I bought my Jaguar F Pace from Michael Russo sight unseen. I met Mike in October 2020 OVER THE PHONE - never meet him in person until the day I went to purchase my vehicle. I told him the type of vehicle I wanted and Id settle for nothing else but that vehicle - a Jaguar F Pace. I told him Id be ready to purchase it April 2021time-frame. Mike called me periodically each month. We talked about the vehicle I wanted, how it handles, and how others who have bought the vehicle were pleased with it looks and features. If you plan to purchase Jag or LR with a hope that your going to get premium service because they are premium brand.. you will be disappointed to your knees. The Service is one of the worst I have experienced. A non premium brand can offer better service. I bought the car from this dealer and had to come back in for service within 2 weeks. Parts were ordered under warranty, was called in to showroom for fix, when I arrived and waited 30 min. I was told wrong part was sent in correct box. Now have to wait again for 3 weeks. Overall it’s been a month and no sign of issue resolution. Short on words to express the disappointment.Save your money. Go next door to Porsche or Audi

I stopped by Friday morning to look at a 2010 Nissan Maxima for my girlfriend and Johnny helped me out. My main concern being out there that morning was if Id get decent treatment being someone looking at a ~$10k car as a lot of people stereotype luxury dealerships as not being friendly to people looking at cheaper cars. I am very happy to say that this was not the experience we got from Johnny and he was very helpful and courteous the whole time. After I left I talked to my girlfriend and she decided she wanted the car and started working with Johnny to see if she could get approved for financing on it. Unfortunately the Maxima sold the same day but we were given a few other options and found a 2017 Nissan Altima that we really liked at a fair price. We ended up working a deal on that car and the process from start to finish was very painless. We worked with Kenneth in their finance department and he too was very friendly to us and didnt try and push anything we didnt want onto us. All in all we are very pleased with Johnny, Kenneth, and Jaguar Houston North as a whole and look forward to taking delivery of our new car soon.

Very nice process, I made an appointment. Drove to the service door at the appointment time and the entered some info into the computer and sat me in the very comfortable waiting lounge. The buying process was easy. However when it was time to set the vehicle up with the apps I can never get a solid answer on when to come in to get it done. I called 4 or 5 times and always get a promise of a date and time but it never gets followed though. To this day I have yet to get an answer.

My sales team member Donna was amazing to work with. Ryan was as well. I got the car I was looking for, and I am happy with the value. It did however break down within the first few days of me having it. Donna did what she could to make sure I had a vehicle and as little inconvenience as possible.Having said that I am not impressed with the service team so far. The repair took a bit longer than expected, and given the coolant leaked all over the engine I dont think cleaning the fluid off the engine, especially the portions that get hot, would have been too much to ask. Hopefully this is not typical of my path forward with service.

We love driving our new Jaguar I Pace. I have wanted an electric car for years and so far am not disappointed. Our salesman, Nate, was great to work with but because he is relatively new to Jaguars and electric cars, he occasionally had to get help answering some of our questions. I still would be very happy to work with him again and would recommend him to any friend looking to buy a Jaguar.Chelsea Lindsey was really great! I had read the owners manual prior to working with her and had lots of questions. She was extremely helpful answering all my questions and set up things I didnt even think to ask about. (I was amazed that she actually came to our house instead of meeting us at the dealership as we had done with trainings at other dealerships!)Our only complaint is with the finance who have not been responsive to our request for a refund check which they have owed us for the past 2 weeks.

Finally, I purchased a used 2018 Jaguar from JHN and I have had a rough time. BUT nonetheless the team worked with me to fix the issue. Ultimately, I think I am satisfied with the salesman and service advisor. Upper management, needs more training on how to step in and engage with customers who have escalated issues.

Im hoping to change this rating of 4 to a 5, as my experience and relationship continues with Jaguar Houston North. But, if I was only rating my salesperson, Johnny Criswell, I would have rated a 5!!

I scheduled an appointment for my 1 year maintenance. I waited in the customer service section while my vehicle was checked and serviced. No issues. I was comfortable and taken care or. Pleased with the overall atmosphere and treatment.
Always excellent service. They actually convinced me to buy a car when I had no intents on buying one there. Steve Coleman is a great salesman and really knows Land Rover. He is very knowledgeable and had been beyond helpful every step of the way. The entire staff there has been polite and helpful whenever we go for a quick wash and fluids. If you plan on buying a Land Rover /Jaguar, get it from here. Hell, even if not, go there, ask for Steve, and you might walk away with one.

Worst Customer service I ha e ever been exposed to brought a 2019 F Pace in 2019 . I have taken the car back 4 times . Worst Jaguar dealership within 250 miles of houston . If they treat a disabled, just think how they will treat everyone else. NEVER AGAIN

Buyers beware!!! Whatever you do make sure you read EVERY SINGLE WORD on each document you sign. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and asked for GAP insurance, we’re told we got it and then 2 years later when we got into an accident we’re told we did not have it. We try to resolve the issue and low and behold they added some other protection, that we didn’t ask for, but now it’s too late to cancel of course but creates more problems with the remaining balance we now owe the bank. You try to call them to get answers and sure enough no one wants to return your phone call but if I was buying a car I’m sure I’d have 10 salesman calling me back. All in all there are far better dealerships to go to where there are no hidden fees or protections added without your knowledge. We ended up purchasing at a Sewell dealership and man what a difference. My advice, go to Sewell! And no I don’t work there. I’m just a VERY satisfied Sewell customer.

