Steve dropped the ball several times with my order, i dont have my banner and i need it for my event i already paid for it i ordered it 3 weeks ago i have emails and screenshots to prove it, Steve told it would be ready no later then a week well he lied... GOSH.If there is a letter grade above A+ I would give Minutemen Press that letter grade.I was in a bit of a predicament since I have moved from Minnesota and the UPS stores in Texas are much less... service for what you get. I would usually go to UPS to have anything printed or anything special printed but I have burned once or twice down here. Plus the service is lacking compared here compared to MN.This is where Minutemen Press came to my rescue. Like a knight in shining..paper?I had put up a question on Yelp since this is in the middle of COVID, and I dont have the transportation to drive there and back frequently. Minutemen Press was able to get back to be within 1 day and from there the teamwork between Minutemen Press and myself was something better than a major league soccer team. No, I am not joking. They were just on point. I had a piece of art work commissioned for Valentines Day, and the piece turned out to be a bit more rectangular than expected. I really had to make sure that when printed, that my commission would just look as beautiful as it did on the computer. And this is where Minutemen Press played a key role. In comparison to other places like UPS or other print shops where they really dont care if you pick the wrong size to print or the wrong finish. Minutemen Press had their designer take a quick look and gave advice about what size to print at.LIKE A REAL KNIGHT IN SHINING PAPER! GLOSSY PAPER TOO!From there, I had put in the order and I was able to put in the order via email and then pick up and pay in store.I have to say, the whole process was streamlined and so easy for me that the stress of finding a printing shop, and making sure that my commissioned artwork looked amazing and beautiful was made simple and pleasing thanks to Minutemen Press.Bottom line: YES! OH GOSH YES! If you need something special printed and you really care about it. They have great service, they are great help and they do a great job.

LOVE our new business cards. My husband previously ordered clear business from Minuteman which were also amazing but we wanted to give our business cards a new twist since changing our logo. I designed how I wanted the cards and gave them a copy of the drawing. They definitely understood what I wanted. I’m sure I changed the design up a few times but each time I did Eric was very calm and patient. Once it was finalized they gave me a timeline of when they would be done. Picked them up today and WOW!!! They blew me away! Such great quality cards that feel velvety to the touch. We did a black and copper lettering on an all black card. The edges are also copper which gives the cards that extra bam! I’m super impressed and would recommend you check them out for any of your printing needs!

I love this company. My company had a last minute retractable banner for a health fair we were having. Let me say they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they exceed my expectation they completed it in less than 24 hours. I had to have a miracle and they were on it. Ridiculous! They dont have a computer one can pay to download and print documents from online. They will not allow any of the computers there to be used for that. Wasted 20 minutes and walked out without important documents being printed.
