Shes super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on the printing process and products - and I will keep returning to this location just to be able to work with her, because I know Im in good hands for all my printing needs!

I had spoken to Dianna. She told me she was the supervisor.I had placed several times an order from phone. I am COVID positive and I was not able to come to the store to place an order. She’s very rude and not understanding.I never had a problem like this before but I have to give 1 start for her customer service skills.

Great shopping experience, i found what i needed and then some, sale and clearance prices are ranged from ridiculous to actually good deals. staff is very useful and polite. i don’t shop often for office supplies but i think i would come back if i had something specific in mind. they have a lot of choice for a (Texan) medium size store.

Employee running checkout handled both a price match and tax exempt sale quickly and without complaint. Quick in and out trip. My only gripe is that I had to ask for price matching for their own online price.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had ordering something! I went to this location on the 2nd of this month to order a chair they have online. The manager Jennifer told me it will arrive on the 11th so she confirmed the availability of that chair and charged me for it to place it in order. I was shocked a few days later that my order cancelled due to unavailability which doesnt make any senseWhenever I call the store, they tell me that there is nothing they can do and act like they dont know what happened exactly and push to call customer serviceWhen ask them about Jennifer ( the manager ) they just say she is not there and they dont even tell when she is gonna be thereAm I dealing with a ghost10 days of my time were wasted for nothing

Very very bad management that need to be changed immediately.The customer service instead of fixing the problem they just added more.I ordered something online and I paid for it from the main website until I got shocked after awhile they canceled my order without notifying me .Far away from professionnalisme .

Its truly convenience be able to just place my order online and show up there to pick it up. They always have the order right and theres always a nice person there to load it in my vehicle. I went to the store to purchase a laptop a research buying guides before I went. Brandon was so helpful he walked me through each spec and explained what they mean. He helped me to decide on what laptop would be best for my needs. Brandon was patient and very knowledgeable. He also made sure that I had all of the software and protection that I needed as well.The manager Jennifer was awesome as well. Very helpful not only to me but to all the customers I watched her assist.

First time shopping in store at staples and had a great experience! Went in to purchase two office chairs I saw online (only cost me $14 each to have them assembled in store!).After making my way over to the furniture section, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance by Carol (manager in training). She was extremely helpful and provided me a great customer experience. Carol answered all of my questions, stayed with me throughout the entire purchase process, and made sure I received the best online pricing.I was in and out of there in no time (15 minutes) and very pleased with my purchase/experience!

Printing service manager was very rude and wouldnt answer any of my questions. She just told me, go to the self service area and that their printer was down. The same printer which I was told was working earlier when I called in to ask. Ive been to other staples where they are very polite and helpful. Hope this store works with that lady I wont be going back to this location.

Ordered business cards here for an important event. Came to pick them up and the order had been put on hold because the printer isn’t printing blue or green at the moment. Never got a call or anything saying that my order had been canceled. Unbelievable.

Had some business cards/promotional material printed up - it was a rush job, but needed to look nice. Though their system for submitting designs was a bit wonky, and I had to re-submit my PDFs, the cards turned out great, and just in time.Frankly, the staff could afford to be more courteous and pleasant, but when the job is done well, I dont mind a little attitude. If youve got a last-minute printing need and dont mind an eye roll here or there, I can heartily recommend this Staples as a solution.

Very helpful - I needed to make 2 sets of copies back and front of a19 page original set for My childs school project. Young lady in the copy station help me and took time to show me how to use the self service high tech copyier.Bought some addtional supplies and cashier friendly and polite I check out after closing time but never felt rushed.

I called earlier today to see about getting some papers binded, was told by an associate there that the highest page amount I could do was 500 pgs on one ring. Got to the store later this afternoon to found out that I had I been lied to, their largest ring could barely fit 250 pages. Waste of time, not to mention that customer service was below average-I waited at least a few minutes to be greeted and even more time to be helped.

At first I wanted to write a great review about how the techs were very helpful on informing me about the different printers Ive been interested in. The store didnt have any, so apparently the tech had called another store and told me they had 8 in stock. The other store was 30min away.After coming to the store, the techs at the different location informed me they didnt have any in stock. The tech didnt call the store to confirm. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this location. Its extremely inconsiderate. Dont waste your time, order online.

Service was bad. No greeting at the printing service.. kinda felt like walking and bumping into Wednesday on Adam family.. lady there couldnt even crack a smile. Then to get out of the store is like a complex maze.. if there was a fire forget it just plan ur death impossible to. Get out of the exit..

