The experience at the Central Houston Jaguar was outstanding! Our salesperson Bo went above and beyond to find us the Jaguar we wanted - in IOWA! He worked with us constantly and made us feel like we were his only customer. The finance person Corey was also outstanding. He walked us through the process with no stress and fun stories about his days playing college baseball. The entire team there is just outstanding.
I went to this dealership and all I can say is that the entire experience from Point A to Point B was superbI dealt with Eric Escamilla and when I tell you that he is a professional guy, that is the 110% truth. He wasnt like the typical salesman where they are just trying to get a sale. He genuinely treated me like a Human Being and that was honestly what had me really intrigued by this dealershipI encourage anybody who goes to this dealership that they should be not worried at all. I honestly wasn’t looking for a Jaguar or a Land Rover but I lived nearby so I decided to stop by. I had two cars with negative equity in them and wanted to trade them in for something without having to bring money. Not only did they treat me excellent from the moment I walked in, they explained that they could easily solve my issue and find the perfect solution for me. Austin got me a lease on a F-Pace and I am already in love with it. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for good cars, good service and a great price.

This dealership needs to improve their service. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and a state inspection. Starting from the drop-off process to the checkout process, this visit, like every single other service at this dealership was terrible. The dealership is under construction and says Land Rover. No signs indicating that Jaguar service should also be there, as another customer also remarked. No signs directing customers as to where to enter the new service area. A construction worker was on a man lift/cherry picker directly above the entrance and a guy in the parking lot just kept pointing telling me to enter the door under the area the construction worker was directly above. From a safety standpoint (I work in risk management), that is not safe.After a long wait for my service advisor who was no where to be found, my car is dropped off with a reminder, which was also written on the service order to perform a state inspection. Picked up my car 1.5 hours after I was told it was ready and after a long search for my service advisor, it was clear that the inspection had not been performed, because he could not print the paperwork, and suddenly my car disappears back to the shop. 20 minutes later, the advisor who appears to be flustered, tells me that he finally found a printer that worked. I just accepted this because he clearly appeared over worked. I know that when an inspection is performed, the time and date are printed on the report. It clearly had been performed 2 minutes prior to him bringing my car back. If you didnt get something done, just tell me the truth, rather than try to cover it up.I sincerely believe the very subpar customer service here starts with management, because the manager walked right by customers that looked frustrated as well and said nothing and allowed other employees to appear as if they didnt have enough to do--sitting around and leaning on the furniture. Why is that relevant? Because, my service advisor appeared to be overloaded with work. Maybe the manager should consider shifting his workload to the other employees that appeared to be less busy to provide customers a better experience. To be clear, I think this is an issue with whoever is responsible for managing the service department and not with the service advisor. What should have been a simple drop off and 5-10 minute pick up process took over an hour in the aggregate. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I really hope that this message is delivered to someone that actually cares enough to improve things at this service department. These repeatedly (albeit this one being the worst) poor experiences deter me from wanting to buy another Jaguar. If I lived closer to Momentum Jaguar where I purchased the car, because the sales group at Jaguar Central was also disorganized and inefficient, I would take my car there.
UPDATE 3/19/20Purchased a Range Rover Sport on or around 1/4/2021.Finance Manager dated the entire contract for 2020. Called him 4 times and left messages. Still have not heard back from him. Called the sales girl that sold me the car and still no call back. I tried contacting the general manager and the receptionist sent me to an empty voice mail.In addition to all of the above, I still have not received my registration for this vehicle and am currently driving around with expired paper tags. Its been almost 3 months and still no registration and not a single return phone call.I drove 300 miles from Dallas to this dealership and the Range Rover Sport that I purchased, I have no problems with. However, trying to get a simple courtesy return phone is not possible. There are several other dealerships out there that provide much better customer service.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership and would never do business with then ever again!

