Delivered doors but actually delivery address was 1455 instead of 1445. Receiving is 6am-3pm weekdays. Stay to the far left to leave room for setup to bump docks. In and out no problems. I arrived at 6:30.
Do not use this place to purchase anything. Bought a door from them to replace a damaged garage entry door. Ordering a as interesting you have to fill out forms and email them for the order to take place. The door was ready the 19th I picked up the 23rd. No one up front to assist you. Once I found someone waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes no door. When in to wait for someone who told me that they have a 1-2 hour will call. Apparently in my case they lost the door. 20 minutes later they show up. The guy then pops an stride and says that the door has been here a month which of course did not make any sense. Which of course I corrected him on his math. The. Says they after 5 days they would have marked the item as unclaimed. Never dealing with these clowns again.
Bought out by Builders First Choice recently. Some millwork profiles have been discontinued. The original source was always Louisiana Pacific. I am not sure what has changed. I always patronized the Beltway 8, I-10 location. Noticed Builders First Choice has a Manvel location. From Google maps it appears to be the old Wickes building materials site that I remember as a kid in the 1970s.
First time in the store for my purchase. Very good price and good service. I will be back and reference to my friends.

I guess its all about who you deal with over there, idk. But personally speaking I needed to re-frame my 2164 sq foot home in the middle of the wood shortage (post the freeze) and Covid. They came through with flying colors. I am thankful for them.
This place has the worst service/order desk in the US. The yard workers are clueless. They pull ONE order ticket at the sales desk, walk (slowly) outside to get on a golf cart, fetch the ONE order from the warehouse (doesn’t matter if it’s one stick, it will take 20-30 minutes), delivers it to the parked vehicle, then parks the golf cart, walks into the sales desk (slowly), picks up ONE order ticket, and does the whole thing over again. Completely disrespectful LOSERS, who are working a job that is WAY to advanced for their intelligence levels. As a matter of fact, tearing tickets in half at a movie theater would be to advanced for these morons!

You guys have great material and prices. But, your costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I buy material weekly and place my orders over the phone. every time the workers are very rude and act like the want you to just go to another store. You guys really need to look into this.
I buy materials from Bmc but I get it delivered because I hate going to the store they have the worst customer service specially the one on beltway 8 and I 10It’s horrible the waiting time just to get a 10ft of cm3 molding took about an hour and half. It’s not the first time it has happen but sometimes I need to come for just one piece or two and I always regret coming. The guys getting the materials are always taking their sweet time once they go to the back warehouse they are gone I’m not sure what they really do in the back but 1 piece of molding shouldn’t take this long to bring from the back specially when they have cars to get them. And I been around several times enough to said that the guys getting materials want tips so they can get you the materials faster. I witnessed that, the guy that was next to me he got there a little after me and left right away and before he left I noticed how he gave a tip. If you ask me I can tell you to who he gave it to.
I am a superintendent for a custom home builder.We buy a lot of material from BMC. We usually have it delivered. But from time to time I have to come and pick up some material. It is a minimum of an hour wait to get the material. But I have waited for up to four hours for material. Im not the owner of the company I dont have deep pockets. It seems like the guys that bring the material to your truck or are always looking for a tip. I guess if I start tipping them maybe I would get the material faster? I go to a place called montbonto and they got to sign up that says no tipping aloud. I think if yall instituted that policy maybe these guys wouldnt expect a tip every time they bring you something.
Paid for material over the phone. Was told that material is in stock. Went to will call to pick it up. They made me wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told they don’t have the material. Only response I received was, “Just because the computer says we have it doesn’t mean we actually do.” Extremely unprofessional and they don’t seem to respect their customers time. Don’t recommend purchasing anything from them. This is the second bad experience I have here.
I needed to replace some pantry doors. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot to get this done and both were pretty difficult to work with. I called BMC and spoke to a Yasmin Morales. She made this process quick and easy. Just ordered the doors and can’t believe how quick and easy it was! This place and Yasmin made this process so easy I can’t believe it! You must speak, Spanish !!!! pretty much .Went to return some molding.The computer was down so could not return while there..we had to rent a truck to go back the next day they charge you a fee to return molding.. wow!!!! Really !!!
It shouldnt take 2 hours to recieve the 5 pieces of trim. Attention all who have to actually be at a job site. Dont plan on picking up a piece of material during the day and still being able to get back to get something done. This is completely ridiculous. People who came in after me received their stuff and gone.

