Ray of Ageless Stoneworks worked with my wife and I to determine the best product and design for our home. During his proposal he brought a bunch of innovative ideas to the table. Ray and his team is incredibly professional and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of their work. I love the work and reviews I see. However, my experience with Ageless Stoneworks has not been good. I contacted them by email awhile ago about granite countertops. I did receive an automatic response that my message was received and someone would be contacting me. Well that contact never happened. I called last Monday and was told he would check the schedule and call me back. Sadly, a week later and still no call back. I guess they have too much business and dont need mine, so I will reach out to another company.

Rey and his team did a GREAT job! I was blown off by another contractor, i guess because our job was not a large one, but Rey came over within a couple of days of contacting him and a week later i have the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom countertops. The cost was reasonable, the installation was efficient and we couldnt be happier.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I was very impressed with their website so I contacted Ageless Stoneworks and after a couple of days Rey got back to me and gave me the list of granite yards that they work with so that I could choose the type of granite I wanted. He also requested that I send a sketch of my kitchen with measurements. I made the hour drive and spent several hours at the granite yard. After narrowing down my options, I came home and measured my kitchen and sent the sketch. Ive never heard from Rey or anybody at Ageless Stoneworks since. I have followed up several times - still nothing. I understand that it could be a busy time for them, but it would have been nice to know that BEFORE I went to the granite yard that they work with and sent them measurements. Of course, the company I am now using didnt work with the same granite yard and since they carry different types, I had to go through the process again.Based on all other reviews, Im sure if you can actually get a hold of someone there, that they will produce quality work.

We have used Ageless stone work in 2 separate projects and in both occasions we have been extremely pleased! In 2007 they did our kitchen with star beach granite counter tops, Travertine floors and Travetine back splash with granite inserts! Superb Job!!In 2013 we completely gutted our master bath and again Ageless did an Amazing Job, Floors, Glass tile walls, Custom Vanity etc. the best part is the quality of work and the design ideas Rey suggest after hearing out what you are going for. We are Very Very pleased and we will continue to work with them in our future renovations. We recommend them for All your custom Needs!

I was super impressed with the quality of customer service that I received from Rey the owner. I contacted him during what I have learned to be the busiest time of year for this type of work. He called me back within 24 hours of the initial message I left for him. I never lost communication with him after our 1st conversation. He responded promptly to every text or call I made to him to answer my questions. He completed the job from start to finish in 2 weeks, which was beyond what I thought possible. We did every countertop in a 3600 sq ft house, it was a pretty big job, and there are lots of steps to completing the process. His installers did an excellent job, everything they did was seamless and matched up perfectly. They were also super nice and respectful while in our home. I would and will recommend Ageless Stoneworks to anyone that needs any type of stonework done in the future!

Ageless Stoneworks (AS) did a fantastic job on our kitchen countertops. They are the most professional and dependable company I have done business with since moving to Texas 8 years ago. From my very first contact, Rey was responsive to my many questions. They did everything exactly as they promised and when they promised. I was concerned about having a seam, but after seeing some of ASs work and seeing their work, I definitely made the right decision choosing them. Finally, Reys original quote was based on a sketch I sent out for proposal. When selecting our slabs, we chose a slightly different type that turned out to be less expensive than what we specified in our sketch. Rey reduced his price accordingly - he could have pocketed the difference and we would have never known. Its all the same message - AS is dependable, professional, honest and does top quality work. Definitely will use them again and will refer them to others.

In 2012 Ageless Stoneworks, Inc. assisted in the selection and installation of new countertops in our Master Bath and Guest Bathrooms. We are very pleased with the installation and personal attention Rey Rodriguez, owner of the company, provided throughout the process. Recently we had a very small project consisting of cutting and finishing a piece of granite left over from our kithchen countertops (not an Ageless Stoneworks project/material since we did not know of Reys company at the time) and a 15 inch diameter top selected from material Rey suggested. Even though the job was very small Rey did not hesitate to provide services - no job is too small for his customers.. We are extremely pleased and will recommend this company to anyone requiring the services of a competent stone fabricator and installer.

I have to agree with Lauren little I too called and called and even texted the sketch and emailed it as well but never heard from no one oh well I already completed my kitchen and still waiting to hear back from them