STOP!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m on my second Jaguar and it’s been the worse two years. Recently I was told I needed a new steering column which was going to run about $4,000. I was hung up on 4 times before I was able to speak to someone and then the person I spoke to told me that there wasn’t and advisor assigned to my car and they see someone looked at the car and there was a quote but no name. This is very unprofessional that someone it making quotes on cars and not attaching their name to it. On top of all of the miscommunication I needed someone to go out to my car so I could explain that it’s the gear knob that was stuck. I drove an hour to the dealership had them take me to my car and I fixed it myself. I FIXED IT MYSLEF!!!!! I saved myself $4,000. The GM treated it as if it was insignificant. Yes he apologized, but that was pretty much it. I’m not looking for a hand out, but it would have been nice of him to offer something. I will never use this location again.
I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. I love my Jaguar, but the staff at Houston Central have ruined my overall experience. They never answer phone calls, and when they do they give you the runaround. Don’t bother leaving messages, they won’t get back to you. I was also scheduled to get my general maintenance at 12 months after calling and asking when was recommended. I get there, and they tell me about the recall on my car they will also take care of that day. 10 minutes later they come back and say they actually can’t do anything until 24 months. Needless to say I demanded all issues he just explained to me be addressed that day. No rental car as promised, but told to wait in the waiting room while the scrambled to fix what they could. You would think for the amount you spend on their cars you would get appropriate customer service. Think again.
Chris Zaire in Service Department always goes out of his way to help with your car . He got my Jag FPace Sport fixed up and detailed in no time. He kept in touch about all the details . Then when I came to pick it up I had a problem with my Rover Autobiography and he got it fixed in ten minutes . Anytime I need anything Chris is there and gets the job done and if he does not have an answer he immediately finds out . I would like to thank Chris Zaire for his outstanding customer service every time I bring my car to him!!!
People are respectful and the sales adviser I dealt with was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is because sometimes I felt as if they were being a bit pushy and trying to sell everything without give a person efficient time to think on it. Outside of that I will definitely suggest this dealership over the others I’ve visited.
I want to share my experience with Jaguar Houston Central. Specifically with AJ. For many people just like me getting a new car is always an unpleasant head ache. Dealing with sales people who only care about grossing out on a sale is not fun. AJ is completely different. He made us fall in love with the E-PACE, showed features I had no idea existed and worked to get us closer to a number we were comfortable paying. He is a very peoples person. Dealership is a new built with a comfortable and clean customer waiting area. Fully deserves a 5 Star recognition.
Eric Townsend is an outstanding employee. I previously Took my Jaguar to Jaguar north- they were rude and unwilling to assist in my emergency needs. Not to mention, my the repair was not complete and I was still having issues. Jaguar Central is the place to go! Ask for Eric Townsend and you will be more than satisfied with your vehicle service.

Had problems with my phone calls bouncing from the cell to the car system and back, and streaming audio services doing the same thing. Spoke with the manager and he made sure both problems were taken care of even though he was on vacation. Thats what you call great service!
Since 2013 I’ve purchased my “luxury” cars from the Sewell brand. Their service is impeccable! Well, I decided to get a Jaguar F-pace thinking that Land Rover Jaguar would offer the same level. NOT! They are slow, inefficient and they don’t make you feel like you’re a part of the family like Sewell did. I took off of work to bring my car in because a message popped up saying it was time for service. I get there and they tell me it’s an error and that I didn’t need to come back until Oct. umm ok. So then I just get an alignment since I was there anyway. They sent me a text saying my car was ready... waited almost 25 mins because they couldn’t find my keys only to find out that the car was actually NOT ready it was in the wash! I’m just so disappointed that they run their operation this way. I truly hope once they open their new facility that they’ll treat the folks who spend A LOT OF MONEY for their vehicles a little better. Want to learn how? Ask Sewell for their business plan! Sheesh
I took my Jaguar to get routine maintenance and have a few repairs completed that were covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. They kept my car for a week and none of the repairs were completed (although they said they did). There were also scratches on the car that were not there at drop off. My car was worse than it was when I dropped it off and I had to make an appointment at another Jaguar service center to fix this service center’s mistakes. I will never be going back to this service center as their lack of knowledge, professionalism, and care is appalling!
I got the 32K miles services for my Jaguar F-type during the last weekend. Tiffany was taking care of my car and she was really friendly and professional consultant from this dealership. Would highly recommend!

