Poor Customer Service. I was cussed at on the phone by whoever answered, when I called to check on my welding machine. Apparently I wasnt told the proper information by their employee when I dropped the machine off, and was then yelled at and cussed at by the employee when I called in and tried to understand the situation.

Very friendly staff every time I go they’re always willing to help and answer any questions.

Argon is cheaper than airgas.Watch for dates on bottles of gas you buy. I bought a bottle of argon. Bottle had a fresh coat of shiny paint. Bottle date was 3 or 4 years old. It was cheaper than airgas.

My husband recently went to buy some supplies and he said they were quick and friendly, he commented that they have litterally everything you need he was surprised and loved the store. Safe to say he will keep going back to the same place for supplies in the future.

The prices and staff are great! Even when theyre backed up at the counter theyre still nice and helpful. Im just a hobby welder but theyre still accommodating.

Went to fill up bottles of argon and the filled it with a diffrent gas i called and informed them they said they would not take owner ship for them being filled with the wrong gas!!!

This place is my go to for supplies. One of the few suppliers that fill smaller gas bottles. Great selection of electrodes and filler rods too.

I ordered a Genuine Miller product in a Miller box, paid for it, and had it delivered.I discovered I got an imported, not genuine miller, product in a genuine Miller box.I called and got lies, even after I told him I know the difference (Miller stamps everything Miller) I got more lies. Nothing in the box was Genuine Miller.

Awesome guys!! These people take care of the little guys like me. Airgas doesn’t care about you.Airgas would charge me triple the amount for argon gas.I’ll always go to big Tex now.Like I said friendly guys to talk to and joke around with.
