At Sewell Infinity, they strive to offer 100 % satisfaction. I booked my appointment online; they followed up with me to ensure I got there on time. My agent was there waiting for me. I got a loaner car (like mine). They called me when the service was complete. My car was super clean, and I received a detailed explanation of what services were rendered. They did a complimentary wash and vacuum! The software was updated to a newer version.

I would give them 10 stars but sadly theres only 5 stars. I just bought a used car from them and the sales person Andrew and James were simply amazing and friendly. The finance team was amazing with great service. The knowledge and willingness of wanting your business truly reflects the team and the name. I definitely recommend and I will be looking forward to becoming their long time customer.

Yall, Sewell Infinite on 45 is where it is at. I was taken care of during buying and even after the purchase like no other dealership offers. I will only buy from them. After dealing with TWO shady salesman at both SW Infiniti and West Houston, I was hesitant to deal with Sewell but Im so grateful I did. Patrick Arnold was AMAZING and made the process so stress free. The car we corresponded about for a week was ACTUALLY on the lot and he didnt lie to me as the others did to get me to Houston. Patrick was able to show that my vehicle had been sold there as well as serviced there each time and was owned by ONE individual. I purchased my vehicle within 2 hours, they washed it, filled it up and demonstrated all the 🔔 and whistles I needed 2 operate it and sent me on my way. I now understand why so many cars in Beaumont have a Sewell stamp on them. Great job Sewell.

My sales representative, Ashley S., was so accommodating to me & my family (including my 8 week old that we were trying to keep healthy during this pandemic). We requested specific ways of viewing the vehicle, including multiple scheduled & impromptu visits. Each of these ways were easily accomplished because of her positive attitude & willingness to meet my needs.I received a great deal on my new car & trade in. If it wasn’t for the ease of this process, I wouldn’t have bought from here. I hope that I don’t need to buy another car soon, but when I’m ready I will definitely be back to Sewell INFINITI of North Houston for sure!

I would say this is an average dealership at best. The initial sales experience was so-so. Then they miscalculated my payment and all new paperwork had to be completed the next day. I’ve yet to receive the copies they promised (a month later). They forgot to attach the front bumper license plate. Ok—-they said to come in and it would take 5 minutes. They screwed it on the bumper off center and made two unnecessary holes. I commented on it and they said it not that far off! 45 minutes later…still waiting for the license plate to be corrected. The Sewell “difference” in their commercials is overrated and definitely over-hyped. A month into it and I can’t wait to go back to Lexus!

By far this is the worst service experience that I have had with Infinity. My car has been in the service department for a week and the only update I received was when I have called to ask. This morning I received a text from the gentleman who is to drop of my car and pick up the loaner to schedule the exchange. Still have not heard from Ty Phillips who apparently was assigned as my service agent about what was found, repaired, replaced, etc. I definitely will ask to be reassigned to someone else in the future.

I bought a new QX60 and they did a fantastic job. Definitely lived up to the Sewell commercials. Hugo was my sales guy and he is absolutely wonderful and attentive and very responsive to my continued questions. I’m sure he’s ready for me to stop with my questions 😊. I had a few extra things done to the car so when it was ready a couple days later, Hugo delivered the car to my house and even had the red bow I wanted to take a picture with! I would definitely recommend Sewell Infiniti.

I brought my vehicle to Sewell Infiniti Houston on June 18, 2021 to have diagnostic done to my vehicle. After inspection technician recommended me to replace a coil pack on my vehicle to prevent misfiring. I purchased the coil and and received my vehicle the same day. Two days later my engine was overheating and idling roof. So I had to pay out of my pocket for the vehicle to get towed back to the dealership. After they reinspected my vehicle I was told that I needed to purchase a new engine due to coolant getting into the vehicle causing it to overheat. My vehicle had never over heated or idled roof before entering. So I was told that theres nothing they can do. And they cant fix a problem that they caused.

Where do I begin?! The customer service here is top of the line!!! Comparable to none in my personal opinion!!! I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic due to some issue I thought it had. I was given a courtesy car and when it came time to pick up my vehicle they found no issues so I was charged no fee!!! Every single person here was beyond professional. I could not have asked for better service honestly!!! I highly recommend everyone to take your Infiniti here before any of the other dealerships!!! I value the honest input of nothing being wrong with my car rather than them making up things to get money out of me. I had the opportunity to do my test drive of the vehicle that I thought I would choose in the first place. After testing, I went for the same model I had driven for almost three years, and I know very well. My agent was very patient and receptive. Immediately, she presented me with the best alternative; I accepted without hesitation. The one I choose was just pulled from the warehouse, and it would still have to be prepared for my best experience. So, they provided a brand new car (6 miles) to go home and provide safe transportation while my car was prepared. A day later, I received my fully enabled car, sparkling with a full tank and ready for an experience like only Infiniti deluxe can offer. Super happy!