I order a 2019 Jaguar I-Pace from this dealership. We negotiated down to a reasonable price (highly discounted) and terms and then the finance person even offered 0% financing even though I was buying a 2019 car. This was fantastic. When the car was delivered to Denver, the delivery company scratched up the front end and then lied about doing it. The dealership handled this gracefully and I was able to get my car paint fixed to my satisfaction at an affiliated dealership here in Denver with them picking up the tab. They are very professional and a great business with which to do a deal.
Worst dealership ever dealt with. I called them one week ago but no answer then called 3 days after and I was transferred to answering machine, I left my info but no one called me back. Called them today, the service department agent took my info and I was told to receive a call from them in 5 mins. Again, No one called me. When I lastly called back they were closed. I was trying to book an appointment for my jaguar service but didn’t expect this jaguar dealership to be that bad. Will never try to go there again
Eric Rodriguez is the salesman to go to. He is responsive, honest, and bends over backwards for his clients. There has not been one time that I called (which I did numerously) that he did not answer and greet me by my first name. Top notch person!
Very disappointed with the service department. I went in for my first oil change on my brand new Jaguar as well as get the seats reconditioned since I have white leather bucket seats. I was there at 9 am first customer to arrive, at 12pm I went to check on my vehicle since it had been three hours and I wanted to know the status since I had been there waiting. My service advisor never once kept me informed of anything or checked in with me. My car by then was ready and when I went through the paperwork I noticed the seats were not done, he had forgot. Not only did he forget but by my facial expression he then tried to come up with a lie as to why it was not done. Then I get in my vehicle and noticed it wasnt washed, for someone who pays for a luxury vehicle at a luxury dealership really does expect more. Ive had way better service at other dealerships and paid less than my jaguar and received exceptional service from them.
Service Department was ready for my arrival and proceeded to perform the scheduled maintenance required in a little over two hours. I appreciate how fast they accomplished the maintenance and returned the vehicle freshly washed and vacuumed. Only hitch was I had to re-pair my phone to the car. Not sure what happened there.
I plan on doing a LOT business with this dealership. The staff is friendly, great deals, & wonderful customer service. Very happy with my experience AND my new car!

Worst customer service ever! I brought my vehicle in for the first time (and last) to get the 32k mile service. I was ignored and rudely treated. I knew that my vehicle was not going to be ready for pickup so I gave them an extra 45min, and when I came in I was told I could leave without the complementary cleaning or wait an extra 20-30min. I was told that sanitation of my vehicle occurred but oil smug marks were left on the steering wheel and center console. As I was leaving, Juan Alvarez rudely suggested that when I have 20min in the future I could bring it back for that wash. Upon returning home I inspected the engine oil color and it was dark which leads me to believe the 32k mile service was not performed. The check engine light came on, on the way home. Additionally, nobody explained one thing during the entire process and the invoice does not match the authorized services. With customer service like this the service center doesnt deserve even the one star. I should have read reviews before taking my car here, because there are consistent themes.
I was very satisfied with the service appointment which required getting a rental vehicle. The safety precautions were appreciated and my vehicle was repaired before promised. Thanks Jaguar Houston Central.

I purchased my vehicle from Central Jaguar. The service is always great. I recently had to take it in for covered repairs and was immediately offered a loaner vehicle which helped me out tremendously. It was 10 days later when I received my vehicle back. The actual process of getting some of the work done under my coverage was less than smooth, I was told some misinformation and ended up having to pay a minimal amount but it worked out in the end. The service manager also agreed to cover the cost of the labor, taxes and fees to replace a covered tire on my vehicle. I am grateful and appreciative for his understanding. So, inspite of a few minor bumps, my overall experience was great! To everyone in the service department at Central Jaguar, THANK YOU!
Ric and Tom were awesome!!! After a series of frustrating interactions at a host of other Houston dealers, we were pleasantly surprised by the service at Jaguar Houston Central. They both took the time to personally interact with us and understand our needs. Ric patiently answered the long list of questions we asked. Unlike other sales directors that stay behind the curtain, Tom actually sat in the same room with us. No pressure to close whatsoever. We will definitely go back to them when we are in the market for a vehicle again!