Each time I take my Jaguar in for any kind of service I am pleased to say they just keep on exceeding my expectations. Even when our warranty company refused to cover an expense, Jaguar Corporate stepped up to the plate and covered it even though we were substantially out of warranty by that time and the problem was a very expensive fix. The company convinced me to be a Jaguar customer now and for the future. Not just because of Corporate but because of everyone at Jaguar Houston North from the sales staff to the service staff and to all the support staff in between. I have always been treated extremely well by everyone that I have met there for the past five years that I have been there customer.

I bought a vehicle from them. Our sales lady Jacque was very good and courteous. The SUV developed a check engine light problem within 4 weeks. I was a bit disappointed they didnt bother to diagnose or repair. On the flip side, the vehicle still had factory warranty and was serviced at Webster Infinity. I would have given this dealership 5 stars if they would have told me the truck has factory warranty and referred me to any Infiniti dealer. They didnt bother.

The people at the dealership are friendly and they worked with me on price when I had an exhaust tube to replace. They always wash my car which is a nice perk. They did miss inspecting my rear tail light (during inspection) and since I forgot to ask them to fix it; it didnt get fixed. Fortunately they passed me. :O
I call the parts department to get a price and the guy that answered the phone was very rude didn’t give his name. You will think they will try to be helpful since their their parts are very expensive.

My wife had a blow out so I called and made an appointment with Jaguar Houston North and paid to have the tire replaced only to find the next day to find the tire flat and to take it back to Jaguar Houston North for them to find that the rim had a crack in it. I called in and spoke with Russell. My first question to him was just that how could you let my wife drive off the lot with a crack rim? Then I went on to let him know that she could have been really hurt or our car could have been damaged. Russells response to me came across as angry, rude, offensives and apathetic. Russell told me that it was the end of the day when my wife had arrived and that his guys had been working all day, were tired and that they must have missed it and he is sorry. Russells response made me angry because my wife could have been killed and the first answer he could give me that he is sorry and that his guys were tired from a long days work. So I continued to probe Russell for more information because the answer he gave me wasnt good enough I needed a solid reason of why this was missed. So I asked him when tires have a blow out do they inspect the rim? Russells response was ( still angry, rude, offensives and apathetic but this time in a rush like he didnt have time for my questions) no that the tire had came in with a nail and that there was no reason to inspect the rim because the car had came in without the warning light on. This offended me even more because Russell had just lied to me this told me that Russell had never looked at the car. When the car had a blow out road side assistance had inspected the tire for a cause and couldnt find one and while my wife was there no one at Jaguar Houston North had even mention a nail in the tire at any time. Russell went on to say that his guy would have never known to check for a crack he said that they check for dents 100% percent of the time but never cracks. I then went on to tell Russell that when we had mad the appointment I had explained to Chris and the young lady that made the appointment that the low pressure light was on prior to the blow out and that it had should have been known to check the rim prior to replacing the tire. This upset Russell because there was a silence then the same still angry, rude, offensives and apathetic but this time I thought he was actually was going to hang the phone up in my face. Russell says well you had called the service department and they didnt tell us over here in the parts department so there was no way for us to have known. My final question to Russell was a simple one and that was when could we expect the rim back because my wife was told that she could get it today and I just need to get specific answer on the time because my wife has to come along way to get to you and I dont want her driving up there for nothing? Russell was pretty much done his tone was cold and disrespectful he said Im at the mercy of another company I dont know when we will have the tire back but I told your wife it would be today but I would call her today to let her know. Russell had just lied not only me but my wife as well to her face that she could get it today. At this point I was pissed off to no end because if Russell an employee of Jaguar Houston North was willing to lie to customers in person and over the phone and be willing to throw his own associates under the bus to save face for his department to a customer that this mans department was not running a tight ship and could have possibly cost my wife her life and or caused serious damage to our vehicle. Ultimately I want nothing from you just the opportunity to openly voice my complaint witch I have done we have the quote for the repair of the tire but I wanted you all to know the life threatening service I have received from your company. Because ultimately this was a rather pleasant, accommodating and smooth process that went terribly wrong when got to Russell and the parts department. This small avoidable issue could have had a disastrous impact on my families lives.
Its hard to make a judgment on a single visit to a dealerships service department, but having visited Jaguar Houston Norths service dept. over the last three year I can say that their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency are truly exceptional. From a simple car wash to brake replacement, my Service Advisor Al has demonstrated a consistent excellence that I have been spoiled by and have come to expect.Well done.
One of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Jim Herford was very friendly, courteous, and SUPER knowledgeable. We walked around the dealership (inside and out) to find the exact color (interior and exterior) of the Jaguar that I wanted. This dealership had the exact Jaguar I wanted--color inside and out. I had found this car on the internet at another dealership in Florida and obtained their BEST price. Daniel, the manager, MATCHED their price. Since I lived 2 hours away, the service people DETAILED the car immediately (and it was spotless) and I drove it home that day. Including test driving the car, negotiating a deal, and signing the papers while they detailed the car, I was at the dealership only 5 hours. If I buy another Jaguar, I will DEFINITELY return to Jaguar Houston North.