Took delivery of a Certified Q50. This is my second Infiniti, purchased the first one from them. Ryan Smith was the salesman. This dealership is not like any Ive experienced. Even there are two Infiniti Dealers closer to me, I chose this location because the sales people are clear, up front with everything, explained the whole process, answered all my questions, they make you feel like one of the family. There was so much more I could brag on this company. Highly recommended.

She spent a ton of time (almost all day) and was able to rope in Jack (finance guy) to make our deal a FAIR deal.They were flexible (and we had to be as well) and negotiations went off without a hitch. We bought a used Infiniti QX70 today from Sewell Infiniti. We had stopped at another dealer down the street first and were very disappointed with the level of service from the salesman and sales manager. Right from when we pulled on the Sewells lot and got out we were greeted and asked how they could help. The car we wanted to see was pulled around front and the salesman politely answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything I asked about. We went on a test ride, did the financing, and were ready to leave without any long delays. There were no hidden extra charges and we were treated like we had been buying from them for decades. The vehicle was sold to us at a fair price, but the respect and honesty that was given to us during the transaction made this so easy and painless. We will be back for service work for sure.

I was at the Parts Department to buy a lug wrench for my G37 and like always I went online to price check. Infinity Parts online was 35 dollars and change and Infinity Austin was 24 dollars and change. The Parts person at Sewell charged me 45 dollars and change for the lug wrench. This place is such a rip off to jack the price up that much. So long Sewell and I will never buy anything from this rip off place ever again.

We have bought two used vehicles from Sewell Infiniti of North Houston over the last 4 years and we are treated as if we were buying a fleet of new vehicles with a million dollar PO. Do not LEASE from Infiniti or Nissan! If something changes in your life you have no options to trade in your vehicle anymore unless it’s to a Infiniti or Nissan dealer effective May 2021!!! Why does this hurt you? Well they know your pay off information from the moment you sit down, they low ball you bc they know you have no other choice but to trade into them. Search the internet, customers are very upset. Life happens, things change, you should have the option to trade at any dealer as was possible in the past. Their reasoning is bc inventory is low and they want their vehicles back! Dirty business, get their cars back bc you have no other choice, pay less than average for your vehicle, then sale for more. I received 3 trade in quotes prior to finding this out from other companies all were over $5-6k more than what they offered me! Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY.

The Sewell “family” at North Houston (45 and 1960) has no ethical values whatsoever. My family and I passed several Infiniti dealerships to have our car serviced at Sewell from all the hype we’ve heard. We received a loaner with a bullet hole and upon noticing it within two hours of our departure, we immediately returned it and got another. The service manager Charles White notified us that we are responsible for the damages. We had our entire family with us including a 10 and a 7 year old. Essentially, Sewell failed to catch the damage from the previous customer and we were told that we were responsible for repairing the loaner. My family didn’t get shot at. Charles White knows it, our insurance company knows it as well as our legal counsel. Having a very close relative as our attorney, we have unlimited resources and are prepared to take this to trial if required. Please be aware of this before you consider purchasing or receiving a loaner car from Sewell as they do not care about their patrons. In fact, it’s just best not to even buy one from here. Not angry, far from disgruntled but extremely concerned about others who may be blamed for Sewell’s failing to inspect their cars upon return.

I’m up to about 3k in work I had to get done that the “Sewell inspection” said was done. You have been warned! Get your own mechanic or buy from someone else... This place is a pig with lipstick on it. Do not be fooled by the shiny building and warm snacks in the lobby.

