Take my advice and don’t buy from this store!!!!!! I just Purchased a brand-new Toshiba 65 inch When I got home I open the TV and the screen has cracks all over. I went back a day after to the same store to replace it. both of the managers are not respectful and polite I explained the situation and they told me that it’s my fault and I’m not able to replace it I asked him if I have another option they said no they have nothing to do about that. I feel like this tour don’t care about customer satisfaction. Like you can see in the picture the TV is brand new and still have the wrap on I’m not going to go there again thank you for nothing
This is the bad place to shop. I want to support local business and try to shop at there. On the shelve, there was still a sticker showed the sale price of a item. I went to check out, the cashier told me different price, then she asked somebody to check the sticker. Nobody bothered to do that, and he assumed that sticker is either for different item or misplaced. I would not mind paying for it, but they did not even go to the place and checked their mistake. I felt like they were lazy and did not deserved my money.
The Bestbuy team is awesome. Ive been a Totaltec member for many years; their diligence and high standards can only keep you going back to them. I always know what to expect and Ive never been disappointed! You go, guys and gals!

Got in, got what we needed and got out. Plenty of staff. Store was quiet. Dont have much on show and shelves kind of bare but guessing thats the same everywhere right now. Friendly staff.
Had a great experience. Jimmy really helped me with everything I needed. Even after he helped me and saw me walking around the store he would keep asking me if I needed assistance. Amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be back to that location just because of him.
I was there to look at TVs and find a MS Windows 10 CD since my system had a bad sys config error and mine, from Best Buy, came preloaded but no CD. They werent stocked on the display save for one Pro edition in a locked case and the other was an empty box. Salesperson had to ask two other employees where they were stored. He climbed up a ladder to storage area and could not find any but the Pro series (surprise since theyre $50 more) and said they had no others in stock.He did offer to call other stores but I passed as who wants to drive all over when your computer is on a blue screen of death loop? Plopped down my $189. + tax and just cruised the store a bit. Heres the question, shouldnt he be able to first check his in-store stock on his system before he and I both waste time searching? Second question, if I had checked online would I have discovered they had it or no?As I was browsing, low and behold, theres a Windows 10 Home edition, shrink-wrapped and hanging out on the wrong shelf in the wrong area. Then the hassle of return, refund, repurchase.Store had plenty of associates, most not assisting customers, just talking amongst themselves. How about straightening up your store, restocking, checking endcaps? Ugh. Gotta say the TVs were gorgeous and yep, will be buying another in the near future. Will do my own checking online for what is actually in stock before I return.
Always a great experience coming to this location. staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I had to return my headphones and they gave me my refund with no problem and I was able to get another pair with no hassle. It was an overall great experience and I will continue to shop at Best buy 🙂
Lots of empty shelves: a tell tale sign that this location is about to be closed for good. I hope Im wrong, because I always go here to get what I need. May be theres a shortage of electronics worldwide due to the pandemic. I was still able to find the products I need today so, so far so good.
If you want to get a good product and knowledgeable people to help you set it up, ask the sales team.

I bought a 75 inch Samsung TV from Worst Buy the other day. It turned out to be damaged in box. I had to return it the next and Jimmy who introduced himself as the store manager, came up and behaved super rude and started mocking my explanation. He even used F word couples times and blaming me for the damaged TV. He accused me of lying and not being right. So please never trust BestBuy( Worst Buy). And I suggest not to buy anything from them. They are dis-honest, Scammers and unprofessional. They scammed me 1249.00 $. (One Thousand Two Hundred and forty nine dollars. They also kept the TV. Can you believe it?

Stood in line outside for 15 minutes in 95 degree heat to go into a store with empty shelves. I asked the associate monitoring people at the door how many people they letting in at once and he said 25🤯. I have been to multiple Best Buy’s looking for a particular product and no one has been at the door monitoring customers. I would not come here on the weekend for anything with those numbers. Now that I got in the store, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. 25 customers in the building and you not serving them either 🤦🏾♀️. Go somewhere else !
I came to Best Buy last week to buy a deep freezer. I was greeted by Amann (Manager). He helped find the freezer in their system and personally went and retrieved it. After purchasing it Amann helped load it into my car. He did all this with a friendly and professional demeanor! Two thumbs up for this manager!!!
Customer service was slow but once a sales person arrived it was a quick process..
I buy a lenovo Chromebook from there last year. Its screen cracked and I went to customer service to show them since my guarantee is not expired yet. I didnt do appointment before I go so I have to wait around 1hour and 30 mins to get my turn. So I recommend you to take appointment before you go. They took a look and told me that they will text me as soon as ready. Later, they text me that it is qualified to exchange with a new one so they help me with it. The staff explain well if you dont understand. You can exchange the exact same one if it is in stock or you can exchange with the new model or modify one by giving more money.