Terrible service people. They lie and don’t fix the things they broke. And refuse to return a phone call.
The service department just does not return calls promptly or communicate effectively all the time. It’s very hard to get a service advisor on the phone. I think the dealership is undersized for the territory and needs to hire more service reps. I work with James and I cannot get a return phone call. I have to call the service department three or four times and complain that phone calls are not being returned when I just want an update on my car. They need a better communication structure. This is a problem that should not be occurring. They do get their jobs done, but the communication is not timely nor is it easy to get a service advisor on the phone.
They left my vehicle all dirty, didnt sanitize it. Even after spending $1,500 there. Terrible service.
Brady my service advisor got me in and out within the same day, which was critical as I was leaving the next dat for a business trip out of town. Their new text messaging system works very well and kept me up to date. Lastly, their newly redesigned service center and showroom is first class.
I was in Memorial Park and hit a pothole that popped a tire. Made the call to Jaguar Houston Central. Actually had the General Manager get on the phone with me. His service team was to me within 20 minutes, offered me a loaner car and they sent a flatbed truck to transport my car back to dealership. All around First Class treatment.
It brings me no joy to write this review. Jaguar Houston Central is either incompetent or they have an integrity problem. We had our annual service on our Jaguar XJ in March and they informed us that the car was fine and had no issues. Three weeks later in April the service warning light came on and we again took the care to Jaguar Houston Central. They proceeded to inform us that the car needed $5,000 worth of work, however when we informed them that the car had just been serviced and found to be fine, then they said they looked at it wrong and the service was only a few hundred dollars. We picked the car up that Saturday and only drove it home and to the grocery store (maximum 30 miles), and we heard a strange humming sound. We then on Monday, two days later we returned the car to Jaguar Houston Central and they then proceeded to tell us that the car needed $11,000 worth of service. I found this to be unsatisfactory, seeing that they themselves had service the car two days prior and it was fine, and in addition they had provided the annual service and the car was fine a month prior. This leads me to believe that they have no clue as to proactively servicing the car or understanding what service is needed on the car, or worse that they are rendering harm to the car in order to increase billable revenue to their clients. Either way is unacceptable when paying a premium for service at a luxury car dealership. In addition to these issues, they also would not return phone calls, went weeks before communicating even though we were attempting to call them. I even escalated all of these matters to management in Joey, who admitted that they were wrong, but made no attempts to reconcile with us, as the only offering he made was acknowledgement that they wronged us and they would discipline the service tech. We own a Jaguar, a Range Rover, plus my mother owns a Jaguar and my brother owns a Range Rover so we and our family have been very loyal to Jaguar/Rage Rover. We were planning on buying another Jaguar XJL later this year, however as aforementioned the experience was so poor that we have changed our mind and led us to picking up our car on yesterday and going straight to Tesla and purchasing a new Tesla Model S. I also love my Range Rover and was absolutely buying another one next year, however this experience has been so poor that I am actually looking at other options as well as I am unwilling to deal with a dealership where I reasonably can question their integrity and competence.
Went in a couple weeks ago to check out the E and F Pace. Walked in again here on New Years Eve just now ready to put a deposit down on a custom order. Waited to recognized as I walked the showroom floor...even sat in a couple of vehicles for about 20 minutes. Four associates passed me by and NOT ONE acknowledgement or greeting. Didnt even look busy. Guess Ill take my $$ somewhere else.
Just purchased my new Jaguar XE and I have never met a more caring management team! They listened to my needs and were so involved throughout the process.
My husband and I test drove a car on Saturday. We did some more research and deliberation on Sunday. First thing Monday morning, he contacted Eric the salesman to ask him to please hold the car as we would be in Monday afternoon to purchase. He agreed. My husband had numerous conversations with him throughout the day. We have the text messages showing where Eric explains that a deposit is required to hold a car, but he can do it. My husband replied. Eric never replied and we were never able to actually go through the process of the deposit. Since Eric did not reply, they had been in communication all day and it would be matter of hours that we would be there; I secured a babysitter and we went to the dealership. Eric informed us he might be with another customer at that time. We were passed on to AJ, another salesman. We sat at his desk for an hour and a half while they did the appraisal on our trade in. After an hour and a half, AJ informed us that the car we were there to buy had been sold two hours ago. Are you kidding me?! Why were we not told the car was gone the moment he pulled it up upon us sitting down? We would have been disappointed, but understood if we were told immediately. But after an hour and a half?! We did not feel as though our time was of any value to the dealership. He went on to offer another car that was listed for $22K above the car we planned to purchase. No ownership was taken by any of the salesmen involved. This car was obviously not meant to be ours, but I wish I had the time back that we spent sitting in a dealership only to leave disappointed. Feeling dismissed is a terrible feeling. A sincere apology from anyone involved would have helped tremendously, but like I previously said, absolutely no ownership was taken by anyone. Mistakes happen. We understand that, but this was a comedy of errors that has led us to another dealership to make our purchase and all future purchases.