The worst material store I have ever been to. First time they didnt want to help me tie some baseboards because they said they couldnt be responsible after I purchase them. Wich is fine I just needed help because I was very far to go get help from anybody. Decided to give it another shot. Went and bought some crown molding and they very quickly charged me for it. Forty minutes later turns out they were out of stock!!! Wasted my time for nothing! TWICE!! BUT NOT ANYMORE. Please avoid if you dont want headaches and horrible customer service...
We ordered a steel door about 4 to 5 weeks ago and went to pick it up today. They gave us a document with a phone to call. We called that number and gave them our information about our order. They brought an order that didnt belong to us. The clerk went back inside and we waited for over an hour, until we decided to call the number again and asked them what happened to our order. They said, oh here it is and they brought it out in 10 minutes but we had to wait for over an hour to get one door from you. I think that your people are not paying attention and its like they dont care about the customer.It seems like your company is so big and your people dont care about their jobs. In a time where thousands of people are losing their job, you would think that your team would be more concerned about their jobs. No consequences!
Zero customer service the two ladies that i spoke with apparently hate the mornings as well their jobs and it clearly shows. I spoke to the woman about possibly putting a vending machine to serve their clients and she refused, i guess When you have a Spanish surname they want to shut you down without any reason. When asked for a reason she hung up on me. Great way to treat people that work in your building.
Too slow workers don’t care about customers. One hour waiting for materials is crazy i hope they can fix it. Home Depot charge you little more but at least you don’t have to wait for so long.

I could not be more pleased with BMC. I was a little concerned having seen the google reviews but got first class customer service from Yasmin Morales. I needed replacement baseboards and wanted to match them to what we already had in our home. The original builder had sourced from BMC and unfortunately the part was no longer available online. Yasmin managed to source it for me quickly and arranged delivery at very short notice - all at reasonable price. I had already tried Lowes and Home Depot and they had nothing like the product BMC had.
Attention Truck Drivers their are 2 gates for receiving, shipping . Make sure which gate you need.Really tight at the 2nd gate but these folks will spot you maybe if you ask. Because really nice professional folks work here. Lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 pm Grumpy Trucker was here
Great customer service this morning from phone sales associate Adriana S. My contractor needed several items to complete my job. I called and talked to Adriana who was efficent, helpful and super friendly. Large order was ready for pick up in less than an hour. Very happy with my experience.

The wait at the Westbelt location is excessive. I will only go there if no one else has what I need. I also agree with another reviewer that the security guys are a little aggressive. Ive had the exact experience of having to relocate my truck. And it is not like there is anywhere else to turn around. I hope the BMC corporate folks take notice and correct this issue.
My daughters contractor recommended Bison Doors. We were skeptical after reading several reviews. However, we had prompt, excellent, professional customer service. The show room had exactly what I was looking for even though they are special order. We purchased six interior doors. I dont know how pick up goes, I am just happy I found my eight foot doors.,
Bad service, was told trim was in stock. Drove 2 hours with a 16 foot trailer just to be told the trim was not in stock. Several people behind the counter were more interested in BS with each other then trying to find out when my trim will be available. Was told I will get a phone telling me about a pick up date but no one called. Dont waste your time at this place

Security guard is very aggressive. He wanted me to park my trailer in a designated spot, which was fine. But when I attempted to turn around with my trailer he aggressively drove the golf cart in front of my truck blocking my way. I had to gesture twice that Im making a turn.He needs to be watched before he ends up shooting someone for parking their vehicles with a trailer.September 4th around 10:55
Customer service was mediocre. Did not seem interested at all in helping me. More like I was bothering them. They wanted me to wait 2 hours to cut my wood and would not do it unless I was sitting in the parking lot waiting. They would not cut it even if I prepaid the entire order. Pathetic!
As a long-time customer of BMC, I can attest to their commitment to the building industry. BMC, while offering just about every product out there, does more for home builders than any other supplier out there.

