I had the pleasure of buying a phone for my girlfriend from Eric and his customer service is excellent. I work in the service industry so I appreciate the extra lengths he went to get me the right phone for my lady. We switched from Boost mobile to Metro PCS because of Eric. We had to pay a little bit of money but I was glad to do it because of the plan that Eric gave us. I would recommend this plan to my friends and family. Thank you Eric!
I called today 6-15-19 at around 10:04am to inquire about the coolpad legacy ..the lady who answered told me it would be around $104 to switch even though the phone was free on the promotion.. She quoted me a $60 plan saying that was the only plan i could use also with a $20 activation. This is bogus. Activation is $17 .. Shes dishonest and pocketing the rest of the money.. Giving customers reciepts only of plan and activation.. I promise mexicans will try to cheat you.. Be glad your in america and stop cheating people.. She hung up on me after i asked her about the tax.. BEWARE MANAGER IS ALSO IN CAHOOTS WITH THE EMPLOYEE.. THERE STEALING MONEY TOGETHERBOTH NEED TO BE FIRED!! AND ARRESTED FOR THEFT

Had horrible encounter with staff... Arrived at store at 6:45pm door was locked.. Store doesnt close until 8pm CARLA CAME TO DOOR AFTER I KNOCKED SEVERAL TIMES .VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PERSON SHE WAS NASTY RUDE AND UPSET BECAUSE WR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR NO SIGN ON THE DOOR STATING SHE WAS IN RESTROOM SHE WAS NASTY AND DIDNT ALLOW ME AND MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE STORE SHR CLOSED DOOR AND LOCKED IT AGAIN.
Really bad to the customer that woman who works on Friday night shift the manager should show her how to be polite to customers 😡😡😡😡
I bought a new SIM card and had store install it (they dont charge for this such as another store location did). But they told me although it functions it is not registered in the system. So Im not really what that means but they were supposed to text me the card number for it in case I need to contact CS. But I never got a picture from them. The whole reason for the purchase was because some calls go straight to VM. Issue is still not resolved.

Nefarious service or names give of those who attend you use your information that you give as cards and insurance or Itin there is a girl with pink hairs who have a disastrous vocabulary and they push you THE OWNER TINA LOPER DOES NOT HAVE THE KINDNESS OF ATTENDING THE PHONE TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS PERSONNELS HAVE A FULL-EYED FOLDER FILLING THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE THE PHONES AND DO NOT SOLVE ANYTHING THEY TAKE ONLY TO FIGHT WITH THAT INFORMATION IF THEY READ IN THE ENTRANCE SAYS SPANISH IS SPEAKED BUT THEY DISCRIMINATE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LOOK AT YOU THATS WHY THEY DONT HAVE PERSONNEL OUTSIDE THEY HAVE THE SIGNAL OF PS PERSONAL REQUEST AS IF NOT AFTER THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WITH THAT WOMAN WHO HAS TO REMOVE PEOPLE AND STOP FROM THE STREET WITH THAT ATTITUDE AND APPEAR THE APPEARANCE THAT MORE I COULD WAIT NOT BUY THERE