Dealer didn’t give my dad what he wanted for his truck but my dad was very happy Eric followed up today to tell him he would keep his eye out if another Camaro like that one came on their lot. Eric is awesome!!
After 13 Loaner cars within 2 years of purchase and a standard factory warranty. “We can not duplicate the complaint”. I’ve complained about the same warranty issues over and over but my car was never fixed. The Service Department at this location at is horrible. Dexter Taylor the Service Manager need to be replaced! He never answer his calls, nor does he return any calls.Bottom line after filing my complaint with the lemon law at DMV, I won my case. The service department was suppose to fix every warranty part that I complained about. Also, after I dropped my car off, it was suppose to be returned within 20 days. That did not happen, however, two months later. I received my car back without being fixed. The service department violated the hearing officers order by not fixing the repairs or timely retuning my car to me. ‘We could not duplicate the issues’. Two months my car was at the service department sitting as I paid two car and insurance payments.When I picked my car up, there were damages to my back right bumper. Dexter Taylor still have not contacted about this issue.

I have only positive things to say about my sales person Eric Rodriguez: he listened attentively to understand what my needs were, followed through and was very responsive AFTER the sale was complete and a question came up.the only thing the dealership could improve is the turnaround time on the paperwork: I wish it would have taken a shorter time but in comparison it takes just as long at other dealerships. overall great experience
I purchased an iPACE in October of 2019. It had a couple minor repairs done in the first couple months. I then received a batter fault in February 2020 and brought in for repairs. It is now June and I still do not have my iPACE. It took months for Jaguar to acknowledge that the car was not repairable. I was open towards finding a replacement, however they are continuing to be unresponsive towards getting to replacement offer. After this experience and total lack of customer service, I am getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere. Buyer beware... if you run into any issues with your Jaguar, good luck getting it resolved efficiently and effectively.
Michael Quinones in service did a fantastic job in seeing my vehicle was taken care of. He even offered flat bed door to door pick up and delivery based around our schedule. We’d not only return for future services, but recommend him to our friends.
Took my car in to have a part changed. I figured it was going to be hours, but that was not the case. From the moment I got there everyone was so helpful and worked quickly to get me on the way. I really appreciate the effort made to accommodate me in all my needs. From the cost of parts and service to getting me out quickly, and just being all around pleasant. Definitely using them in the future.
Met with AJ without scheduling an appointment. He took care of us completely. He spent hours working with us even though we changed our mind multiple times. He was patient, professional, and always maintained a smile. He was great, really glad we got to connect with him. Very nice dealership with lots of options. Will do business again.
I’ve had my car in the shop 5 times since my annual maintenance in July. Multiple issues that should were certified as checked and in working order were subsequently faulty and had to be fixed or replaced. It is a waste of time. They clearly do not have a effective quality control system in the service department: I love my car but the quality of the service provided leaves a lot to be desired. My service advisor was awesome but I think the staff that is actually doing the work is horrible. I am in the market for a new car but will not consider Jaguar or Land Rover due to their lack of accountability in the service department.

Purchasing a car is never simple. Servicing your car can be long and drawn out. Owners of Jaguars historically are no stranger to the dangers of taking their Jag to the WRONG service center. I am happy to say I was delighted I chose Jaguar Houston Central, who handled my first service visit quickly forgetting nothing, and pointing out options I could choose above Jaguar’s complimentary annual service. My Jag was returned to me washed and my service technician took time to explain the service findings. For your next service, take your Jaguar to Jaguar Central Houston - I cant recommend them highly enough.
Land Rover Central is the only dealership I will do business with. I have purchased two Land Rovers and the transactions were great experiences. The sales team is wonderful & friendly. The finance department makes the process smooth & simple. The service team is quick & attentive. You becomea customer but also part of the Land Rover family. I recommend doing business with this wonderful dealership.
Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star here. Its been a week and no response from their service department regarding servicing my Project 8. As a matter of fact, ALL Jag dealers must have service departments closed right now using Covid as an excuse because no text, email, or phone calls have been returned. Tomorrow makes 1 full week and nothing.
I brought my car in for service and I was able to see the service advisor on time. The confirmation of work to be done was accurate and the loaner car was available as requested. The car needed the passenger airbag replaced. The service advisor noticed that there was another Factory recall. This was also scheduled. The car should be available tomorrow. So far so good.
The Service Department is always helpful and interested in solving any items of concern with my vehicle.

