Not knowledgeable in removing viruses had my laptop repaired here picked it up 4 days later (which is long!) and it was even worst than when I took it in ! I contacted them to let them know and they refused to refund me! UNBELIEVABLE! I took it some where else and got it fixed within a couple hours! Will never come here! BELIEVE ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS! All 5 star reviews are FAKE!

Paid $100 for repairs and had to take phone back to get checked again waiting two more days without a way for family or boss to call me. Also when I did get it back the display size was smaller and permission was not given for any such adjustment. Dont waste your time/money going here!

I have used CCCP Repair service over the years and i have always been more than satisfied .He came highly recommended from a friend i trust. Recently i needed repair again and of course called CCCP. Took my phone in and the guy charged me $37.5 to attempt to fix it I wasnt even given a receipt. I dont think he ever ordered the replacement part, he took 3 weeka to return my phone and I dont think he ever even bothered to try to charge it to see if it turned on. I felt cheated, so I took it SOMEWHERE ELSE and they FIXED IT in a week. I wish I didnt have the misfortune of walking in this place. I typically dont leave bad reviews. But I dont understand how this business has a 5 star rating. If you read the 5 star reviews a lot of them seem fake.

The guy working here was very helpfull. I brought something in non computer related and he took the time to trouble shoot it and fix it. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars for a replacement part.

The people here are so helpful, knowledgeable, and fair! I initially brought my MacBook Pro here to get an estimate and was quoted $300-400 repair. I then went to another location that was Mac-Approved and was told it would cost $600-800 to fix!!! I was seriously contemplating getting a new laptop altogether, but came back to Champion Computers...and Im so glad I did. Del is a computer magician and was able repaired my laptop and all for $175!!! Another satisfied customer.

This is a very untrustworthy group i had a real expert open my laptop to fin that they had put aluminum foil inside my laptop ruining my laptop with that even further. it went from a minor problem to a major that will cost me $300. that is not including the 2 bits of ram they stole from me word to anyone else going dont take you money to a place that will not steal or sabotage. then when you confront them refuse to fix what they have broken even further. my computer just needed a new coil. to my surprise it needs a new mother board after their little stunt not to mention over charging me. the piece is $15 so i paid to be stolen from. i will never do business with them again.

I have used this place for about 10 years and have had nothing but great service. Recently my operating system crashed and I couldnt even get logged in to my laptop. As usual, I packed up and headed straight there - slight panic when I wondered what I would do if they were no longer there. My laptop was back up and running by the next day and all my business files restored. Once again a life saver!

I must say this was an amazing experience. I had dropped my expensive Apple Computer on its face and well the screen did not break but I could only get this awful yellow line barely to pull up. I must admit I had this beautiful expensive computer and it was not being used much but when I need something to use I was now out of luck. Then I went to Champion Computers on 34th street and Anas was there friendly and smiling. He really did what he could to save the Apple and even used an honest decent amount he gave me for parts towards a laptop which I really needed. He took my documents for me off of the Apple and put them on a Toshiba for me and spent a lot of time helping me do what I needed. Sometimes, there really is an honest person out there looking to help. I would really recommend them if you have a computer you do not know what to do with or do not want to deal with all the scams and stuff on Facebook.
