Absolutely avoid at all costs. They ask for payment upfront and then play games and drag the delivery on for months... Saying things like they dont have anyone to come install or deliver. I placed a $5k order with them for gondola shelving. I paid for 2 separate installs as I knew I was not going to get everything installed in 1 day in an operational store without moving stuff around. It had to be done in 2 steps. It has been almost 1.5 months since the initial install and they continue to play games about coming back for the second install DESPITE the two installation costs being on the receipt. I have called them more than 20 times and even went there in person. Absolutely ridiculous, disappointing and dishonest business. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. The money saved here is NOT WORTH IT!!

I love this place! My wife and I opened up our new dollar store a month ago. Kamel, which is the owner of Discount Dollar Store has been very helpful throughout the entire process. He took a lot of time with us and explained in detailed everything we needed to know concerning our store. He provided all gondola shelving and slat panel boards. His guys came in and set up for merchandise to be delivered. The delivery driver came a day early and unloaded our merchandise with care. Upon opening our store Kamel has periodically checked on us to see how things are going. The warehouse on Harwin in Houston is amazing. You can stop in, pick your items, pay, they will load you up and you will be on your way. Nice place and nice people! Five star!!!!!!!!!

Kamal stated the company is filling bankruptcy and he is no longer in business. He took service from my company and now he dont wanna pay $ 4k and always hanging up my calls.Dont go on positive feedback those are fake and posted by kamal family member and friends.