They were prompt to follow up with me and explain everything, provided a loaner car while my car was being serviced - and got me checked out quickly when my own car was ready to go! FAR better than my experiences with BMW! So glad I made the switch to Jaguar.
Very poor customer service. I have been using Jaguar Central since purchasing my Jaguar in 2012 and have had reasonably good service until now. Seems everyone is new and non-responsive to phone calls to schedule service. My husband left 3 phone messages for the service manager to discuss car problems and finally got a call back after about 10 days. On day of service the manager seemed disinterested and rude. The service was completed and was fine but the experience was very poor and it seems customer service is no longer a priority at this dealership.
I took my car in for the required annual service and I really dont feel that ANY service was done on my car. It is not riding as smooth as was, the tires may have been rotated but they certainly are not balanced, and I feel as though I wasted time and a whole lot of money.My service representative called me and I expressed all of these concerns to him. I told him that it would be better for the company if I did not complete the survey but I keep receiving these email reminders. I dont ever intend to return to that dealership for the required service because if I want to throw money away, I can do it closer to home.
Very nice people selling and showing the cars. The sharks come in when u are closing. After u buy the car they forget who u are.

Service advisors are quite attentive and worked well with my warranty company to get the diagnosis and repairs done within the warranty coverage. They care of customers well with Loaner and keeping updated on repairs
The guy at the parts counter was very rude Bridget tell me the part I wanted was no longer available Got up and walk to another Room and never came back I have a new or jaguar but I was working on my 2010 which I know very much I will never go back there

I have been servicing my 2016 XJ-R Sport there since I bought it. I have been very happy with the experience. Specific areas worthy of note are the: 1) convenience - never waited for an appointment and they always drop me off at and pick me up from work without delay; 2) quality of advice given (even on a 2005 XJ8L I used to own but did not take there which is too old for them to support) and; (3) knowledge, positive demeanor and customer service attitude of the staff I have dealt with.
This is how car buying should be.This was my first Jaguar purchase and from the time I first stepped into the dealership until two weeks later when I drove off the lot everyone I interacted with was above polite. The best part of the experience was that I never felt pressured into making a decision by anyone at the dealership. Mr. Li was very prompt to replying to any of my question during my decision making process and when it came time to close the deal the entire team at Jaguar Central went out of there way to make feel comfortable.
Jag Land Rover Houston Central was the best car purchasing experience Ive ever had! The customer service is great and Terri K. in finance was amazing! She helped me out tremendously with my purchase! I originally called to try and get an appointment to bring my 2017 F Pace Jaguar in, the lady that answered the phone was helpful at that moment but said she would have to leave a message with the service manager to call me back after I told her my concerns of bringing my car in.... 2 weeks later still no call.I decided to get on the website and send a message off on there, I had a salesman call me and asked what was going on as the site was to buy a car. I explained my situation and included the conversation I had with the lady on the phone. He said, I am sorry but that is not the way we do business so let me get service to call you back.. it wasnt 1 minute and someone called me. He set an appointment that was two weeks out but I got an appointment. I took the car in to Edwin and told him my issues, he ran the ven number and found three recalls, one in which was one of my issues. I originally told the first guy on the phone I needed a loaner and he said well... our loaners are out till October, I explained to him it will be 4weeks I have been dealing with trying to get in, he said I will make the note.. Edwin took my car and said I have a loaner for you which I thought was great and how much I appreciated him making that happen.Three weeks later I finally got my car back, I am please with the service as Edwin made every effort to call me often to keep me updated.. everything looks great and working great.The ONLY complaint I do have is my car was not washed which it was not filthy but the point is I feel every car should come out to the customer make ready.. Jaguar is an expensive car and they should present themselves that way, including their showroom and waiting area.
Great experience on my recent service. The mysterious dashboard engine light started going on and off intermittently and they were able to diagnose it over a couple of days.
We had made an appointment with Carson, one of the salesmen, for 12:30 on Saturday to test drive an f-pace diesel. Unfortunately Carson decided not to stick to his appointment schedule and ended up helping a walk-in that came in before us. We noticed that other salesmen at the dealership were able to stick to their appointment schedules. We decided to leave after waiting 45 minutes with absolutely no help from anyone. Im sure the customer service is excellent....if you actually get a chance to meet with one of these guys...if they choose to honor the appointment you made with them.