The store is small with not a whole lot of selection or inventory. I may have gone right before a shipment of goods seeing as how many shelves were empty. The staff was very nice though.
The item I wanted wasnt available in-store despite internet guidance advising that it was. My second choice was hidden away on the bottom shelf in a plain brown box so it took some time to find it. The lowest priced items also have no shelf tags so unless you knew the price ahead of your arrival you would not likely have considered it. That said, when I had it in my hand one of the storied blue shirts was immediately there and ready to ring it up.
Great experience when I bought my laptop. Angel was fantastic, polite, and very helpful when answering all of our questions. Give him a raise. This is the Best Buy on 59 & Gessner.

I would give a zero for review if there was a thing. The worse customer service experience right from purchase. The sales guy was way too arrogant. I ignored it because I had made up my mind that I will buy from there. Paid extra to remove the old appliance. I was told delivery time was between 12 and 6. I was told that I will get a call too. At 12 noon deliver showed up unannounced. He had yet again a terrible attitude. He said the appliance cannot go in that way, we have to use the hallway. I said okay and started clearing out the hallway. It took 5 minutes to be exact. I came back out to tell him its clear. Guess what? The delivery guy left without notification. It goes on and on. Customer service told me I have to wait, the appliances is in transit. But the delivery guy cannot wait right? And u call me a loyal member. Come get ur membership. Ill go else were.
They didn’t honor the return. Why they pushed their garbage speaker to me. Stay away from this store

Was welcomed by an employee as soon as I came in as i was walking around i guess i either looked confused or lost or something and an employee came up to me and asked me if i needed any help. I told him was I was looking for and in the process shared some information of competitive products to help me decide on the best option for me. The whole time there was a great experience. Will recommend to others. Keep up the good work you guys!!!

This store was just like Frys before they shut down... I predicted Frys falling and I foresee Best buy in a couple of years just as over as Frys..I walked into the Store and their is practically no help and their are no good selections as it used to be many years past.. they are almost bare bones minimal inventory now..
The customer service is this store is horrible. The staff acts as if you are bothering them when asking about prices. They pretend as they are busy so that cant help their customers. When I asked to speak to a Manger, there was a man on the phone and he stated he was the Manger while talking to a customer on the phone. This means that he truly is not validating me concerns. I was truly speechless at this point. Wow! This whole store is really a joke! What top the icing on the cake, as I was leaving, already exiting through the doors a man ran up to me asked for my receipt. I was livid. If they believe that their customers are thieves then they need to have the police at the door.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased new appliances and both times we had to return for a replacement when appliances were delivered.
Good quality things
Im not sure what was goin on when I visited this store, however the service was horrible. Walked around for 45 minutes and couldnt get anyone to help me. When I did find someone he said there was nothing he could do and for me to find someone else. Went to I-10 store and was helped as soon as I walked in and was out in less than 10 mins.

I went to buy monitors and they did not have the ones I wanted... so I bought some cheap Tvs for $129.99 each... I got two and they work awesome for my at home computer setup!Compre dos teles para conectar my computadora a ellas. Muy buena calidad por $129.99 cada una!The only thing that got me a bit frustrated is how 3 employees walked past me and not one asked me if i needed help. No one came up to me and asked if i needed help i was in the store for a long time waiting for assistance but they would just walk pass me. when i went to go ask for help the lady was very rude and gave me an attitude even before i could tell her what i needed help with. she would ignore my questions and took her sweet time to get what i needed. very disappointed with the customer service here.

Super helpful associates. They set me up early so I didnt have to wait the full hour when I ordered an item for pick up. They got me in and out quickly. I recent went and have much I am looking at with desire to purchase, one at a time of course. Newer designs and useful for work and ministry. Be good Service. Thorough and always right away or directed to most knowledgeable Assistant to explain product functioning. And has a variety of items available to decide from.
Don’t go here. Go to ANY other BestBuy in the world but NOT this store location. Ordered curbside. Website looped in circles and was useless. Called store and of course no one answered the phone. Clearly the management and employees at this location don’t care about customers or their safety. Will never return. Will drive further to get better and safe curbside service.

This store always competes with the other unnamed big store. I can say they are both good stores. They both sell quality goods and merchandise that is just right for any application. Price-baiting customers, waited 3 hours only to find out they bought out everything online, what about the elderly that don’t know how to use a computer or people who only carry cash. Went in to buy a lap top waited for the sales rep to finish with a customer that was infront of me. When he finished he started helping a customer that just walked up instead of me. So I left.
Staff was very helpful... even though they seemed to be short on employees. Overall good experience... prices are pretty competitive.