It’s like 8 out of ten times they take 45min or longer just to load you up. This place is me last resortI hate it. In one week on 2 different occasions they gave me the wrong rails for some doors and then today I come order one piece of baseboard and it literally took them one hour and a half I had to complain to 3 different people l. I seen lumber yards with 3 workers doing a way better job. Dissapointed
Wow I have never seen such poor quality workmanship in my life the custom French doors I purchased dimensions were all(as in almost every spec) off hardware didnt line up properly we had to basically waste time on site trying to fab the door to the correct measurements that was on paper would definitely not be going back to bmc and would highly recommend anyone to use this place as a dead last resort.

They had what I needed but it took ages to actually get it brought out. Seems to be a very inefficient process. 1 hour wait for 3 8ft door casings. Good price on the materials but expensive to wait this long.

Do not buy your windows from here. Very poor quality and workmanship!! My wood windows and french doors were made from Bison and after just 2 years, the seals inside the double paned glass started lifting and the wood started leaking from the outside. When I spoke to someone at their company, they said they only warranty their windows for 1 year!! Shouldnt windows last more than 1 year!! I tried to contact their manager and got the run-around. DO NOT USE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Worthless. Incompetent. Apathetic. Unreasonable. Clueless. Can I give them 0 stars? Im out of adjectives to describe an outfit that is completely unaware of how bad they are. Mediocrity is a high bar for this crew.The absolute worst customer experience of my life - personally or professionally. Paid for door in full on 12 October for delivery on 24 October. Was told on the 30th that order had not been input in system, so they had to start from the beginning. New delivery date of 8 November. Then they changed their delivery policy and said wed have to pick it up. Wasnt ready on the 8th, so I drove there on the 9th and they said they had just finished it. When my contractor arrived on the 13th to pick it up it was the wrong size. The supervisor told me theyd fix it ASAP and get it to us right away - delivery was back on for the 14th. Then they said theyd ship it on the 16th. I assumed wed get it in the morning. Nope. Sometime between 1 and 6. Didnt even schedule a morning delivery for a door that is 3 weeks late. Unbelievable. At no point did they ever provide a deadline or promise upon which they delivered. Late. Incorrect. Unapologetic. Every word you can think of to describe product delivery failure. Will never spend another penny here. Id rather have a house full of holes then fill them with doors and windows from BMC Bison.

Was sent to the Bison off West Sam Houston Pkwy and Hammerly by customer service person at the Bison store in Conroe because they didnt carry the extended nose door-strike plates I was looking for. He and the lady working the counter assured me that that store carried the item. When I arrived, I was laughed out of the store by a very rude employee working the counter. Dude we dont carry that. You dont walk in here and buy just one of those. I needed 10. I have spent thousands of dollars at the Bison in Conroe, but after this rude treatment, my family and I will take our business somewhere else.

BMC double pane doors are manufactured poorly. The glass panels are dirty from the inside and are covered in hand and finger prints from the manufacturing facility. There is no way to clean them without replacing the glass. We have tried repeatedly to contact them for a solution with no response.
Unless you dont cate about time at all avoid thos place, slowest service.
Bad Service, the place seems like its running by a bunch idiots. I ordered some doors and was promised to have the casing installed but never did. One of the doors was damaged and it took three tries and 2 weeks to get it replaced.

Placed an order for two doors via phone Twice and they never processed the orders. I went in person and ordered, they act like they wish you werent there bothering them.
