Micheal is a honest and great guy.Hell charge you a very good price plus NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE (usually all other computer technicians will charge you a $50 minimum and give you credit when the work done).I have a bad desktop and he fix it within a day. When I came and pick up my computer, I left a $20 dollars bill on the counter and forgot all about it.Couples days latter I come again to have him download some app in my cellphone. He help me without any charge and hand me my forgotten $20.Whats a honest and good guy.Highly recommend him for people in need of quality and reasonable price service on computer, Phone etc...

Really good service up until 1997 when it became self aware. Soon the T-800s will be in production, but other than that, really good place to get your computer worked on.

This location is not trustworthy, if you do not check the condition of your device before bringing it to SKYNET for service it maybe a disadvantage for you I brought my HP Touchsmart Laptop for service to replace/repair my charger port and my hard drive was removed and stolen from my device. I had not been to any other computer repair business besides SKYNET and I was not informed that is was removed when I picked up my device. I found out several months later and has been unable to recover my stolen hard drive. I feel violated and I’ve lost precious pictures and files. I called and owner stated that don’t keep hard drives longer than and a couple weeks, unfamiliar with my hard drive, and that my service was too long ago. I just recycled the laptop.

I took a laptop in for a damaged screen and asked them to check the power, because the battery will not fully charge. Ths sDisplay was replaced and they found a virus affecting the recharging.It was fixed in a couple of days and works,well.

Great experience. Skynet offered FREE diagnostic when others quoted $50-$100 + cost of repair. I dropped my laptop off with them late on Friday and had it back and running in less than 24 hours for a flat $100. Im estimating they saved me 50%. Extremely surprised and satisfied!

Spectacular service. These guys arent part replacers; they are computer mechanics. My son has a Toshiba laptop suffering with screen problems. Without consulting me he took it to some repair shop in Cypress who gave him the runaround and ultimately failed to make a good repair. He lost two to three weeks jacking around with these clowns. When we got the computer back, we delivered it to him at school in College Station. He, then, took it to the campus repair center. They kept it for two to three weeks and could not repair it. I retrieved it from him and took it to Skynet on a referral from a friend. A week later the computer was repaired and the price for repair was more than reasonable. No diagnostic fee either. These guys are great. You can trust them with confidence that they will repair your computer or whatever else you take them.

It will not let me post this without leaving a rating. Just informing the public. As of April 2015 there is a new owner of the business. The business practices here are much different than they were a year ago. Everyone here has a degree or degrees in electronics and software. The new owner Michael is a computer guru. We are here to provide the best service that we can as well as the best customer experience possible.

Needed a tiny screw that was missing off of my friends purse. Went all over town with no luck until I found this place. Found a good replacement here and the best part was the owner did not charge me anything even though he knew I really needed it. Good honest business.

I brought my PS3 in after I got the YLOD. These guys not only were able to fix the problem, but they also replaced the fan to help ensure that this wont happen again. Sony doesnt even do that! These guys did a really good job and were quicker and cheaper than working with Sony directly.

I was initially impressed with the response when I brought in my computer with an error message about the main fan not working. It took a little longer than they expected to run diagnostics, but they decided it was the video card that was the problem. I have had it back for 2weeks and now it wont start at all. Aron was very receptive and seemed to think the problem was fixed. I hope that they are able to fix the problem from here without any more expense.

We love this computer repair and phone repair store. Very honest and fast. He gives free diagnostics- We always come here first for any electronic repair. He will tell us whats wrong and is very reasonably priced- We took our home computer for hard drive repair- he backed up everything and reinstalled- all ready in less than 2 days, he fixed my wifes samsung phones charger port was damaged- fixed in 2 days- everyone else said we had to buy a new phone- but he fixed it, we will take all of our electronics to him. The owner is honest and very fair and knowledgeable. We will keep coming back everytime something electronic breaks down.

I had a great experience here aside from bringing my Xbox home and finding out it was self aware after Skynet repaired it. The second I turn it on, I get a notification at the top saying Defense Systems Activated and then it fires the disc out of the machine so fast it cuts through the drywall in my apartment. Ive tried to contact Microsoft, but they keep hanging up on my after I mention the defense systems.Also, and this may just be a coincidence, but ever since doing business with Skynet Ive been followed everywhere by a guy on a motorcycle that looks like Dolph Lundgren with brown hair wearing sunglasses.

My poor iPhone 6 screen breaks often.. This place has fast and good service for a good price !! Will always come back to Michael !

People, please do not consider using skynets services... not only will they waste your money, but your time as well. I usually dont write reviews, but when i do it is because the business has horrible service and not worth your money and time. I took my laptop there and they told me that it would take up to 3 weeks....its been 3 months and like other people here said, they make excuses everytime you contact them. Ive asked for a refund but the guy working there an asian guy, said only frank can give me a refund, and this FRANK is almost never in there. And when i call him personaly he never answers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ive ever had in my life!

Im a small business owner close to Skynet, my entire VOIP phoner system and database went down one day. it was horrific!!!! I.T. personnel charged me $150.00 an hour to repair the entire system. 2 days later. They still couldnt fix it. I went to Skynet and Frank fixed the system and got us running in 3 hours. Thank you skynet!!!! I recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

I took my Xbox to this place because my disk drive wasnt reading any of my games. I decided on this place because going through microsoft would have taken 3 weeks, when I got there the guy said it would take 3 days I was pumped. Then they proceed to tell me, three more days. or give us a call on saturday for a WHOLE MONTH, when I finally got it back the problem wasnt even fixed. When I took it back to Skynet they only gave me a partial refund and said just send it off to microsoft. I got around to sending it off and now Microsoft wont fix it because it was tampered with. i AM BEYOND DISSATISFIED.

Nai-SkyNet computers has been an great experience. I am in customer service and probably am one of the most demanding customers. Frank the owner took care of my computer and iphone device in the least amount of time with the best result. He turned my old Dell laptop into a 46 flat screen computer. :) I think if you tell someone exactly what you expect of a product than that is what you will receive. Frank delivered the best service possible and went above and beyond. I will always recommed SkyNet to anyone that ever needs help with their technology devices.

So they had my computer for over 4 and 1/2 months, after multiple complants and showing up at the location and getting the owner involved they sold me a refirb. I still will probably never go back but in the end it sort of worked out. They are really bad about answering their calls, they rarely respond to texts. I hope I was a rare case, because if this is how they do business I dont know how they keep the doors open.
