UHaul rentals, the sign says laptops but there is only uhauls, tires, & used car lot. If you peek in the inside nothing but tires all inside the building. The sign will read use the rear entrance there is no accessible door to enter. The door is locked and there is no rear entrance. The guy on the other side said there will be a lady to open the doors. The lady is invisible and using her cloaking blanket to stay hidden from customers. The guy is also assisting customers with auto repairs. All I needed was a charger, but I’ll keep looking elsewhere like Micro Center. Read the reviews before traveling from Clear Lake to this run down of a mill location. The guy is not helpful and the so-called lady is nonexistent. The doors will be locked and good luck finding the rear entrance unless it’s inside of the shipping container.

Its more of a tire shop than a laptop company. The laptop tech is very good.

Don’t waste your time. Wasted all my gas trying to find this place by gps. It’s located in al little building with a tire shop and uhaul rentals so there is no sign for computer that can be view from the freeway that it’s located right off of. I finally get there and it’s closed before 7:20 although online says it’s open until 8. Now nothing is opened so I can’t get what I needed. I’ll never try to come back here to this little space inside this little building occupied by 2 other businesses

Laptop warehouse is a great place to buy and replace TIRES. They have a very skilled professional staff.

Stay away from this business at all cost...Took my HP laptop there for a simple fan replacement. Call 10 days later for an update and was asked to I have a receipt due to there is not a laptop there for repair for Eric Oliver. I returned to the business the following day with my receipt,the owner viewed the receipt like it was a mystery novel. Received a call from the business a few days later and was informed the laptop was located and it will be ready to pickup in a few days because the fan part need to be ordered. Pick up the laptop a few days later and discovered the keyboard is not working properly.I regret taking my laptop to Laptop Warehouse.

I purchased a used efurbished laptop for school and the computer had NO BATTERY!!!!I called them and asked why in the world it had no battery and was told to come in so that they can see what type of pc that I had purchased so that they could order the proper part.......I will keep you posted....LB

PLEASE ANYONE THAT IS READING, STAY AWAY AND GO TO BEST BUY.I went there to buy an apple macbook and got home and it didnt work. I went to get my money back and the didnt do it. They have a not return policy because they are jipping people. All of their laptops dont work and if they do, they probably hacked on the file system. All in all I was better off getting a brand new laptop from best buy instead im stuck with a broken outdated laptop.

This is the worst laptop repair shop in Houston. DONT EVER GET ANYTHING REPAIRED/FIXED from here. They will try to get over on you. I came in to get my HP laptop screen replaced and they charged me $250 and it took 2 WHOLE WEEKS. My HP was barely $350 at bestbuy. There is no way screen replacement is $250 when replacement screens are only $50 on amazon. Bottom line dont waste your money or time dealings with these people. Not professional.
