This store is disgusting. I went in once and the produce was rotten, the meats look questionable. The refrigerators look like a health hazard as they seem to have not been cleaned often. The checkout lines are slow and the store doesn’t seem too clean. I am not coming back for any reason at all. Next time I will consider going to Fiesta Mart.

This store is in a good location in the telephone Road Shopping Center. Its good to see a successful independent grocer in the competitive Houston market.This store is clean with good merchandise presentation. Store associates are friendly and helpful.

Ok guy this is one of the grocery stores closest to wear I live it appears to be a decent place to shop I can all the things that I like to buy at a grocery store but I want to say this because it is true I dont really care for this at all every time I go which I might have been there 3 or 4 times Im always the only black guy in there and I pray that I will never have any type of trouble in there Im honestly a very low key type of man I am always by myself and I stay to myself I will speak only when I am spoken to Im mature yet I am very stand offish

Slow cashier but otherwise great experience. I like that their cash back lets u enter any amount at all up to $50. Up to $100 a day. Thats more than most other stores in my area. Also, at the register there is a container with gum that only costs 11 cents. That means I only have to pay 11 cents to get up to $50 cash back! Thats the best deal Ive seen anywhere around here

To many children working the registers and talking amongst themselves not taking care of customers! Lines quickly get long and they dont care about your product. They just slam it around. They broke my eggs in the process. I had to speak to a manager.

Went to the store to get a few items. I know everything is limited because of the winter storm. I was with a friend therefore there was two separate transactions (they live in a separate household) each household is only limited to ONE loaf of bread and TWO one dozen eggs. I decided to grab ONE two dozen and a half carton because it made sense (more eggs) I grabbed one loaf of bread my friend grabbed a loaf of bread for their household. When it came to checking out I noticed that the man before me had 2 18 dozen and the cashier let it slide. Mind you this is a predominantly Hispanic community.. as I am but Im a little bit on the darker side anywho when it came down to checking out my friend paid for the transaction first and then I proceeded the cashier took my loaf of bread and said only one per household I told him that we live in two separate households and he said no then I proceeded to tell him about how he let the man before me leave with two cartons eggs.. long story short he was prejudice...

I had items missing from my bag. And I spoke with the manager and she told me I could go pick up the things. When I went to go pick them up they refused to give them to me. So sellers pretty much stole $7 from me. $7 might not be a lot but when youre on a fixed income it is.

Is the closest store to my home, if I need a few items I come here but I wont anymore. If I have to wait ten minutes in line (no express lines open) I have Walmart across the street and HEB a few blocks back. Just wanted my cookies, beer and milk. 3 items

They dont accept American Express. Selection is limited, freshness is questionable, and all of the cashiers and baggers are teenagers with limited customer service skills. I only visit this store if they have a sale on something that I absolutely cant miss.

I remember coming to this location as a kid and now since Im an adult I can still come to this location and still remember things that had happened as a child. For my mom grocery shopping at the store to getting tamales from an older Hispanic woman selling handmade tamales during the holidays. Ive always had good memories from the store. And today was no exception.

Most of the employees at Sellers Brothers do not speak English and this is America you would think that they would have some type of special training or something to help these people understand English and communicate with other customers that are not Spanish

I like Seller Bros. alot. They have real good prices on fresh produce all the time. I tend to shop there at least four times a month or more. Just make sure that you know and buy what is on sale to truly capitalize on the savings. I suggest viewing their weekly sales items on line before going shopping. The staff are nice people, ready to assist you with your needs. No tobacco is sold here. I can always find a good parking spot. The checkout lines are not too much of a wait. Store is too small, making it hard to navigate through the aisles. Express checkout cashier allowed items past the amount limit. Cashiers have no customer service skills. Seems they enjoy talking with fellow employees and playing with their phone.

I love this store for all my meat purchases... Quality service...

Stood in the express line for almost 30 minutes due to cashier having to do double duty with dealing with Lotto tickets, scratch offs. Not a good idea to have Lotto customers and food customers on the same register. Strongly advise to change that area by maybe adding a separate register to deal with Lotto sales or removing Lotto and placing it somewhere else in store. Thanks for hopefully listening.

I went today and the lady from the Deli was so slooow.. it took her like 30 min. To hand me my 1 lb 1/2 of ham and 1 lb 1/2 of cheese . Never again

Very bad service I got today. They were giving rain checks only to those who the cashiers new. I asked for one and they denied it saying they were not doing it. They are liars and do not care about the people only there family.

I have been,going to the same store on Gulf Freeway and the people that work there are nice. There are a few things other stores carries that this store doesnt carry. I like the vegetables department lots of good fresh vegetables!

If you ride a bicycle and therefore carry a backpack your backpack is confiscated at the door. You have to show your ID to use a credit card. The clerks watch everyone like they are a thief. The checkout is extremely slow. I try not to go there. Only went there for some chicken that was on sale. Found it time be in nasty packaging and rather gross looking. Suggest that you avoid this store.To much riff raff in store.

They will double your coupons up to $0.50 and never give you a hard time about online coupons and the staff is helpful. The managers are knowledgeable and they always have great deals. They only reason they dont get an excellent is because Its always so crowded :( But I rather go here than to the competitors or the other sellers stores which arent as helpful.Thanks Lorenzo and Clemente!

Managers are nice, some cashiers too. But their are some that they just be talking across each other while with a costumer, & they throw your food & squish it... They dont care, before am in line I tell the cashier not to throw or squish my food, but they count say nothing back cauz the costumers always right. =) Great deals, & some great people.It just depends what shift them idiots have... The older man that pushes the cars is Super nice, he would take you a care & help you out God bless him

Really loved all the fresh produce. All workers were nice and helpful.

Its not really clean. Like at all. But it does have MOST of the stuff you need but not all of it. I wouldnt ally recomend a place like this to a friend because me and my friends like to go to clean places with no Expired food and Food being everywhere on tbe floor. When I walked in I felt Disgusted ans I wanted to walk tight out when I walked in but i didnt because that is extra. Lucky i didnt put a one stat for that. Anyways,It had most of the food we needed, you also have to check rhe Expiration date on it and Yeah.

Is it possible that Sellers bros is known for easy fraud among credit cards companies?? 4 of my cards were declined. I seldom shop there and had not been in a long while; 3 of them (visa, mastercard, and amex) said it was due to suspicious activity. Discover was not accepted at sellers. I stopped for convenience and it turned into a very inconvenient stop with my 4 year old, spent half an hour shopping, 15 or so minutes waiting to get my groceries scanned (theres always a long line at the registers, at least every time Ive been), and then left with nothing. Sellers, please get a grip on your credit card fraud protection. And yes, my credit card companies heard my complaint as well... a total waste of time. The store is basic, no frills type. Small parking lot, supposed to be a quick in and out grocery shopping trip. Fresh groceries and meat department. The lines to the registers are long and the cop at the door thoroughly checks to see if you stole something, which that shouldve been the first hint... augh!!! Its stressful and annoying just to think about it. If you are shopping here as a newbie and your cards get declined, theres a good chance this is why...

Just call up there for an update on my application and the manager hung up on me not coming back to shop and I know you throw my application in the trash can even lie good