I order a print job-- I was on a time crunch, otherwise I wouldve done it in my own-- and the lady in the printing department had some attitude. All I was inquiring was about pricing and some details. She wasnt too big on the customer service. Complaining about having other orders. Anyway, left my flash drive with the lady, assuming the print job would just as the document on the original file (font). I leave and come back two days later to pick up my order, which btw I never got notified, I had to just drop in. The cuts were good but the font was way off. At this point I am already behind with this project so I dont have time to have them re do it. But I do wish the employee would have taken time to show me what it would look like and double made sure that it was what I wanted, before I placed the order.I used to work for staples a couple years ago, so I know how it is to work under that pressure. But this emplyees attitude and lack of customer service at this store was unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for another project I had intended to order nor will I be recommending this place.

I do appreciate the fact that this store was stocked with some of the products I needed that other stores did not have stock of. The products I got from here were certainly helpful and in my opinion fairly-priced. I was also assisted in finding the items I needed in my visits. However, I did not feel treated with enough respect and taken seriously by the cashier. During my second visit, I learned that for the rewards account I set up in my 1st visit that my last name was horribly butchered. This is the first time this ever happens to me. I also feel like I recalled the cashier ordering someone to come to the front over the phone. I feel as though she looked at me saying to herself What in the world is this guy doing here? I should call for someone to have my back because he looks sketchy.

I would rank them zero stars if I could. I have been to this location about 6 times now because they are so close to where I live. I will NEVER go back again. The UPS and copying is the worst. Otherwise expect for no help, understaffing and grumpy employees. They are there to punch the clock and not to help the customer.1 time stood in line to drop off prepaid shipping label only to have them tell me they only take UPS. I had to explain it was UPD in another box.Another time came to buy supplies and had to wait at the cash register for someone to check me out several minutes.This latest incident I dropped off old photos of family to be enhanced and enlarged then multiplied for siblings. I came to pick them up and they were on sheets of paper together. Then she started cutting them on a cutting machine while telling me every single cut was $2. The enhancement didnt even look very good and I told her to stop and I would find another place. She had no care on her face and basically told me in words she was trying but her expression said I just dont careGo at your own risk.

Okay guys I think I found a winner employer requiring the least mental capacity.Wasted close to 45 minutes shopping and selecting everything I needed and then a few things extra. One item was clearance but no problem had up code price last item clearance tag and price. It just didnt show what the deminsions were. I ask the clerk to check the size on that item while I run back and change another item out. I get back up and the clerk has taken the item in question away telling me that they cant sell that in the store, and when I ask for my basket from less than 5 minutes ago she had dumped everything in her junk basket to return so I would have to Re shop everything again. Amazon is looking pretty damn good right now.

Customer service here is horrible. I went to this store Thursday during the day and the woman working was very rude to me. I came to print 1000 business cards and 3000 flyers she was no help what so ever and was upset just because I kept asking her questions and was interrupting her I guess. You work here how am I suppose to know what to do that’s what I came into a store for HELP!! I then went the next day, Friday to the location of 45 S and the experience was extremely different.

Worst customer service. I visited this location twice to have some labels printed. The first time they said they couldn’t print on my type of label, then another associate said they could but needed the file on a flash drive. I come back the next day and they said their only color printed isn’t working.

Awful service!!! I placed an order at the store for printer, they told me it would be ready next day. When I passed by the store the next day, they told me it wasnt ready and that it would be ready by 8:30 pm I asked if they could do it right then since they didnt have any customers at that moment and a lady named Veronica was extremely rude and very upset about printing one piece of paper. After waut No for 30 minutes and no one there she decided it was time to hit print. I was still grateful she was doing it, but then she started talking really loud and saying how difficult was to change the papers and all of that. I was getting very uncomfortable. I have never experienced such a bad service or dealt with such incompetent people. I asked to speak with the manager and she was sweet and very helpful but the lady at the printing services was still very upset, talking really loud. Sad to see such a big company hit the bricks of customer service

Office MaxDepot seem to be in a race to the bottom, so Im probably switching allegiance. At Staples I was dismayed to find incoming 2015 calendars piled in carts five days in a row, and dismayed to see that Staples follows the CVS pattern at checkout [We know the line is getting long, but we dont care - were not going to open another register.] I dont know how Im supposed to have a Blest Day, whatever that is supposed to mean, after being corralled into a single checkout line.However, I had the pleasure of being helped by a young employee named Santiago. He stopped what he was doing and quickly picked through two mountains of calendars, finding the exact one I was looking for. He then escorted me across the store to other stuff I needed. He was friendly, smiling, and extremely articulate - just what Staples needed to calm down an irate customer.Stick with Santiago - he can cure a lot of ills.