Heather in service did a terrific job with communication. I have a 2014 q50s hybrid with 42k Miles that has the InTouch system and it restarts periodically and the brakes felt grabby while stopping. The car is covered under warranty. The tech said the InTouch system will restart while driving (happened to me 3 times in 1 month). The brakes now stop better. Front brake pads and rotor resurface cost 356. Seems high compared to places like pep boys that charge 150 for ceramic pads. I’m very happy with the communication and customer service at Sewell so I will bring my car back to hem again. There is a recall for the 2G network that Infiniti installed. The dealer will deactivate the system and the SOS becomes inoperable and if an owner wants to upgrade to 3G you’ll have to pay a 299 deductible. Seems like a bad decision when Infiniti chose to install and outdated network in their cars.I went back to Sewell to get a key replacement. Btw the cost is 350. About 200 for the key and the rest labor. So not very cheap but I think this is the avg price among all equivalent dealerships. I noticed something that intrigued me. Sewell hires young attractive female college grads to work as service advisers. I have to admit it is paying off because they are very customer service focused and they even participate in conversations and are very friendly with all customers. This focus on customer service will likely make me go to Sewell as my first stop when Im looking for a new car.My Q50S hybrid has 51000 miles and I absolutely love all the safety features. My car is loaded with every option. Infiniti does a good job with interior finish and paint finish. The car shines when clean. My only complaint with the car are the extremely sensitive brakes. You really have to be careful when braking otherwise you will jerk the car to a stop. I researched the problem and its due to poorly designed regenerative braking in only the hybrid models.

The experience I had at this dealership was probably the best I could possibly ask for. I came in looking for a preowned car, and was pleasantly surprised. The service was beyond amazing, thanks to Stephen Winters. He was probably the most helpful salesman I will ever have the pleasure of meeting. He gave us a completely above and beyond experience, making sure the car was fixed up properly, within our budget, and ready to drive off. They let us take the car to a third-party inspection a few miles down the road, and the report came out just the same as Sewell’s inspection had. The muffler was missing from the previous owner, and Sewell took no hesitation in putting one on at no cost. The transaction took a couple of days due to our bank, and Stephen was patient and helped walk us through everything. He even offered to deliver the car to us on a forty five minute drive AFTER closing time, and when asked how he would return he simply said ‘Uber.’ I would love to buy from this dealership again in the future, and I would be ecstatic to work with Stephen again. If I could give this Sewell a six-star rating, I definitely would. Thank you, Sewell Infiniti.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane Gee when inquiring about a CPO Q50S that would have been an out-of-state and sight-unseen purchase for me. Shane was very helpful and diligent in getting me through the process of making an informed decision. He did everything he could to lock me in. I saw a 2018 Dodge Challenger on their website and I knew I had to have it. I went in and walked out maybe two hours later with signed paperwork. As a first time buyer, and a woman at that, I was prepared for them to definitely attempt to finesse me. I worked with Ryan Smith and he didn’t try to persuade me to put down more than I said I was comfortable with, explained everything very well, and was very generous from start to finish. The finance manager was very nice and thorough as well. The car was new to their lot so I couldn’t leave with it until the next day due to it needing inspection.. Ryan kept me updated the entire day and was very accommodating with my requests. I can say my first experience buying a car was a breeze and they treated me very well!

Gio Sandoval and his team provided unbelievable service when I brought my car in for a few issues that was previously said to be normal by West Houston Infiniti. The techs that worked with Gio were able to fix these issues and they also identified a couple of more problems which they fixed under warranty. I am truly blown away by the outstanding service that I received and even though the Sewell Infiniti location is across town, I will continue to come back.

After five years of high-mileage driving and an office remodel project, our QX desperately needed some paint work and detailing. Will Session and crew returned it looking like new, with a deep detailing complete with new color treatment of the steering wheel, shifter, and front seats. It honestly feels like a new car again. Bought a used vehicle from them. They cant be trusted. Make sure you have multiple eyes to help inspect your vehicle because they wont tell you ALL of the problems. You have to find them. Take detailed photos of before the purchase. Exterior and interior. One of the issues I had was the wheel alignment they claimed to fix. So I send a complaint and they tell me to come in. I come in and they want to charge me $150 for front wheel alignment and another $150 for rotation.So all the negative reviews with the manager commenting to call. They were probably offered to come in to get scammed. They also claim that they wouldnt leave you if you had a problem with your vehicle. Of course with a ridiculous price to solve your issue.Youd probably be better off purchasing a new vehicle here. Other than that I wouldnt recommend coming here at all.

Had my sales guy “Hugo Pineda” approach me right away, very friendly and professional, answered all my questions. I went in already knowing what I wanted, the process was so simple and quick (not what I expected) I expected longer process. I do highly recommend them! :)

Working with Kevin Scales and Sewell’s website was simple, easy, and fast! On top of that, they obviously took the current health situation with CV-19 seriously by allowing 99 percent of the process to be done over the phone or online, and by bringing the vehicle to me for a final test drive and paperwork signing. A fantastic experience and highly recommended. I bought my first new car from a Sewell dealership in 1994. It’s great to see their customer service has only improved over time.
