I was a bit worried that walking into this store, I wouldn’t get much help since the rain caused me to get drenched.. so i didn’t exactly look the part to be shopping here. But as soon as I stepped in, Amanda Tran was extremely helpful and accommodating. Even if it meant taking out 6 - 7 wallets and purses at a time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend requesting her if you come here. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.
If you ever visit YSL make sure you are helped by Dustin. Dustin was kind enough to hold sunglasses that my wife wanted for her birthday, since I was out of town. Unfortunately Dustin wasnt there when I went into the store for the purchase. On the other hand, I did notice a different approach by other employees when I walked through the door. I was not dressed to impress and my wife and I could feel this.
I had the worst shopping experience at this shop. I was shocked how unfriendly the girl working there was - miserable Service, no consultation. I’ve never been so badly treated at a shop like I was at this one. At the end she packed the bag I bought into a too small box… the Management definitely has to work on this. I love to shop offline but the unfriendliness and the miserable return policy let’s me think twice about it.

Dustin was great! I went in a little nervous... looking a mess after work, however he was very helpful and very nice. Showed me different options of the bag I wanted and definitely helped me pick the best one.

So I bought the chain wallet from the boutique at Houston galleria and found out the zipper has some discoloration on it. I got back to the store and found out all of their blush woc has the same issue. I wanted to get a refund and they told me I can’t get a refund due to their policy! They didn’t tell me at the time of check-out knowing I am a first-time customer. They said it like it is my own fault of not reading the tiny font on their receipt and on their black sign at the checkout! They should not treat their customer with this type of attitude! I just wanted to warn everyone, avoid getting anything from the boutique! Buy online so you can get your refund back if anything happen!

Went in to purchase a bag for my fiance before I proposed. Michael and Amanda treated me to a friendly conversation over my choice of burnt or flat water (I was also offered champagne). They were very kind to ask about the details of my proposal. After the transaction was made they kindly gifted me a bottle of champagne in celebration of my proposal. Great experience.
Awesome service and awesome purses
I usually shop online but I decided to visit the store. Went in looking for a pair of tan chelsea boots. Unfortunately they didnt have my true size but my sales associate Bryce or Brady I dont remember exactly was really nice despite me not buying anything and said hed let me know when my size was in stock. I dont know what other reviews mean about the staff being rude as they were super nice and it seems they really know their stuff. I will definitely return to buy something.
I do my fair share of shopping in luxury boutiques and Saint Laurent is probably one of my favorites! Best customer service and the best part is how much fun I have when I go in, even if its just to look. Michael usually helps me who is such a sweetheart, but I have also recently been waited on by Jennifer and she was a doll. Not sure why a previous reviewer had an issue, but it sounds like they were sore about not being able to return something. If you shop luxury, boutiques usually have a specific return policy... this isnt the Gap!

Customer Service=Nose up, Snobs!Ive actually purchase several items in the past, but the people here dont change. Michael is usually the one that approaches, but he should really improve the way he speaks to people. Its not because you work for a designer that you need to act superior to your customers. Last evening night, wasnt clear with me at moment of purchase. So what happens i come in with a concern about my newly purchased sunglasses. For example, they are painful and I would like to return. He tells me that I cannot, it will either be store credit or exchange, points me to a sign, and say here you see, you come often you should know! But Ive purchased with never the intention of returning. So again they physically botheref me after wearing for 30 min. In my opinion the way they handle their clients is not nice and they should be clear at check out. My suggestion, go to the boutique, try it on and buy online.At least the customer will be a better experienceIf I could I would do negative star rating.-Cedric
Do Not purchase unless youre 1000% sure you want the item. They do not give refunds at ysl boutiques. Online refund policy does not state this, also receipt does not either. Be advised