Absolutely terrible!!!! I have called 6 times today been on hold for over 20 mins 5 of them and have left 6 messages to no avail. Lately no one ever picks up at the service department in this place. FINALLY!!!!! I called back late this afternoon and got a receptionist who was nice enough to take my information and personally give it to a “service” department person. This person called back and couldn’t even find my numbers in the systems although I have taken two of my 3 jaguars there. Amazing. Decided to go to another dealer. Don’t waste your time for seduce as no one responds anyway.

This was the first time that I took my car in for its one year check up! Everything went smoothly from the checking in of my car to having a driver drive me back to my office. When I picked my car up in the afternoon it was out in front ready and it was squeaky clean!
Great experience all around! Only complaint was they wouldnt let me add a few extra zeros to the end of the year $1000 rebate. Zeros, by definition, are worth nothing so I could have added two on to the $1000! It was fun, quick, and easy! Great customer service! Thanks Donna!
I have bought three cars from Rick at Jaguar Houston Central in recent years - great, easy deals each time. His product knowledge is excellent and he is happy to spend plenty of time with customers before and after the deal. Even when I had problems with one of the cars,, Rick and the GM stepped up to sort things out for me. Definitely worth checking these guys out. I hate dealing with car dealers in Houston but JLR Houston Central stand out as being passionate about their cars and their business. Their finance folks are super efficient and I have never been in to their dealership without being greeted immediately and treated well throughout.
The service provide by Gloria Cruz Sanchez was amazing. She was very attentive, informative, friendly. I will definitely return for my next car service!

I visited Jaguar Central Houston on Christmas Eve in hopes of getting a new car. I arrived at 9 am and was the first customer to walk through the doors. Considering the timing within the holiday season, I expected to see more customers - I was the only one. When I was finally acknowledged by a salesman, I was asked “if I needed something,” which I found a very strange way to greet a customer... From there the experience got worse:- I was immediately asked to test drive the vehicle. I responded that I was waiting for a family member to join me, and maybe we can spend this time learning more about the vehicle. The response was, “I may as well tell you that when we’re in the car.”- Unfortunately my test drive included no information about the vehicle. Instead, I was grilled on my current lease, expectations on payment, and was even told that I should probably consider going with the Mercedes GLC I was considering because the E Pace would likely not be in my price range.- Upon returning from the test drive, the salesman notified me that they would appraise my current vehicle and work up numbers - it should take 10-15 min max. 30 min later her returned and let me know he took a meeting while I was waiting.- Anyone who has bought a car before knows the conversation is a negotiation. My salesman presented the information to me in a very matter-of-fact manner and gave me his business card to contact him if I was interested in further consideration. Maybe he sensed my agitation... needless to say, I left the dealership immediately.I drove 15 min down the road to Momentum Jaguar and met with a salesman who worked to earn my business. 2 hours later I signed the paperwork on a new E Pace.Based on my experience, I won’t be servicing my vehicle at Jaguar Central Houston. I would not recommend their dealership for sales, considering there is a location within 10 miles with my better service (based on my experience).
I had an absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Jaguar Central. Edwin Viera was my service advisor, very professional, friendly and understanding of my concerns and needs. I was given a loaner car and Edwin kept in touch with me regarding service. He was accessible when I called as well. My car was squeaky clean when my husband and I picked it up.❤❤Im a Jaguar Central Lifer!❤❤
This is by far the most thrown together, shabby, and amateur service center I’ve ever visited, particularly given that one would expect MVP treatment and facilities for jag service. The two people I have dealt with here (Bill and Gloria) have absolutely saved the day with their great attitudes and helpful nature, but they can only do so much given the unfortunate setup theyre having to make the best of.There is no check-in desk or attendant, and I was actually told when asked that I have to find one of two service people who may or may not be at their little desk or outside with other clients, meaning you have to hover in a small random hallway waiting to try and catch them. It seemed to be a surprise I was there when I did catch one of the service people, despite my appointment.I am looking into other dealerships and will follow up with comparisons, but for now am dismayed that after the excitement of purchasing my new F Pace (purchased two weeks ago), I’m now stuck with really sub-par service. Depending on how this improves at other facilities, I will not be purchasing another Jag.
