an extensive selection and the prices are great.

Waited for 2-3 mins to have someone of the staff acknowledge me. Then when I went to get help a rude woman on the staff got upset with me when I interrupted a conversation with another customer, even though she looked straight at me and asked if she could help me with something. Not a female friendly shop and will not be coming back. All I wanted was a nice cigar for my father for fathers day.

IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS !!! Ive smoked cigars for years and visited at least a dozen cigar shops in the Houston area. I found Cigar Towne about 2 years ago and they are THE ONLY cigar shop I will go to now. Daniel and Cheryl, keep up the great work. They set the standard everyone else wishes they could reach.

Nice shop. Lots of comfortable chairs in the front with a couple of TVs and free Internet. Very good selection of cigars in a large humidor. Perdomo, AJ Fernandez, La Aroma De Cuba, My Father, Rocky Patel, and many others. Lots of regulars and everyone is very friendly. Can get some work done or have some fun conversations.
