Very impressed with this company and the excellent service! The doors turned out much more impressive than could have even imagined. This made the entry way feel completely new and much more secure then the doors that were there before! The employees that completed the installation did an exceptional job. Before even starting to place the doors up they made sure to have me take a look, making sure they were the right doors and had not one scratch or blemish. The staff even cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Highly recommend this company and the flawless service.

Best customer service. Although I was not thrilled by my brand new double door due to couple mid perfections in stain & installation but Steve, Ricky & Francisco did their best & made everything to perfection. Weve done our share of remodeling, rebuilding and re-plumbing this year. We decided to replace the front door as part of this project. I searched the web to find exactly what I wanted and Southern Front had exactly what I was looking for. Contact was fast and easy. I spoke to Becky and she provided all the information to me about the door and colors/stains available. The door is not a standard size, so there was some additional cost involved to get it to fit. However, the price I was quoted, was the price I paid. There was none of this nickle and dime stuff. Then came the install. We had a delay due to other construction going on and I didnt want my new door damaged. No problem, Southern Front work with me for a different install day. When that day arrived, the installers showed up with EVERYTHING they needed to remove the old door and lights and install the new. It was completed in one day and is the best part of our remodel project!!

These guys were awesome. My husband and I purchased a solid wood door from SFD and I cant say enough good things. The quality of the door is amazing, the salesman who helped us was great about keeping in touch throughout the process, and the installer that put it in was top-notch - he even repaired some damage to our frame. The only downside was it took a little longer to come in than we were initially quoted...but the result was worth the extra wait.

There are a large number of beautiful doors to choose from. Salesman, Mike Simons is very knowledgeable and was helpful in choosing a new fiberglass door. The guy they hired to install the door and door frame was nice and a skilled carpenter. Were going to be replacing our two front doors and will definitely go back to Southern Front.

Purchased a quality door from them eight years ago. Left them a message today (Saturday) asking about getting a new sweep for the bottom and about 15 minutes later Ricky Burleson called me and placed the order for me. Great products and great service.

Door actually looks good, which is to be expected for the price. But the rest of experience, especially installation and after sales service is completely below average. If you choose this company, you better be sure to go over every single detail ahead of time. They stained our brick mould and trim surrounding the door the same color as the door. This is not customary. We called and spoke to office and they wanted to charge us to come back out to correct THEIR mistake. Also, the installer damaged our interior door trim pretty bad as well, just like a previous reviewer on Google had mentioned. We will have to pay a painter to fix or replace the trim now. I would proceed with caution with Southern Front Doors. Our experience with them was from Feb-Apr 2018

This company does excellent work. Our new front doors are beautiful. Everyone that visits comments on the quality and detail of the doors. The doors are the first thing you notice when you pull up to the house. The service was top notch and the installers were very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to update their homes curb appeal.

Door looked good, frame done well. Not built well. 5 years later my door is rotted. No I have not flooded. The seams on the woodwork apparently were not sealed well. Yes it has a polyurethane coating. Water had got down into those areas not sealed/and or glued, and had no way out. I thought the door just needed to be refinished and when I called to ask them about it they were really rude and told me to go look online somewhere. (Don’t bother calling and asking any questions after a purchase). So I got a couple of referrals for door refinishers and had 2 people tell me now that the condition of my door is rotted due to poor construction, therefore trapped water and a very bad situation. Of course I called SFD and asked them what the warranty was on a front door and the woman was so incredibly rude as always, and she said 1 year. I said well my door is rotted I don’t suppose you guys would back that up, and she said no I don’t think so. I know it’s 5 years old but if my door was rotting because of poor construction, I would’ve been offering at least a discount for another door. Besides most are warrantied 5 years. Michael Berry recommended this company and my husband is a big fan of Michael Berry so he insisted on using them. I will be contacting Michael Berry and even sending pictures. It’s not like I’m jumping on here making a bad review without trying to give Southern Front Doors a chance. I have tried to communicate with them but they won’t even talk to me about, nor seemed the least bit concerned. I honestly don’t want see anybody else spend $2000 on a door and have it rot in a few years.

Every time I have spoken and seen them I have not only been greated with sincerity, but have treated as family. I highly recommend them for any of your door and entryway needs!

After searching unsuccessfully for weeks for a particular entry door, I was referred to Southern Front Door by a local siding company. Tom Regan at Southern Front Door worked with me to turn my sketched out idea into a beautiful custom mahogany door. He walked me through the design process and offered very knowledgable suggestions and solutions. He even very creatively generated a computer mock-up of the door and pasted it on an image of the front of my house so I could get a preview. Southern Front Door also installed the door, a new threshold and surrounding trim and I am very impressed by the quality of the work...and I am picky about details! I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone in need of a door, custom or stock.

I purchased an iron door from Sourhern Doors. The door looks great and the installion was flawless. It did take about 7 weeks for my door to arrive, which I believe is caused because the doors are made to order. Then I had to wait another 3 weeks for installation. But I will say the wait was worth it. The door is beautiful and it was worth the wait.

I chose this company for the price and reviews. Unfortunately our experience has been subpar. I was quoted 6 weeks from order to installation, but currently going on 10 weeks and still waiting. I had to call the company at 6 weeks for an update because no one reached out to me and was told the door had arrived and they were just waiting on the custom glass portion to be cut. I called again at week 7 and was told the wrong door had been sent (again no one reached out to let me know and the story changed). We let the sales associate know we had other projects that were delayed because of the door and asked if there was anything the company was going to do to make the situation right? The associate said they would talk to their manager and call me back. It has been three weeks since that call and still no door, no updates and no response from a manager. I will update this review if I ever receive a door, resolution or a refund.

Solid hardwood is nothing more than a veneer be very careful

Dont Waste Your Money!!!I purchased a door a little over a year ago. This is a solid wood door with a nice, decorative glass insert. The door was absolutely beautiful upon arrival and I felt my $1300 was well spent.Here I am a little over a year later and I can push my finger through the door due to rot. The glass was not sealed properly. This door is on the north side of my residence, is covered and is therefore rarely (if at all) exposed to direct rain. Southern Front uses a company called Glasscraft. Glasscraft and Southern Front are refusing to warranty this door due to it being over a year old. This issue obviously started months and months ago due to the fact I can push my finger through the door. The lack of quality workmanship is the reason for the rot. Not the weather, not its age, not the lack of care and maintenance. Its disgusting that these companies put out garbage products that last less than a year and refuse to stand by them. Furthermore, Glasscraft and Southern front insult me by offering me a whopping 15% discount on another door. Im not in the habit of making the same mistake twice. I would NOT recommend Southern Front Door to anyone. They will NOT stand by their products.I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they have refused.Southern Front,if you use outside vendors that put our garbage maybe you should change vendors. You are a direct reflection of those products.
