First off, I was very pleased to have been able to book the appointment online the morning of. I had a screw in my tire and needed relief ASAP before I can go back to my normal routine which included a 35-mile drive (one way) to work. I was certain I would not get a same day appointment, but I did. And although I spent about 2.5 hours at the dealership waiting for my car, I felt at ease because Dallas kept me updated and informed of the repair status frequently. He was apologetic for the delays and acknowledged the importance of my time. Everyone was friendly and made the effort to chat with me while I was in the waiting area. And to top it all off, they were able to repair the tire instead of having to replace it for free!!! I was thrilled. I was very pleased with Dallas professionalism and customer service that I will likely go back to see him for future service needs. This was a great experience! Thank you!

Great customer service. The minute I brought my car to the Dealar shop at Clearlake Infiniti it was perfectly taken care of. Theyve done the oil change, Tire rotation and washed the car pretty quick. Much appreciated for the service.

Love these guys, I have a 2018 q50 sport with aftermarket modifications, but still takes my car in for any problems and fixes them, I still even get covered under my warranty!!! . They care for you guys cars and will always give a detailed list of recommendations for the car .
My service advisor was wonderful. He seemed to genuinely care about all of my concerns and I didnt feel pressured or rushed through the process like I usually do at dealership service departments. When I arrived, usually someone comes out right away to greet the customer, take my keys and inquire about my service visit. After several minutes had passed and I was on my way inside the building, Derek came out to greet me,who was in the service area when I arrived. When I walked in the building there were two or three guys, inside at computers, which someone could have came out when I pulled up. I expect better customer service from Infiniti. Despite this matter, Im rating my experience 5 stars ✨ because of Derek, solely! He was great!
Absolutely atrocious customer service! I would never suggest someone buy a car here because when they make a mistake on your vehicle they refuse to fix it and bounce you around the call queue with your issue never being addressed.
I made my appointment on line which was easy. Once we got there, our representative kept us up to speed on the progress of the work. We were in and out much quicker than I expected. I was very pleased with the result.

The new car salesman automatically judged my husband and I when we pulled up and walked up saying this is the new car side the used car side is over there and pointed and started to walk off. I was in my husbands car which is an SRT8 so not a luxury car but rather a car built for speed, however I was looking for myself and I currently own a jaguar and make more than enough to afford the car we had pulled in to look at. For this very reason I will not purchase here and will be going to a different Infinity dealership.

I dread going to dealerships to get my car fixed, because every time I go, the prices are just too high, pushy associates. For some reason there’s always many things wrong or needs fixing versus for the one thing I always tend to go in for. Most importantly, I’m always afraid of their prices and if it can be affordable compared to prices for other shops (non-dealership). Alejandro was understanding of what needed to be done, never pushy and helped me understand the quote and even gave me a military discount. Being a veteran, almost no other dealerships are able to provide a military discount. Will come back again! Great experience!
Everyone was great. But my Salesman Christian Barahona was exceptional. Even after the sale was made he continued to take my calls, and answer any questions that I may have had. He was really good during the sales process, but to do that after the money was made is very impressive. I will definitely be referring anyone that inquires about getting a vehicle. Thank you.

I took my car to get inspected at jiffy lube last Sunday & the Mechanic told me my break pads were fine but I needed a 3rd tail light and wheels. The break light I can only get at Infiniti. So I decided to take my car to the dealership to get service, and I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in my life. The Infiniti mechanic Juan told me he suggest I get new break pads rotors and breaks. (Jiffy lube mechanic said they were fine) Then he explained I needed to replace the entire 3rd break unit at $878 dollars! I looked on eBay and found an led replacement light for $35. I took my car to Discount tire and got 3 tires for cheaper then they were charging me for 2!! The service manager lady never called me back. My service advisor Derek was very nice, but he was so swamped I’m the one that did all the follow ups! I don’t know what happened to this place but somethings changed. Frustrated, unhappy customer.

I had a good experience with purchasing my new vehicle and service department has always been great. My issue is that they haven’t paid off my trade and it’s been over a month!! This is completely unacceptable!! Finally got someone to call me back after weeks of trying and they said payment was sent! My bank does not have that payment and now I fear i’m getting the run around again!! My advice is don’t trade your vehicle there!

My 2018 QX80 was acting crazy with the Bluetooth and mic and map ( one thing tripped the other). I called Alejandro at Clear Lake Infinity and he got me in immediately. My appt was later so I wouldn’t miss work and Alejandro had a loaner ready for me to take home. He also synced my phone with it because I am technically challenged:). Service is always TOP NOTCH at this place and the coffee bar is nice too.

Service is great at 5 stars. Sales team was deceptive on car price with add on fees and excessive expenses. To much effort on the buyer to push them into taking the money. Only 2 stars for the sales team. The old 1990 sales tricks and methods are disappointing.

Had car towed in for for keyfob programming, discovered a few things wrong with vehicle that ultimately we could not afford to fix at this time. Dallas Hardwick and clear lake Infinity were very accommodating to our personal and financial issues reguarding this vehicle and went so far as to put in a new battery -free of charge- in order to get the keyfob programming underway. unfortunately for me i was unable to afford the $1500 repair needed to complete the keyfob programming, but they let the vehicle sit in their shop for a month -no charge- while we tried to put together a plan to address the issues with this vehicle...and for this, they get 5 stars.
I went in for an oil change. Dallas noticed my car sounded funny and asked a mechanic to check it out. Upon looking it over they found several things that needed to be fixed. His knowledge and skills saved me thousands. I really appreciate him for that! Infiniti you have a gem in Dallas. Derrick closed me out and also reminded me of up coming checks o needed to be aware of. This team is phenomenal! Thanks guys!
I have never had a negative experience here. Im welcomed and recognized when I come in. I have dealt with Dallas and he is great very professional and goes above and beyond for me every time. He remembers me and my car every time I call and he never acts like Im bothering him and Im very picky about my car I just love it. He even helps work on my car when he can to fix things.

Not worth it. They falsley advertise lower price and made me drive 50 miles and then jacked up the price. Typical low grade dealership. Avoid at any cost. You can find better price anywhere but here. They dont even deserve one star.

I’m a college student that car stopped working on the and needed a completely new car,, when I went to clear lake Infiniti dealership. The salesman Fidel Lazo was perfect and was 100% real. He helped my mom and me out a lot with the process of purchasing the vehicle. He didn’t try to get over on us because we were women or anything...and after he keeps in touch with you to make sure you feel that you car is a fit for you and if you’re having any problems with the car. This Infiniti location has improved dramatically, they now have a Starbucks coffee machine, the customer service has improved as well, Dallas was great, he even gave me free tires rotation and an extra discount for the long waiting, it was Saturday and he explained to me that Saturdays are very busy, it took me 3 hours for my oil change, but it was worth it because of the way he handled the whole thing.This experience made me decide on buying another Infiniti in the near future, I been eyeballing the 2022 QX60.About a month ago or so, I was thinking very hard on going back to Lexus because of their good quality products and excellent service at their dealership, but since this last Saturday, I completely change my mind, I will buy the new QX60.Thank you Dallas.
